Jacobs Insurance has been are complete insurance provider for nearly ten years or more, with great pricing and service. Would highly recommend them.

This place treated me with such disrespect it is unbelievable. I was not explained to everything fully and they had the nerve to sit there with an attitude to tell me I am a grown women and should have known that my premium would go up. this is the first time that I have ever had to deal with an insurance company on my own, because I just graduated college and was on my parents plan. So I did not know these things. They cut me off, disrespected me, talked to me disrespectfully, and treated me like a horrible person. All I was trying to do was figure out why I had double what was told me taken out of my account and less then half refunded to me when I canceled. I would suggest not using them.
