First American Title Agency is my first and only choice for resale escrows - the service I receive from Diane Torres and the rest of the staff that backs her up is simply the best, bar none. While I’ve been opening escrows at the Legends office in Glendale for over 15 years, Diane and her team including (the legal department that reviews challenges and earnest money disputes when buyers cancel escrows) are not partial to me and my clients - all parties to a transaction are cared for professionally and fairly. They underwrite their own title policies. My clients are receiving their owner title and lender title reports from the source that originates the policy. They have one simple escrow fee that incorporates everything. No miscellaneous fees. I find that their escrow fee is the most competitive and they provide my clients with mobile signing free of charge!

Geri is friendly and very professional. The transaction was handled right and in a timely manner.

Treated my wife poorly when she went in there to drop off a check. Its a simple transaction I dont see how there could be an issue. We ended up having to rewrite the contract and use another title company. Ive never done that before and Ive purchased 10 houses in the last 10 years and used First American Title before but not this branch.

The notary (Sheryl) that was sent to sign my husband and I was completely scatter brained and unprofessional. She told me that today was just really busy and she had a bad signing with some New Yorkers at 11am today and that normally she can handle New Yorkers as if they are something less than people who arent from New York. My husband and I signed seperate and she missed him signing on the wrong line of a form and he had to drive to an office in Gilbert to correct. She would have missed many spots for me to sign that she didnt highlight but I was able to catch them. She said she was glad I was on the ball! It was insane how unprofessional and scattered she was. I coulnt wait for her to leave my house I was so annoyed. Im not sure if she is an actual employee of First American but no matter....she was a bad representation for you today. Really bad.

My mom is working with these people and no one will get back to her in a timely manner. If I could rate 0 I would because it is insane how many times shes had to call and does not either a) get a response or b) anything gets done. Do not use this company if you want something quick or easy! 👎

If I could leave no stars I would. Had a horrible experience here. Kim Farnsworth the senior loan officer yelled at us when we first walked in a few months ago because on the day of closing they still didnt have the paperwork together and she never called us for an appt time so we walked in and asked whats going on and she yelled in front of everyone that we are not here only clients. However we were closing and she promised us we would close on that day weeks prior. She continue to tell us she has a life outside of work so she basically doesnt care if she breaks promises. Do yourself a favor and save the headache we went through dealing with this unprofessional office and go elsewhere.

Renee if you had a bad experience here you had a bad real estate agent. Been working for over 3 years with this branch and all of First American title branches and receive nothing but professional service for me and my clients!
