On time. Perfessonal. Great to deal with.Should have called Jason the first time. First time I had someone come out to look I was quoted $400 for a drain pump replacement (by another outfit). I was able to replace the drain pump myself- only to have the issue persist. Called JD Appliance Repair and within 5 minutes Jason identified the REAL issue as being a tub spring that had popped off during a move. He fixed it and got me back up and running in the same service call.

Talk about trusting a person only minutes into a conversation. Dude was on his stuff. Then got me in the NEXT DAY. Showed up on time, friendly. Told me what he was doing to fix, then fixed it. Charged me a more than fair price, guaranteed his work. Best first date EVER.

Originally we called another repair shop where their approach appeared to be well lets try this part. We finally fired them after several failed attempts and two weeks with no refrigerator/freezer. We then called Jason who asked a few questions, diagnosed the problem over the phone, bought the needed part that afternoon, and had us fixed the next day for a fraction of the cost we already spent with the first repair shop. We highly recommend JB Appliance Repair!

Totally unreliable. My landlord bought a defective stove from TheBrick. JB Appliance maintains its warranty. Took one month to come and look at the stove, when the burner kept going off while cooking. Told The burners would be replaced in a week. That was on May 19th, 2021. It is not August, 2021 and nothing has been done. Calls are not being returned - very rude to ignore customers. Has 50% rating on a google website - do not deal with this person, nor the retailers that use him for warranties. My stove was under warranty until June, 2021. Warranty is passed, nothing has been done.

Amazing service at very reasonable prices. They came out within two days to get our dishwasher fixed. A prior company had incorrectly diagnosed the problem and would not listen to us regarding what we thought. JB was attentive, instructive, and thorough, discovering the problem and fixing it. We will definitely call the back whenever we need appliance help!

I did not use these guys, however I wish I would have called them first! Very responsive and honest. He suggested Id be better to buy new rather than spend the money to fix my GE dryer which was only 5 years old. I would highly recommend these guys!

I am immune compromised and have not allowed anyone in my house since the pandemic started. My fridge broke and I left it broke for months not wanting to let someone into my house that can potential kill me. I found Jason and talked to him about wearing the mask inside and outside my house. He was on board and I was ready to get my fridge fixed. Jason was at my house the next day and had my fridge back up and running in hours. I am very grateful for Jason adhering to my requests and fixing my fridge. It’s businesses like this that make my life a little more easy.

Great experience I was traveling through Colorado and while I was staying Dakota rv park for a few days.My convection oven decides to stop working.Gave Jb a call set up an appointment for the next day.He gave me a call when he was in route arrived on time he even have to custom make a little bracket just to get me going.All in all great experience definitely would recommend.

Jason was on time and came prepared with everything he needed to finish the job. He got to work and was done in about 10 minutes. Not only did he fix the problem, but he explained to me what was wrong and I now have a better understanding of how the oven works.While we were finishing up, I mentioned that I might call him back to look at the freezers ice maker, as it had been under-performing. Not only did he look at it right then and there, he fixed it for free and explained what was wrong there, too! Will definitely call him again for any future repairs.

Shortly after moving into a new place we found issues with the refrigerator and washing machine errors.Jason responded quickly and came out within a few hours once he heard the refrigerator water line was leaking onto the floor.He had the water leak fixed and the wiring redone to get the washer working again in less than an hour. Price was really reasonable to fix 2 appliances. He’ll be the first call if an appliance is having any issues!

Weve used Jason and JB appliance repair for several years and its always been a great experience. He knows his stuff. Boy, does he know his stuff! Works with speed and confidence. Latest example was a failed refrigerator mother board, and he had the part on his truck! Why? Because he knows this is a common part failure on our model fridge. Thats just an example of the professionalism with which he approaches his trade. Cant overstate how happy we are with his work.

Called to see if he had the part i needed for sale (I Google appliance parts) he did not but told me where to go gave me the part number and told me how to do it myself as it was a minor emergency. Will definitely use these guys if its ever not a DIY fix.

Jason was kind enough to call me on a Friday evening after my Kenmore refrigerator stopped cooling. After I sent him the model number he was able to diagnose the issue and advise me whether or not the part was under manufacturers warranty (which it still was) so I ended up waiting for the Sears repair contractor to come out.The mark of a quality vendor is one who will advise to the best outcome for the customer. In this situation I did not utilize Jasons service because it was more financially prudent for me not to. Jason lost a job by giving me straight forward and correct advise, but he gained a new customer for all other future appliance repair needs.

Couldnt be happier! Jason fixed my oven so fast I couldnt believe it. Saved me more than a thousand bucks. Explained how the gas lines are connected and showed me how to safely pull the stove out, so I can clean behind it once in a while. Extremely helpful and took extra time to help clean out my dryer while he was here. If I have ANY appliance problems in the future, I will be calling JB again!

Our washer wasnt draining so I got a couple of recommendations from the next door app. I called Jason pretty early Monday morning and he was able to do same day repair and gave me an estimated time of 12 to 2 for arrival. He came around 12:30 and had my machine working again in under an hour! He also gave me some tips for my specific washer! I will definitely use JBs again.

Jason is amazing. His knowledge superior. His ability to diagnose and fix, uncanny. We paid him to fix the knocked out nuke but he also fixed the problem with the ice maker, tried to help with the cranky nuke door and offered advice on how to help the dishwasher actually clean the dishes. (Do not ever even think of purchasing the Frigidaire Gallery series. Our appliances are just a little over a year old and weve disliked them since day one. And I use the word dislike because I dislike the word hate so much) I would hot 5 stars 2 or 3 times if I could. Call Jason. Hire Jason. You will be amazed but never disappointed.

I use well water and have been having trouble getting dishes clean in the dishwasher. A film on glasses was also present most times. I had talked to neighbors for advice, but nothing seemed to work. I called JB Appliance at the suggestion of a friend. Jason listened, asked some questions and then gave me a list of things to try. I did them and things seem to working fine now. I highly recommend JB Appliance, they know their stuff, are honest and courteous.
