One of the burner knobs on our stove broke, and we found our way to American Appliance through the authorized Wolf / Sub-Zero network. Bryan (AA technician) fixed the immediate issue and suggested we reach out to Wolf about other annoyances with our stove as our warranty had just expired. Following a quick call with Wolf customer care, Kirsten and Margaret (AA office team) are helping to get us set to have everything repaired courtesy of Wolf. I absolutely love working with folks who flat out know their trade and overlay a customer lens to their work. We couldnt be more delighted with American Appliance (and Wolf)!

We had the pleasure of working with Doug for the repair of our Sub-Zero freezer. He was on time, set realistic expectations and prepared us that there was no guarantees for the repair. Not only did he exceed our expectations on the repair by fixing multiple problems, he did the leg work on confirming that our appliance was under factory warranty for the parts and it saved us half of what we were expecting to pay! He was friendly, professional, a great communicator and we could not be more pleased to have our freezer working again! Thanks Doug for being awesome and thank you to American Appliance!

Our Asko dishwasher was giving us an error message. We called customer service for help, but could not resolve the problem. They referred us to American Appliance. .American Appliance sent Brian to fix our dishwasher problem. He was on time, courtesy, explain things clearly, and was experience in working on the appliance. There was no major problem. Brian had the dishwasher working in 30 minutes. He explain what probably happen to cause the error message. Plus there was no charge for the service call. We will keep American Appliance number for any future appliance repairs.

Update Oct 10 - We had a little mix up on communication, but when I let them know of my dissatisfaction I got a call the next morning from Kipper with and apology for the mix-up and resolution. Great response from a company that really seems to be trying to get it right.Jill was very professional, helpful and friendly while setting up my appointment. She was even able to bring up my account record from 2006! Kirsten promised to get back to me when I called about my issue and followed through within 90 minutes. Brian, the guy who came out called ahead and arrived as discussed. And, as I mentioned Kipper called me back the very next morning. Without exception, all were professional and friendly and followed through on commitments. Thanks AA.Oct 3, Initial review -The charged me the diagnostic charge ($97.50) even when they could have told me they couldnt fix the problem even without coming to my house.
