H and R block has been great to us over the years in 4 different states. At this location We got lucky Because we love Moon our tax guy!He has great knowledge of all the taxes we appreciate him!

I contacted customer service to explain that I felt mislead about tax pro pricing. Your site indicates there are no hidden fees and I will know before I move forward. That courtesy was not provided for me. I guess that only applies when you are doing your own taxes because I wasn’t informed until mine were ready for review. When I called today I was on hold for 2hrs 45min all for the representative to compare my pricing to another clients without even knowing the complexity of my taxes. When I brought the lack of advance notice to my tax pro she didn’t even acknowledge it. As a first responder, veteran and loyal customer I was offended and let down that HR Block is not a company of its word.

Ms. Thatcher was simply patient and very kind , she is definitely an expert and very knowledgeable in addition to those attributes she is friendly. She is my blessing.

Ive been going through H&R Block for a few years now and I just love their service. I have never had any issues with any of their employees. Customer service has always been great.

Always get the largest amount tax refund the most possible and Esmeralda is easy and pleasant to work with and shes fast and great at her job. Very knowledgeable, informed and up to date on everything in her field. With over 23 yrs experience and expertise behind her and she enjoys what she does alot so shes better and faster yet more thorough in her field than alot of or most of her piers or her co-workers or her competition in her line of work.

Rebecca Knollhuff is the best tax analyst I have ever had the pleasure to trust with my money! She is always pleasant, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. It will be a sad day when I can no longer have her do my taxes!

I did not have a great experience with the office I went to. Things were said that made me feel unappreciated as a customer. I dont know how other minorities are treated at this office but I dont feel valued by the staff at the location. The manager Dennis is extremely nice though & really was able to make me feel comfortable. I may try a diffrent tax company next year, this year really made me feel strange.

It was very expensive for me to file. Other than that. It was fast and very easy.

Just FYI, they will tell you that the advance application requires soft credit pull, this is not the case. It is in fact a hard inquiry on your credit file and will reduce your credit score.

Rude and incompetent staff. Failed to call and inform us of an issue. If we hadnt gone in to ask questions we wouldnt have known our taxes didnt get filed like we had previously been told.After 15+years I think its about time to take our business else where. Maybe we will get some decent customer service with a different company.
