Chris always gives me the straight scoop about my repair. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very respectful. He once went the extra mile on a tricky clutch problem, and another time on a mystery electrical malfunction. Ive always left pleased. Highly recommended.

I know the owner pretty well. One thing Im sure of you never hear about a mechanic is they are honest. Im a mechanic too so Im sure. Chris is honest.

Make sure you know about their diagnostic fee... Called and set an appointment to have an axle seal replaced. Was quoted a price on the phone, then made an appointment to have the work done.Arrived for appointment, left the keys with the office, was not asked to sign anything, gave them my contact info. Got a call from the tech later asking what I had the truck in for. I told him and he said he would look at it and get back with me. I called them hours later and they gave me a list of 2k worth of things they wanted to do. (Over the phone I had been quoted $150). Let them know I had to think about what I wanted done since that was way more than I had planned on spending.Called them back a week later and said I wanted to bring it home to get a second opinion, he told me I would owe the $75 diagnostic fee. I had not been made aware of such fee. He said it would have been on the paperwork I signed. Informed him I was not given any paperwork to sign. He told me they’d waive the fee since they made the mistake. Received a call a couple hours later from the office manager stating I’d have to pay the $75 diagnostic fee before I could take the vehicle.Explained the situation to her, and what had happened and she refused to admit they had made the mistake and wouldn’t let me take my vehicle till the fee was paid.If I had known about the fee, I would have paid it, or would have gone to another shop from the beginning. Would not recommend this shop as they won’t admit they made a mistake.

The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable about the questions I had a a repair job. I am definitely going to take my vehicle to them in the morning. I feel confident that they can do the job and see that it is done correctly.

Make sure your breaks are installed properly or they wont last very long. Im grateful they caught it when they did. The bad installation wasnt done by them but a family member.

Recently just went through 2 years with them and Gaurdian interlock. Tanner was friendly and helpful through the whole thing. Anytime an issue arose he was very prompt in helping me get it solved and understanding of whatever the situation may have been. Flexible through the process for install times as well as calibrations.

Foxs has always been very good to us. Ive been a customer of theirs for three years and just recently they had my broken vehicle and a new vehicle there. They were honest with the state of the old vehicle and quickly got me into my new vehicle. The staff are great and they are a joy to work with!

Family Owned and operated since 1975. Napa Auto Care Center providing 2 year/24,000 mile warranty.

Took four hours to change oil in 2 vehicles. Over tightened and destroyed threading on oil pan in one vehicle, then secretly replaced with a rubber, temporary and expansion plug and glued it with silicone. After being confronted, shop owner damaging AND denies removing the plug. So either way hes a sleezy liar. You either damaged my vehicle, or you neglected to tell me there was a glued, temporary plug in the oil pan. No oil change should take half a day. This shop is really just a place for drunks to get breathalyzers installed in their vehicle.
