We called this company to work on two urgent (for us) problems. They scheduled a day and time. They didn’t show up, didn’t call to say they wouldn’t be there, and have never called us again to reschedule or apologize.

They have taken care of repairs both inside and out (Heater, hot water heater, swamp cooler). Every time they have resolved the problem efficiently and in a polite/friendly manner! I have even recommended them to friends and family.

They did a great job installing our filtration and on-demand hot water heater. They also performed a small plumbing repair for us last year no problem. Unfortunately today they no-called no-showed for an HVAC service scheduled for this morning. The appointment was made over the phone last week. We will probably be looking elsewhere for good service.

These guys are amazing. After getting the run around from other companies who were to busy or couldnt find the parts, I contacted Raven at 1PM on a Friday needing a commercial water heater replaced. They arrived by 2 PM and had it done by 6PM allowing us to stay open over the weekend. Thank you guys, you have definitely gained a loyal customer!

Do Not. Repeat. DO NOT Hire this company. They will create a mess for you and everyone around you to clean up. They do very sloppy work and they will not clean up or own up to the disaster zone they create. AVOID.

I called another heating company in Grand Junction to come and take a look at the boiler in my mothers house. The house was built in 1958 and the house was constructed around the boiler. This other company charged $119.99 just to tell me how much other things would cost...faucet repair $400.+, Faucet replacement $375+, vent for boiler aligned $987+, combustion test for boiler $300.+. The technician spent the first half hour telling me how great he was and how his expertise was so important.Called Raven to get a second opinion. Raven was recommended by my realtor. Tech, Shawn Cox, came to the door, clipboard in hand. Went to the boiler, came back up and said he LOVED working on these old boilers because they had replaceable parts and that he had all the parts needed to work on the boiler in his truck. Said the boiler could be fixed until the heat exchanger was cracked. Cost $75.00. His estimate for replacing the sink faucet, $100-$150.My feeling is the first company did not really want to deal with old homes. New construction was their thing.Thank you RAVEN.

I will not use Raven plumbing again. The person that was sent out to diagnose and fix my problem, didnt! He broke a pvc pipe, repaired it and then billed me for it a month later. (2 hours for a 4 piece of 3/4 pvc?). The root cause of the problem was not found or fixed. I had to call the company a week later to find out what had happened with the property. The technician said he had to order a part....did he ever receive the part? Did he ever come back to install it? Nope still no communication just a bill sent a month later. There was no communication at all. I continued to get water in the basement until I diagnosed it my self and fixed it with the help of a different handyman. These guys are a scam.Yes Raven, I did call but failed to get a call back twice. I agree with you that reasonable people would communicate. You have chosen to write a response for a review rather than call me back today (I called today too). I think that says a lot about how your system works. If you would like to get paid I would like a call, and explanation. Im happy to work things out but I cant do that if you dont answer your phone or call back.
