When I came to Lisa to prepare my taxes this year, it was the first time I had ever used a private company for my taxes. I first contacted Ms Lisa to do the book keeping and taxes for my small business in around may of 2016. I told he what i wanted to accomplish each month in regards to my books and i was assured that it would be no problem. She told me what the monthly charge would be ( $300) and for that i would get the books balanced, bank accounts reconciled, quick books up to date and a p& l statement at the beginning of each month. I also had her do my corporate taxes and payroll taxes. Fast forward to the 1st of October and almost non of the work happened except for Lisa getting her monthly fee. The books were not updated, Quick books entrys were never done, bank accounts were never reconciled, and the taxes that were filed were filed improperly, the one p&l statement i got from her was a joke. I have had to hire another accounting firm to take over my account and do what she failed to do and now i have had to pay twice. If there were a zero star option I would give it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would think twice before hiring this company!I came to you Lisa with a list of problems that i needed you to fix i made it very very clear that i wanted to to get my books in order and to do my monthly accounting. At no time did you tell me or ask me for more money. I simply asked you to do a job and in return i would pay you 300.00 dollars a month. After 5 months and a total of $3400 i got nothing in return. No statements, No balance sheets, No Quick Books Entry,s, No bank accounts reconciled.When someone pays for bookkeeping services it is reasonable to expect the work to be done by someone who has the knowledge, experience and time to handle your financial accounting so that you can rely on the outcome from the services take look at the photos sent by my new accountant stating that nothing was done correctly.Well Lisa i have all the bills you sent to me . Even though you erased all your email bills i still have hard copies and credit card transactions.As far as audits are concerned that is why I have hired a new licensed accounting firm to correctly file all the paper work that needs to be filed. As far as an audit goes i now have a professional firm that will handle all that for me.As far as lying, I have the records to back everything upYou have Issues Lisa. I simply complained about the lousy service I got from you ,as a consumer I have the right to do that. Every thing I said i can prove so dont push it. Take the bad review and learn from your mistake.

We just move phoenix Phoenix and our 2014 taxes were a bit complicated. I was very happy with Lisa s understanding of tax law. She was very nice and personable. She was not rushed, and made me feel very comfortable!I sure I will have her do my taxes from now on as well! Its not easy finding a good accountant.

Finding a good accountant or bookkeeper can be a difficult and frustrating experience. Many of us don’t have a background in accounting and don’t know what to look for, or even what questions to ask in an interview. During my 60 years I’ve experienced everything from totally incompetent bookkeepers, to accountants who were knowledgeable, honest, and great with tax forms, but weren’t set up to answer questions on a regular basis, or volunteer information that would help us improve our situation. If I were you I would NOT use Creative Accounting!!! The owner Lisa makes mistakes on your tax forms and tells you its no big deal. Then she added a write off to mu husbands taxes and advised us that it was legal. 2 years later he was audited for the write off for which Creative Accounting will not give us any advise or help on to fix the issue. I trusted Lisa @ Creative Accounting to give us professional advise for our Taxes. Now we owe over $5000 in back taxes for that year plus a penalty of over $1000 for which I feel that Creative Accounting should be paying. Needlesstosay, Lisa has not responded to my e-mail asking for advise and help. DO NOT USE CREATIVE ACCOUNTING!!!

All the work done was late, monthly rates changed without notice, doesnt even know how to manage credit card transaction fees through QuickBooks online.
