ONeills was a light in a stressful situation! I was in an accident and I hadnt needed any big work on my vehicle since I moved here so my insurance company recommended them. I will definitely go back should I need anything at all. They had such a quick turn around time and when I let them know I had an out of state trip to go on they tried their best to get it done in time for my trip! Because of this I think I called them about a million times. They were always so kind and patient with me. I also realized I had left some things I needed for work and they helped me get everything I needed from my car. I also had no idea that they could take my rental car so when I arrived to get my keys and explained I didnt have a ride from the rental car place back there they informed me they could take my keys and Hertz would come there! They saved me so much time, had such great service, both in efficiency and kindness!

SO thankful for O’Neill’s! I got rear ended in my Mercedes and 2 headrest airbags went off. They fixed my car perfectly (looks brand new!) inside and out and went the extra mile to vacuum my car so it felt great getting into. We had a bunch of small dings and scratches all over our 3 year old suburban as a result of a busy household and 3 boys that don’t stop. We also had a damaged bumper due to a trailering malfunction. Saved the work to get it done all at once & was quoted by both O’Neil’s & Koenes. After receiving an absolutely staggering quote from Koenes, I decided to keep looking for a better option. The quote was seriously astronomical! I read reviews from O’Neil’s and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! O’Neil’s quote cam back as almost exactly HALF of what Koenes quoted. We went with O’Neil’s and they did an excellent job on our repairs & the owners/family are so nice! It was a treat speaking with such friendly people, as not everyone is like that. Sadly, I am actually headed BACK to O’Neil’s now for a quote on a huge scratch a neighbor kid accidentally imposed on the ‘burban not two weeks after we had it fully redone :(. Isn’t that how it always happens?! At least this time I don’t have to call around. O’Neil’s, here I come!

I normally dont write reviews but feel compelled to do so after a repair of my gas door which was broken off at the gas station when I drive away with the gas nozzle still in my tank! :( I called around and the lowest quoted price for what seemed like a pretty straightforward fix was $600 and went as high as $750. ONeills quoted me $211! I just want to thank you for not price gouging me, and I was just so impressed with their efficiency (it took them 15 minutes to change it out once the part came in) and their friendliness. Thank you!

We have used ONeills Body Shop several times. The most recent time was this week (February 3, 2020). I was in a car accident (another vehicle ran a red light and struck my vehicle) and the police department called Merls towing. What a terrible experience! The staff at Merls were awful to work with, demanding and rude, when I was already completely distressed from the accident. I called up ONeills Body Shop, in tears, and they took care of everything. What a relief! Everyone there is so nice. I went to ONeills today to clean out my car as it was deemed a total loss, and they removed the license plate for me and offered to help with lugging the many bags of stuff that had accumulated in my car from toting around 3 kids. They are so kind. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Regarding cost, I am not sure where the other google reviewer had priced out vehicle repairs, but ONeills was very reasonably priced (from our past experience with them) and there were other companies we had worked with, prior to working with ONeills, who had quoted us MUCH higher prices for the same repairs. Thank you, ONeills!!

My husband and I were driving at Grand Rapids a while ago with a broken exhaust scraping the road at every little bump. It was by chance we pulled in to ONeills Body Shop. When we pulled up, it was already their closing time. We thought we just might have to pull off the road constantly for the exhaust to cool off before we can make it home. Then we saw a gentleman came out and walked towards us. Assuming he could tell a car was in trouble??? When he found out our problem, without hesitation he asked a young man from the back to help us fixed our problem. The young man was so helpful! He stayed behind at least half an hour to help a couple who was not even their customer. When he was done, despite we offered to pay him for his time, he insisted not accepting. We are so grateful for their help although our problem has nothing to do with body work, we still feel we should share our experience with them on the Review to express our appreciation!

ONeills is THE place to go! I have had both my window and wiper blade fuse repaired here. The staff is down to earth and friendly. I would highly recommend this establishment.

To begin, it is always best to use a locally, family owned business! We are treated with caring, personal attention.My story/review: 2 weeks ago an extremely careless person slammed into my car. It was fully paid for...I had no insurance. It had to be totalled. The caring manner in which Scott delivered the news, was as if I am family. Yes, there really are some decent people around us still!!! Hopefully I wont have a need, but I would take my car there. No question!

I feel like I have a brand new car! The work looks amazing and they even cleaned the inside of my vehicle which wasnt an easy task I am sure. I have two giant dogs the ride in my car frequently. They were so friendly and informational every time I called. They also were able to get me in at least 4 days sooner than anyone else. I love that it is locally owned and run by a husband/wife duo. Thanks a ton! I will definitely be sending over anyone I have the chance to.

Wonderful customer service! I think it was the owner I spoke with, and even though my headlight issue wasnt necessarily a body issue, they were more than happy to fix it. I had previously been to the Toyota dealership and they had quoted me for almost $400, and ONeills took care of it for less than a quarter of that.They took their time to explain things to me clearly, so I could understand what services were needed and why. Im more than satisfied, and extremely grateful for their honesty and kindness.

Last week I pulled in to ONeills Body Shop with an emergent situation with my car. Not only did they make me relaxed but they fit me right in even though they had a full schedule!!! They did an incredible job on our Ford Edge. It was dented in a towing mishap and they were able to fix the fender without replacing it & seamlessly feather the paint through the drivers door. They also washed the entire car & vacuumed it. It looks amazing! And they had it ready to pick up in 48 hours. Highly recommend & plan to use them in the future if needed.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I literally saved $1500 on my repairs AND didnt have to file an insurance claim.I got into an accident and wanted to see if I could save some money by paying cash for the repair instead of insurance. I went to 3 different well rated auto body repair places and said give me a full insurance cost quote, and a basic cosmetic and functionality cash quote. Oneills was the ONLY ONE out of the 3 that actually gave me a cash quote.I immediately selected Oneills and had them do the repairs. They did the work, the repair cost was very close to their estimate (ended up saving $1500 over the insurance quote cost), and it looks GREAT! Highly recommend!

Oneil’s fixed some damage to the front bumper of our brand new SUV last week. The Ohio Dealer had attached a vanity plate to the front bumper with 5 long screws before delivery. Which we discovered upon our return to GR. Scott and his team gave me an Estimate within 10 minutes and than got the vehicle in following week for repair. Honestly the bumper looks fantastic and brand new. They are a super courteous, accommodating, and very professional group. Don’t even bother going anywhere else. I know I won’t!

My vehicle needed repairs after I was hit in a parking lot. ONeills fit m3 in quickly and when I picked up my car, it was fully vacuumed and washed! I really appreciated that extra step, and ONeills will have my future business!

I have been to ONeills twice and both times I was very impressed by their customer service and professional approach. The first visit was for a rear end repair paid for by insurance. The work was flawless! Today I visited to get a quote on minor scratches from dog claws. The gentleman who met me (I assume he was the owner...Im embarrassed to say I didnt get his name) was friendly and offered to try to buff the scratches out. Within minutes, they had repaired the scratches. They are no longer visible. They sent me on my way, free of charge. I have to say, thats amazing! Thank you ONeills for generously helping today.

When our minivan was keyed last year, I got 3 estimates. Two places said the entire sliding door panel would need to be replaced; ONeils said it could be buffed out. We decided to take our chances and they did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price.Last week I drove through what appeared to be a puddle of white paint, and it splattered all along the side of the vehicle. I went right away to a car wash but it didnt come off. I immediately called ONeils and they said to bring it by right away. Not only did they make time for me, they took off all the offending color and DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME.This is a great family owned business. Weve been very pleased by these two experiences.
