Used their services for our first time purchase, and it couldnt have gone worse. After you sign the paperwork, they become slow to respond, and delay everything. Yaneth - the escrow rep is absolutely nightmare to deal with. Totally absurd!

Run from them. Just run. Yaneth Silva is the most unethical person here. Quick to take your money, and then unresponsive when needed. Very condescending to her customers and not polite, borderline rude.

Yaneth is the worst. Her customer service skills are deplorable. Very demeaning attitude.
