Ive been pretty neutral about escrow companies in the past, but my experience with this one is unbelievably terrible. I paid funds in my closing costs to cover my new HOA and homeowners insurance, and they sent these funds with the wrong account #s and without my name, property address, or other identifying information. As a result, my homeowners insurance got canceled and the HOA check was also not credited to me. Trying to sort this out has been a headache, and the worst part is the lack of accountability on Susana Cuevas and Adrian Cunjes part and their refusal to try and help me sort out the situation. Avoid working with Susana and Adrian and probably Inter Valley Escrow if possible.*Update* March 2021. This also happened with my property tax payment. I am still owed back thousands of dollars. I have to keep calling and emailing various parties, because Adrian and his team will not take initiative or refund me my payments.

The escrow process at Inter Valley Escrow was very smooth. It was convienent as most of the documents were docusigned, and that gave us ample time to read and understrand each document before it was signed. This docusigning was also much faster and safer during the pandemic. The escrow process started and ended on time.
