I’ve been going to West End For over 20 years, starting with when I damaged my dads 95’ Mustang (oops). I’ve had several cars in since then and Chris has always been great to work with and their repairs have always been trouble-free. Chris is always willing to go the extra mile and explain repair options, work with insurance, and ensure you’re back on the road safely ASAP. And when I say Chris goes the extra mile, he even drove my wallet out to me at the airport when I mistakenly left it in the car for a bumper repair. That’s why I’ve been going there for 20 years and why I’ll continue for another 20.

100% the best value and deal in town. These guys fixed the front end on our Ford Edge beautifully and within an efficient time frame while working with our insurance company. We got some estimates around town and would totally be taken out to lunch by a few shops who were going to charge double what West End charged us. Honest folks and quality service! (They also washed our car and detailed the rims as a complimentary service)

This was the best experience I have had with any car shop. As a college student it is hard to find a place that will be fair in pricing. They did an incredible and quick job fixing damage to my Jeep from an accident. I could not be happier and would recommend giving them your service rather than anywhere else in the area. You wont be disappointed.

Chris was awesome helping us in a pinch with our van; passenger side door literally fell off and we needed a quick fix. He fixed it within one day at a great price. Highly recommend.
