One of the remaining few amazing mechanics left he not there to help you with your emotions problems he is there to work on machines so he is easy mistakenly take as rude but it not he is extremely busy for a man who own his business alot of these reviews do him a great disservice he been working on my machines for over 10 years ever single time they are perfect fix and solution to some interesting flaws in the there machining from the manufacturer. His overall price are outstanding i never once questioned a bill from him cause i know it done perfectly.

The owner Mr. Chad is q very nice and respectful man and if you have had a bad experience he can be very easily misunderstood if he is having a bad day I actually do some occasional work there for him when it gets busy he does not rip people off and he works on what he accepts it is old and has problems he will recommend the equipment he sells he is looking for your best interest not trying to fix up something which will just break and then youll he mad at him for taking your money and not saying anything.

I would stay away. I have had my lawn mower serviced there a few times and one time he had it for two months and last time he was not able to do in a timely manner so I picked up the mower. When I picked it up he would not help me load it into my truck because he said his backed hurt. Had to wait for my wife to drive over to load the mower. Stay away

Complete RIP OFF! Brand new snow blower that had some bad gas. The bill was $150. I can see $50-$75 to remove bad gas but $150??? And he was rude, didn’t update us with the problem for over a week. Will NEVER go back again. Beware of trusting that they will do the right thing.

Horrible service AND work. In January 2013 we dropped off a 2006 wave runner we loaned for a holiday weekend to some friends who brought it back with a blown engine. None the less we paid over $ 3,000.00 up front to fix the wave runner and we were given the wave runner back 3 times since 2013 and each time he stated it was fixed and it wasnt. Each time we got it back and tried starting it and we couldnt get it started let alone run for a few minutes every time he brought it back. The first time he told us because the battery was bad. So we even went out and purchased a new marine battery and it still didnt work so he even tried blaming us for his lousy work. The last time he even stated he would bring it for a test ride and we got it back and didnt run. We have asked several times for our money back and he refused to refund it because he has time into fixing it. Which seems really humorous seems how we still to this day have it back and running condition. None the less we are now leaving that decision up to the judge.

Worst place to bring stuff in. Customer service is horrible. I own a biz and brought back blower that cracked on plastic cover said hed get it replaced with warranty..... That was spring got it back in fall ! He said was waiting on part. No he wasnt,he was not waiting on part he was waiting on making a big enough order to make it worth shipping price. Called all summer,he lied about reason every time. When it was ready the assbag charged me a $20 late fee!Someday soon he will run out of customers new and old and hopefully out of biz. Bought thousands of dollars of new Echo equipment from him,now I buy elsewhere. If there was a rating below 1 star Id highlight it. Stay away from bad Chad.

I will NEVER shop here. I have been to Chads shop four times and all four times have been terrible customer service. This last visit takes the cake.After waiting for 30 minutes for him to look at the motor I brought in, we started to discuss the motor and what it would take to get it in good working order. After asking him how much to get it running again, he walked away without a word. 10 seconds later, after wondering where he went, I heard an air hose in the back of his shop. I walked over to where I could see, and sure enough, he was outside blowing off some equipment. Really? Werent we just in the middle of a conversation? He said he would be right with me and proceeded to take the equipment out to a waiting customer, which I can understand had it not been in the middle of a consultation.Once I grabbed my motor to leave, five minutes later, I walk outside to my car. As I open the door, I see him helping a third customer who just pulled into the parking lot. They were talking over a busted lawn mower. ...thanks for confirming my decision to leave Chad.He is probably busy because he is on a busy intersection, and there are not a lot of other prevalent small engine repair shops around the area anymore. I bet most of his business is not from repeat customers though...Maybe he should hire someone for customer service, because it is not his strong suit.Two of the other times I went here, he was no where to be found in the middle of the day, during business hours...Go here at your own risk...

Dont waste your time with this place. The guy that runs and owns it is a joke. He doesnt care what your problem is he just wants your money. Told him I was not interested in buying a brand new mower from him that I was looking to get my current mower just bare-bones running again. He acted like I was an inconvenience to him and that he really didnt care if he got my business. What an a**hole.

Very rude. Attempted to bring in our mower and he was uninterested in our business with rude comments and we walked out and he didnt seem to care.

I sent my mechanic in to this shop for parts for my mower. The gentleman was rude, condescending, and seemed un-interested in answering questions. He seemed like he was more interested in getting back into the shop than good customer service.

After I destroyed my lawnmower by mowing over 2 large inverted bolts...this place was able to fix it quickly, inexpensively and with a smile.

TERRIBLE!!! Took in part, can not get him to call me back after he said he would call the next day. Gave him a day and now have tried two days in a row and still have not heard anything. Also, he was very short and rude on the phone and in person. Use someone else!

This place i go 2 times a month , great people to help you right when you walk in the door, this place has quality O.E.M parts, better service then Tom De Young Engine & Mower, ask this place and they help you get any parts u need.
