Had some trouble retrieving my 1099-G form to finish filing my taxes. Took about a month or so to finally be able to complete filing my taxes. Even though I was stressed out they kept their cool and were very helpful with the process. Professional atmosphere and always greeted with a smile.

2017 was smooth and fantastic, however now for 2018 I am having the opposite experience. Filed again here along with a referral. I was told I paid both my federal & state using my bank account info only to get a letter from the IRS saying it never got paid! When I go to the office to resolve the issue all I was told is they did everything right on their end. So now I am stuck paying the interest penalty along with the amount I owed. I paid for a service that they provide only to have gotten a partial service.
