Absolutely Fantastic! If youre looking for perfection and REAL nail techs this is the place. They really know how to make you feel comfortable and pampered. The place is absolutely spotless with a modern chic feel. This is hands down one of the best nail bars in Los Angeles. Ask for Sevana if you love perfection.

Elaine did SUCH a fantastic job and was super timely and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She paid attention to detail and my nails were so beautiful when she was done. Ben on the other hand as awful to my friend. He came in 30 minutes late with Taco Bell and DIDNT say sorry. He didn’t communicate with my friend at all and she ended up not feeling satisfied with her nails. They were super pointy and weirdly shaped and too short. Do not book Ben, he sucks, but you should definitely book Elaine if I haven’t already ;)

WORST nail salon ever. Went for a pedicure and the lady who was doing it went to grab my brand new UGGs to put back on me and spilled oil on them and ruined them. It was literally my first time wearing them. I asked what they would do about it and they would do nothing. Said it wasn’t their fault and iiiii should have been careful. NEVER AGAIN

I walked in to get my nails done and they did not put enough effort into my refill. For the money I paid, I was not satisfied. When I told them I did not like the shape or the way she painted my nails, they rudely responded “it is what it is” and did nothing to fix it and charged me the full amount. Not professional at all!

Before I start this negative review, I want to make it clear that I heard some of the nail artists here are really good. Thats why I came here in the first place. However, I had many eye cringing moments. I wont name her here but I was tensed the whole time my cuticles were being done and my nails filed - I bled multiple times and the for the first two days after I got my nails done, my cuticles were stinging. Only on the 3rd day it got better but now I have these scars around them. Also these are gel but already two tips are scratched off a bit when the most impact I gave to my nails were typing on a keyboard. I do like the added sparkle she added to the nail polish, but overall I was dissatisfied.

I am so happy that i find a clean and professional nail salon! I have tried many places before and i was not happy from the service they offered , finally i found an excellent and professional Nail Salon. Polish Me Nails staff did an amazing job on my nails. They actually nailed it! Highly Recommend them!

Its very clean and they have tons of colors and magazines. I feel like my gel nails stay on consistently long here and are super well done. You have to call or text to make an appointment but its worth it. This is the only place Ill get my nails done from now on, even if I have to drive into the city! Thank you Polish me nails & Spa!

The service is whatever. If your not part of their Armenian click they could careless about you. If you make an appointment be ready to wait atleast 50 minutes from the time your appointment starts. It so frustrating why have me make an appointment if your going to basically be an hour late !

I highly recommend this place, all techs are professional and their job is very clean and neat. Very enjoyable place which you can walk out with a huge smile on your face. I got my nails and eyebrows done here and Im super satisfied. :) thank you ♡

I saw the other reviews and was excited that a great nail salon was so close! I must have gone on an off day. I wasnt offered a mimosa or anything to drink and the ladies werent particularly friendly.I had been growing out my nails and was so proud of the length (I used to bite them😣). The nail technician asked me what shape, I said round and please keep the length. She said she thought square would be better and I said I didnt really care about the shape, I just wanted them to stay long. She repeated back long and square.She then proceeded to cut and file my nails down to the skin of my fingertip, even after I mentioned to keep them long one last time. Im extremely disappointed. The salon looked so nice from the outside, but I will not be going back.

Beautiful ambiance, clean, pleasant employees but my polished chipped the same day and I was told that common. Lol naaaaaah sis...I do my nails every week and I get at least 4 days before chipping. The owner did invite me back to get repolished buuuuuuuut...Im good!

In all my years of going to nail salons, Polish me Pretty is my number 1 choice. It has the best environment, the cleanest and most well kept salon, and the best workers with great attitudes. Its always a pleasure going there ☺️☺️

Love this nail shop! They give you a complimentary mimosas while you are getting your nails done. The lady that does the eyebrows is amazing I definitely recommend coming getting your nails and eyebrows threaded here !

The decor is so beautiful and I felt very welcomed when we arrived. Nail techs were patient and very engaging. I did Sns dipping organic powder and I loved it I will be back .

We have been coming here when they first opened,and I cant say enough good thinks about this place.They do something called SNS and it is the best,it lasts for 4 weeks and that is long for me.The place is extremely clean and nice.Highly recommend it.

Most of the time you will need to have an appointment to get your nails done especially before the weekend like Friday Saturday, they do good job and I normally get gel manicure or organic gel.Good management and they speak English unlike other nail salons.

I decided to get my nails done for the holidays and decided to get SNS done since I had never tried it before and heard good things about it. I booked an appointment earlier in the week to make sure I book the time I needed and also to avoid any unnecessary waiting.The day of my appointment came and I got there 30 minutes earlier, hoping maybe I can start a bit early IF the technician is available since I had 2 appointments after that. But to my luck they said shes on time. So I sad and waited, and waited, and waited and not on normal chairs. They had 4 rest cushions that they pushed together right in the middle of the salon and that is where customers wait. My appointment was at 3 PM and after 10 minutes passed my appointment I asked the girls in the front if they know how late she will be and they kept telling me right now hun, shes almost done. which was not the case. Another 10 minutes passed and still nothing. They were trying to keep me occupied by asking me to pick a color and then moved me to another seat. It was very frustrating. I even went back to the front and asked the girls to reschedule because I was going to run late from my other appointments but again they said no hun shes almost done. Well that almost done took 30 minutes and she started on my nails at 3:30. Very disappointing. Right when she, Silva, started on my nails I had asked her to not cut my cuticles too much. To which she did the exact opposite. She filed and cut my cuticles so much so that each finger was bleeding. She clearly was seeing the blood because she made a comment your fingers are so sensitive, they bleed so fast. I was in a lot of pain and she just could careless that I was in so much discomfort. I also had mentioned that I would like my nails to look very natural and not too bumpy since I did not know how SNS powder really looks and works. But once again she did not care and she kept dipping my finger in the powder and I thought that she will reshape it and file it down more, clearly I was wrong. The color was not what I had in mind either but that was the least of my worries at the point. She was finally finished and I never disliked my nails more. They charged me $40 and i walked out with bleeding cuticles and lumpy nails. Not a good experience what so ever.

If I had know about this place and my technician, I wouldnt waste money in other nail salons. The place is very clean, they give appoinments ASAP, and my technitian was very tidy and timely. Not only did I have her do my nails, but she also put gel on my grandmothers nails. I couldnt tell you how gentel and caring she was. I have a tendency to chew my nails and cuticles which makes it not easy to work with,but she put so much precision into making it perfect that it looks like my own nails have been miraculously grown. I let her decide what would be a good match for my hands and I am happy I left it for her to do. She gave me a nice manicure, then a gel x, and she put a soft baby pink color with mat finish at the end. And the entire time she kept me in a warm conversation so I dont get bored like those Asian salons. Love my nails and my tech Nar.

Worst experience ever, $40 for full set extra $15 for Gel and extra $15 for glitter gel , overal $70 was overpriced for the experience I had . Got my nails done on Saturday and they were breaking and coming apart after 3 days. This was my 3rd experience with them and obviously it’s the last time. Never again.

I didnt like the price. I paid $90 for press on nails. I didnt know what they were so I agreed, but the end result was tooooo much.
