This is the place you want to go for all your needs. The customer service is top notch. Anytime I have needed anything to rent they have it. Their equipment is clean and always ready to go. For 4th of July they help equip our neighborhood with only the best tent and party supplies. They made sure to do no damage to our lawn sprinklers and showed up when they said they would be there. I even got to meet the wonderful owner Carey on the job site. It’s really great when the owner is there to help when needed as well. I would give them 100 stars if I could. No only if I could rent an Italian beef cart that would be awesome! Keep up the great work Alpine and staff!

I had a problem with my fsa56 Stihl weed Wacker. They did not have the trimmer head in stock so they took time to see if they could do a temporary fix until the part arrived. After a couple of weeks i got the call that my part was in. I picked the part up and began to try and put the new trimmer head on. 2 hours later i am standing at the counter with the part saying I can’t get the old one off. They took my trimmer and tried to remove it. Only to discover that even if they did get it off the new part was the wrong one. Corey, who was helping me went a grabbed a new trimmer and said no charge because of all the hassle I had experienced. Whenever possible I shop at locally owned small businesses so take it from me. Alpine Rent All went the extra mile for me.

We were planning a big party for my daughter’s first birthday. Their equipment and products were suitable for our needs but when they gave us a delivery time of 12-4 I took the afternoon off. They didn’t arrive until 7pm. The tent was saggy when he was done. We told him we had sprinklers but they managed to put a hole in our sprinkler anyway. When they picked up they ran into our front lawn tree. The worst part was that they refused to take responsibility for the damages they caused. Please don’t use them. It was unbelievable how horrible this experience was. A month later and they have done nothing to resolve the issues.

I was in and out after I called to reserve a stump grinder. Drop off was even faster. They usually have the best prices in town as well.

We used Alpine for our outdoor wedding last summer and loved them. We rented the dance floor and bar. The bar was the focal point of the wedding and we got so many compliments on it. The dance floor was perfect. Even though it was on sand, it was very level. Alpine was on time and quick in their delivery. I would definitely use them again for my next party.

Great rental place, when you walk in the screems of freedom are deafening. I swear everytime I visit a bald eagle is perched on my shoulder. Nothing says badass like chainsaws and two stage snowblowers. Im fairly certain they rent toughness with every tool.

Called to rent a commercial floor scrubber. Had TWO phone conversations with their staff that included: if they had one in stock, how much the scrubbing pads were, and when I would be there to pick it up. So I made a reservation, hired extra hands in our warehouse to help the next day. Went to pick it up and the manager said he didnt have any pads, so I couldnt rent it.His excuse, I wasnt here yesterday. and Dustin is new.Go somewhere else. Staff not trained properly, manager cant own their mistake, or offer another solution.

I rented a aluminum brake. Services quick and efficientalthough they dont seem to have as much inventory as they used to back in the day

Excellent Service. I brought a chainsaw there this morning for a new chain.They inspected and found a bad bearing and spocket. They replaced these parts for me. I dont know of another business in grand rapids that would have done this.

I called to see when I could get my generator in for service. I was told they could look at it (I was thinking for diagnosis and repair time estimate because it was Saturday and only a few hours until they closed). But I was surprised when less than 30 minutes later they had it running and I was on my way home. The sales and service team were professional, friendly and helped me unload and load my generator when done. THANKS!!

I took my Stihl chainsaw in today to get a new bar, chain and most likely leave it for service to fix other problems.Colt was at the register - friendly greeting and quickly took a look at what he might not have to replace. He showed me where the bar was bent and pinched and how that also pinched the chain in a couple places. He then opened the cover and showed me a bent washer and why he needed to replace a missing clip and a broken pin.Dustin came in to help with quickly getting parts and the two of them tag teamed the entire fix right there at the counter (new bar, new chain, clip, washer and pin).It was a first for me (59 yr old) to see two guys so anxious and willing to help and actually walk me through the process and give a few tips on keeping the saw running the right way ... and to fix it at the counter?!Hats off to Colt and Dustin for going above and beyond and for serving Alpine Rental well!!!
