This place is a scam my wife received a letter in the mail yesterday where they are trying to garnish her income for eviction notices and damages etc but yet we have never lived here nor have we ever lived in Arizona and I’ve done called them many times to day and you can’t get anyone to answer the phone so this company is a fraud

Bad management, roaches coming out of the kitchen and bathroom.Crackheads and homeless all the time walking around, so it’s not safe at allYour car will get towed anytime

I have been living at Tela Verde for almost 4 years and my experience here has been beyond superb. The Property Manager and Leasing staff have been extremely professional and always very attentive to my needs as a tenant. My neighbors are very friendly and the community has honestly been great as a whole! Any requests I have had with the Maintenance guys have been handled in a timely manner and that is something I appreciate the most. I highly recommend Tela Verde apartments or any property managed by PEM Residential. First Class treatment is what you will receive and the beautiful renovations are icing on the cake (especially for the price;) I assure you, you will not be disappointed!!!

Tela Verde apartments are absolutely amazing! The management and staff is the best Ive dealt with! The property is well maintained and kept very clean!! The apartments themselves are remodeled and beautiful inside! Well worth the price! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Karle this lady is the rudest woman I have ever met in my life so unprofessional she talk to people like she is paying their rent the 2nd week I moved in my TV got stolen i went to work came back it was gone it was a 75 TV and all the time I knew in my head like someone has any key when I reported the incident Karle started yelling at me she never smiled this place is a bad place to live in. After a week I moved out they were in the news when someone went someones apartment the lady just got off work when she entered her apartment she saw someone so she shot the person so therefore someone in that apartment have peoples keys so watch out people

We have lived here for a year and a half now and so far Im not impressed. When we first moved in it was fine but all of the small stuff started to add up. The apartments are getting old and stuff breaks a lot. Management keeps shutting off the water to fix pipes and leaks, we are going on 5 shut offs within the last two months. Maintenance cant keep up with this place. For the price of the rent just look for something better and newer. If you are interested in these apartments ask the office about the shooting that happened a year ago. Ask them about all of the homeless that come by during the day and sleep in the parking lot at night. I guarantee you, they dont care but they will pretend like they do.

I honestly would of not gave it no stars .. Their pretty unprofessional. I moved in a month ago and still missing cabinets even though they was promised to be put in the next day after I signed the lease. The washer machine was dirty and smelled like sewer during my walk through and all the manger did was hand clean and didn’t do it good.. The balcony screen and door was off track and bent, sticker decorations from the last tenant was on the window, a condom found in the closet and there is still a crack in my tub that was reported before we moved in. They are very judge mental of people hardships, they are not here to help, and the only one who is willing to help is there Maintance man Michael, who is great by the way 💯

I come to this property often to visit family members and I’ve noticed things have gotten better on the property had no clue what has changed after asking around I noticed you guys have a new maintenance guy Mike I must say he’s doing an excellent job just wanted to put that out there

Weve been here since March 2019 and we couldnt be happier. Sharice and Laura are amazing at running this place and they are very good at keeping the neighborhood inclusive, safe and up to par with the surrounding areas. My wife and son are always around in the community and Im comfortable with them in this neighborhood. My son has made friends with all of the dogs in the complex and their owners are all very nice. My wifes made friends with the neighbors, even the elderly lady below us, and they all look out for each other. Im grateful this was where we chose.

We lived there for a year and left asap because its turned into the hood! We paid our deposit all our bills and then we were told two different stories on how much we should get back. We paid our full months rent and left a week before the end of the month. We spit shined the place and left it in the same condition we moved into. I do not recommend living there but if you dont mind drug deals and hookers walking around then thats your place to live. Glad we left it behind.

I have been here for a little over a year n I love the management ! The Manager is very friendly and helpful. I have never seen any rodents or roaches since I moved in. I have lovely neighbors n the complex is clean and quiet. Since I been here I havent seen police or any other incidents. I feel comfortable letting my kids go outside and play n enjoy themselves. The apartments are beautiful on the inside ! Very spacious. I rate a 10 for this place !

The apartments are cozy and quiet. However Im quite fed up with how they take care of work orders . I never had this problem at any other apartment complexes. I moved in March and filled out the paperwork to have them fix on things when I first moved in. They came by weeks later and didnt fix anything because they were scared of our dog even though He was locked up all day for that reason. They ended up coming by but only fixed a couple of things on our list. They did fix our dishwasher and did a cheap fix on the closet doors. It only lasted two days and broke. They Said they would be back to fix the rest and they never returned. Ive been in the office 4 times to make work orders but the office claims they never got. Im very upset of how all this is going. Ive told them multiple times the closet door almost fell on my crawling baby and they definitely dont seem to care. Ive been here for four months and they havent came back to finish my list . I lived next door at indigo Creek never had this problem. They would fix things if not the same day withing the same week.

Needed to find somewhere I could move in quick and easy. These apartments were just that! The front desk associate Karle, was so helpful and just as happy to get me in as I was! It’s been a great experience so far. Thank you Tela Verde.

I’d have to say I loved this place when I first moved in then a new management came in and they really sucked. The maintenance sucked the manager was rude but this place has improved the manager Bianca I believe is doing a lot better she is proactive at trying to get rid of obnoxious people and tries to make this a great place to live. Not a big fan of the lady that works under the manager but all in all I’d recommend this place. It’s an older community but lately it hasn’t been bad this is our second year.

Mrs. Ofelia helped us get approved and into our new home, very helpful & professional and much more. We had no trouble signing it was not painful to any degree and look forward to great memories here.My situation was time sensitive and I recommend this complex to anyone here in the valley. If I could give a negative star, I would. I was a sub lease here for little over a month and a half. While living here, staff was nothing but rude and unprofessional. there was an issue and i needed maintenance to come fix it, i called starting at 3:30 for maintenance to come, by the time they pick up the phone at 5:30 (2 HOURS LATER!!!!!!) I was informed that maintenance was already gone for the day and it have to be Monday before they can even come look at it. They never showed up, so i called again Wednesday to put in yet other maintenance order and it was until Friday that they came to fix the issue. then when i went to pay rent they charged me for additional fees that was not mentioned in the lease and when i asked why it was so much more than i was told the lady just rolled her eyes at me and said i dont know. I had just moved to AZ from SC and when i moved in i was told that rent was certain price, just to be charged more when paying the first months rent, due to the undisclosed price change i was forced to move back home because i couldnt pay those outrageous prices for a one bedroom. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived her just a short while, but the manager Sharice is INCREDIBLE! She is sympathetic to her tenants concerns and requests, and VERY on top of things. The Leasing agent is pleasant and thorough. The maintenance Staff, Cory & Eddy go the extra mile to make sure things are fixed and maintained properly. I have referred friends here to this complex and I will continue to do so. With a staff like the one here at Tele Verde apartments there is no reason to move, you know that you will be heard and things will be taken care of in a caring and timely manner. If you are looking for an apartment in this area, I highly recommend this one!

Sheree, Laura and the rest of the team are amazing. They have made such a difference in everything here. They are always polite, helpful and the matinance guys are great..super funny but they work so hard. We it here now that PEM found the right leader.

Im one of those people that reads reviews on everything (yet I rarely write any). My husband and I have been discussing a move from Kansas to Phoenix for over 2 years and just a few weeks ago we found out that there was a strong possibility of us actually moving. I spent a lot of time researching apartments in the area, schools, crime, etc. We finally took a few days and visited the area and after seeing countless apartments I decided to stop in (even though I wasnt 100% optimistic about it because of the reviews). Sharice and Lucy were in the office the day we arrived and both of them were super nice. The property was really clean and well kept and I didnt see trash, crack heads, or drug activity around the property. We had some concerns about the process and just the living and they were more than thoughtful of our situation, and even more considerate of our need to move in a few weeks. Since we got back to Kansas I applied online and have called everyday to get updates on different situations (its not easy to move across the country in 3 weeks). Sharice has been a complete pleasure and so has Lucy and I could not have been more satisfied with the service and accommodations that weve received this far. I am so glad I did not allow the negative reviews on this page to distract me from what seems to be a great opportunity for my family. I am more than appreciative of both ladies and I find comfort in knowing that they have my families best interest at heart. Thank you ladies for everything.

This morning I went by and stopped by the Complex to take a look at the housing for the area. Clearly the maintenance was doing his day to day duties. I sat by the Pool for 30 minutes to look and observe the environment. Quiet Morning was what I observed. I work nights and Volunteer in Advocacy for Homeless Disabled Veterans and Street Youth groups. I work with HUD Vouchers, Transitional Housing as a Volunteer. Im transferring from Mesa to Phoenix area soon. Personally had a good success rate of change over a 1 year Volunteer time 2018 101 Disabled Veterans off the Streets. The upcoming Neighborhood is a primary location for new beginnings I see. Living modestly in a growing area. Quiet I observed this morning. The Hustle of a New Beginning for many and low rent too is hard work. Everyones journey is individual. I was impressed with the area. Im excited to be moving soon. I mentor. 44 years old I am a single mom with a daughter in College in Seattle WA. Suggestion.Start a Monthly Meeting at your new apartment. BBQ by the Pool 4th of July. Be Grateful

Great Community! I went in the office today to see when the new club house was open and the new blonde girl (Carie?) let me know that it was open now and even took the time to take me over and show me around! I was so happy with how friendly she was! Ever since the new management came in this place has really turned around. I love my apartment and am good friends with many of my neighbors.

I have not always been very happy here at Tela Verde. The office staff never seemed to care much about residents and maintenance didnt seem to do much. Recently this has all turned around and I can tell you why. The new girl Carly. I went to pay my rent and when I did she took the time to intorduce herself, check in with me about my apartment and any issues I was having and not only that but when I told her about an issue I was having she made a note about it and promised to look in to it. Low and behold! My issue got resolved with in a week. Crazy to think someone actually fixed something with out having to be reminded. She is always so professional and kind you can tell that she really cares about the people who live here. One person can really make a difference.

I have to say even with this hot heat Cory managed to fix my a/c at the hottest time of the summer it was 115 outside. I’m great full for having the privilege to live in tele verde thank you.

Do yourself a favor & look elsewhere. Since new management took over, people are leaving right & left. Front office staff takes off early & half the time you try to go into the office for something, nobody is there. Latest issue is the water bill. There are not individual meters so youre not paying for your personal usage. Called & was told the number of residents has gone down but somehow the water usage is through the roof. All the residents Ive spoken with have seen a 300%+ rise in their water bill in the span of two months. Management has been notified of a possible leak because the consumption is so high, yet we have not been notified about the water being shut off to deal with leaks. $125 with November rent, & well see how much it is next month.We also learned that water leaking all over your floor from the ceiling is not a maintenance emergency & will not be dealt with after hours, especially when the on call maintenance person (who is also apparently the supervisor) is out with his family. This place is a joke.

Do not move to this place! The apartment is not bad but our problem is there is a cigarette smell that comes from the kitchen sink. Our apartment smells like hell! It’s unbelievable. I cannot seelp well or even breath! We smell like smokers and we are not :(. We need to wear masks in our apartment. So unhealthy! It’s sad how there are people around us who are so selfish. It seems someone in our building is using the sink to trash his/her cigarette and we ended up with the smell. Another thing if you get an apartment near the Street, you may not sleep well and end up sleeping in the living room. It’s so loud and the windows are old.

After signing my lease with Tela Verde I have had nothing to complain about. Being a college student it is nice to have a reasonably priced place to live. The property is kept clean at all times and things are constantly being renovated i.e. the pool. The Ladies in the front office have been amazing at answering any questions that I have or any problems that i have ran across. A few weeks after moving in my dishwasher had stopped working, i had immediately contacted the manager in the front office and she had one of the maintenance men working on it within hours. This truly is a great place to live and i am looking forward to renewing my lease here.

I moved in here in March of 2014, and have seen this place go thru a lot. When PB Bell took over last spring, they came in and did a lot of cosmetic upgrades and some utility upgrades that were sorely needed. Now they are going to recap their money off the backs of the residents. This complex is not in Paradise Valley and the demographics here are not those incomes. There is nothing special about this complex and Tela Verde is going to be a ghost town, especially since most of the long time residents are leaving.

Nice office staff friendly and helpful. Grounds are kept pretty nice and its quiet most the time. I like.

I called in this afternoon at 4:15 pm and asked the woman who answered what time they would be closing because I wanted to view the property. She said 5 pm. We hung up and I was on my way. I arrived at 4:40 pm and entered the leasing office where a woman behind the desk was on the phone and a nice man greeted us. I told him I was there to view the property and he told me that they were no longer showing for the day because they close at 5. I asked him why the woman, who was sitting no more than 10 feet away, did not tell me this when I called. He apologized and offered information on the property of which I refused to accept. It was not his fault, but the impression that was given was that my time was not appreciated or respected. Therefore, I did not feel they were worthy of my money. The reviews of which I shouldve read prior to leaving were correct. This woman sat there and refused to make eye contact much less apologize for what she had done. If this is how prospective tenants are treated, I really feel sorry for the current tenants. I will be checking out Bayside and Avenue 25 as advised in another review. Thank you.

I have lived in these apts for a little less than a year and I have enjoyed my time here. I feel that the complex provides a safe environment and the ladies in the office are on top of the ball. The one issue I have is that my base rate went from $699 (July 2015) to $853 (August 2016).

I moved in with my fiancé at the beginning of the year and Property manager Sharice was very ugly towards us after we could not afford to live there due to sudden unforeseen medical and personal reasons. My fiancé lived there for over a year and even signed a new lease with her, when our hard times came we did plead with her and let her know we were trying desperately to get rental assistance, to get help, to no avail. Tried making partial payments, I get it, after a certain point you can’t accept it but what really bothered me about everything was her attitude towards my family and I. Not to mention WE NEVER RECEIVED A COURT DATE which made things very messy and complicated for us during our moving out because we had no idea when we had to have everything out by. They can say they posted one to our door but we do have video evidence that never made it to our possession, AND I asked her PERSONALLY if she knew when we had to go to court and she said NO that we will get notified via process server that NEVER CAME.. We never received anything and if we would have, we would have showed up at court to show our intentions of mending this situation as peacefully as possible and arranging to remedy our account as well as moving out of the unit. She would also not let me go back for some small items that I couldn’t grab due to being restricted to one day of getting all our belongings out, talking to other PEM owned properties they all said if it were there, they wouldn’t mind if we needed extra time but that they couldn’t speak for other properties. She made things very personal towards the end and it was like we wronged her personally for things we could not change (we really desperately tried and I feel like we were pretty much at her mercy and she did not bat one eyelash, was purposefully as unhelpful as she can be) like I said I know eviction is a worst case scenario and there is not much that could be done for tenant/landlord relationship but coming from management/collections/customer service, she could not have treated or talked to us more horribly than she did during the process of our eviction. Before? She was very nice. After she had to send our things to court is when her smart comments and rude demeanor started, even through tears, trying to ask if she knew if there were any other resources we could try, she was giggling at me, at some of my questions. After asking and asking if we could come back at a later date to get the rest of our things it continued to be a firm “no” until I reached out to PEM real estates office and got ahold of someone that was able to arrange for me to go. Like did I really have to go that far?She made us feel so shamed for our situation, as if we did not already feel ashamed enough. If I could leave any advice, this is your job. Not your house. Don’t treat your tenants that can’t pay like they are garbage if they are trying to genuinely remedy the situation. You are still at work. They’re human too. Be mindful of what they might be going through, I just found out we were having another baby and at the same time was diagnosed with precancerous conditions, along with a lot of other things, the last thing I needed was for me to, at my humblest times, go to Sharice seeking any advice or resources she could give and her not showing any sort of humanity at all.Your impression on our lives was a very unpleasant one in a dark time, I will pray that if you ever find yourself in a similar demise that you will not be treated the way you talked to me, while I was IN. TEARS. And we will be further consulting with someone regarding the situation of our court date. Something tells me that didn’t make it to our possession for a very unethical reason.Dont want a reply. I posted this so that other people will know how you treated us and if anyone else might be facing eviction I encourage you to monitor your door just in case so that you can get your proper day in front of the judge to at least SHOW up and speak for yourself and actually be in the know of when they plan on repossessing the dwelling.

I recently left these apartments after spending a couple years here and I wanted to leave my thoughts, on both the good and the bad. This is a pretty small complex compared to most in the surrounding area. Its age and location have left it well-used and difficult to maintain. Ill admit I was frustrated at times at the breadth of time it took to see a maintenance tech. The worst was when it took six days to have someone out to fix the sink and dishwasher.Yet I should note that I rarely ever saw the maintenance workers without a sheen of sweat or not engaged some arduous task under the Arizona sun. Its not that the staff are lazy or unskilled, they just don’t have enough hands. Likely the leasing company has made the economic decision to forgo crisp service and pristine facilities in lieu of better profit margins, a short-sighted but very common thought process when it comes to apartment complexes. Regardless, the quality of the staff they do have makes up for much of this deficit.The reason I believe this location is worth the four stars I’m assigning it is because despite the challenges I noted, my stay here was peaceful. While the maintenance took a while, I didn’t need them very often. I was never disturbed by police regularly showing up. Nothing exploded or caught fire while I was there. And (most thankfully) I never had to deal with rats or roaches. My neighbors either peacefully let me go about my life or became my friends and joined it. I consider these aspects very important to apartment life and they were all met.Finally, a last word on the staff currently heading the office. I am grateful to whoever decided to appoint Carly to the office here several months ago. She is a woman possessing a commendable quality of people skills and knows how to handle issues while showing concern and effort. She displayed intelligence and capability whenever I presented a problem or concern. The only people I personally witnessed have difficulties with her in the office were difficult people. Knowing there was someone I could trust in the office made the last months of my stay much more pleasant and Carly should be a positive check in everyone’s pro versus con list on deciding where to stay this year. PB Bell would do well to keep her on the company payroll.

Carly is probably one of the rudest people I have met at an apartment complex. She is lazy and does not answer calls but when she does she is rude and quick I think she went on and wrote reviews about herself lol. She fits in though because maintenance is never done, you pay way too much here and it’s infested by cockroaches, bed bugs and there’s break ins frequently. But if that’s your thing, come in I’m sure Carly will hook you up!

Its sad to see all the bad reviews. I lived here back when it was Sunrise Village, I got married in the club house. I always thought these were some of the nicest apartments in the area. My view of the community is not bad.. I said, I was sad to see all the bad reviews. I loved living there

Canteven walk my dang dog anymore! Took her out for a walk and the second she goes potty I get yelled at by some old couple SCREAMING at me to pick up after her. I was headed to the darn bag station. He threatened to call the cops on me and report me to the office because I wasn’t gonna pick up after her (I WAS!!!!!!!!!!) he’s done this multiple times even though I always go to the bag spot. Talked to my neighbors and the other people here and they did it to them to and they have complained about it before. Here’s an idea if you don’t like dogs don’t live hear the dog park!

Very horrible management. I’m a business owner myself and you do NOT treat customers the way that they do. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. As you can tell by all of the latest reviews this place is going down the drain. Thankfully my lease ended around the time the new management came in. DO NOT waste your time or money at this place. Your car gets broken into and also damaged, there’s hardly any security around considering there is a bunch of drug addicts throughout the area. Good luck to anybody who will waste their money coming into this complex

Tele verde has done a great job working with me in lot ways that has made my stay great I even renewed for another year . sharice and Laura are great managers tela verde has improved aLot . Great maintenance good jobs u guys keep up the good work.

This is the worst place to live. Over priced and crappy. They dont fix nothing. Rent is way over priced. My screens were broken , sliding door was broken and I lived without kitched/diningroom lights for months. I put many work orders in and of course they would show up when I specifically asked them not to. I recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment. The office people are extremely rude as well. Breaking my lease early but they are evicting me anyway.... F this crappy place, these apartments need to be shut down

The Free Months Rent Lure You In.1- The apartments are very very very old every day something break down.2- No privacy. so easy to hear your noise from the neighbors.3- I have been harassed by the office workers, manager, and neighbors multiple times.4- Turning off the water and electricity every few days.5- The apartment complex is full of drugs and drinkers.CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT ONCE THE LEASE IS OVER.

Horrible place to live I agree with the other users who posted. I am NOT one to leave bad reviews unless the place TRULY deserves it. Let me give you a run down so you know.... shady apartment I love right next to one of the below mentioned drug addicts there are sales that go on daily it appears the person NEVER goes to work and has weird random people on bikes that stake out for like watches..... very scary car has been messed with and scratched. Dog poopies litter the landscape more than gravel or grass the playground has been here for the past 10 years... so Id HIGHLY recommend taking your child to a park. Dont even get me started on the weird smells in the apartments... its like a dead body is somewhere in here? Ive shampooed carpets Ive deep cleaned and it wont go away... called management they said its due to the complex being older? The shower sprays out freezing cold water they said it had to do with an old boiler? There are nuclear war looking cockroaches in here that are established room mates... the new management is lazy, disrespectful and a bunch of cheats. Please I beg of you DO NOT rent here. And Im sure once I post this Ill finally get some communication from the management but dont let it fool you, they will never answer your calls.

They do not address work orders in a timely manner, they ignore them until you hound them for months in a row. They will make up excuses and say you did not grant permission to enter when you clearly did as a way of blaming the tenant. The property has been renovated but the management team on site is absolutely horrible! Karle is one of the rudest and most obnoxious people I’ve ever met. If you look at other reviews on here other people say the same thing. If you ask me she needs to be replaced! Prices, service and selection are what this industry is about. This apartment is over priced, the service stinks and the only thing going for it is the appearance of it. Don’t waste your time or money renting from this place. Paseo Park Apartments are right up the street, go there.Fire Karle and I bet more people would be happier.

I used to love living here, but since the new management took over they went down hill. My rent kept increasing for unknown reasons, management wasnt friendly and dodgey. My water bill reached over $100 for a two bed with two people every month. My stairs were broken for two months and they knew about it (which btw is a safety concern) and did NOTHING!! Doesnt sound right. Then back owed on taxes because you screwed up?! Please read theses reviews people and listen to these people at dont move in.

If you are a woman, and you wanna get harassed by male neighbors when you take the trash out or go to check the mailbox, this apartment is the best place to live. Because the rent is cheaper than the other apartment complexes around this area, the quality of the residents is so low. Be ready for the low quality of neighbors, if you are moving in.

I recently renewed my lease because of Sharice. This manager and the new maintenance staff have been awesome. I can tell that they are trying to work with the property management company, PEM, and the residents. She has been going the extra mile with thank you residents lunch meeting or a nice friendly email to let you know if there is an issues at the property and when it would be resolved. Or a nice breakfast for the residents just to say hello and have a great day that day! The property is much cleaner and the residents that are moving in are much better instead of the riff raff and druggies. Im happy to be doing one more year and making Tela Verde my home. PEM should be happy with this management and staff.

I livebon the corner and pay way to much in elec, warer, and rent for people and crackheads always hanging around asking for something, this man is been sleeping under my apt for days, i have children. When asking management about the police taking pictures and evidence or narcotics im the apt below they refused to let me know anything when its on piblic record with the police. I actually helped the 3rd partt cleaning company to move out all the items in the apt below me. Crack pipes tin foil, ammo, and all was found in that apartment, very unsafe area. Rude management.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! They took a $100 holding deposit out of our account on November 11th. We got denied November 13th and got a email saying they were sending out a check. Its been a month and still no check. They are crooks.

Management was friendly and they all knew their residents by name, always had impeccable communication skills, were professional and organized.Since new management has taken over, they are not friendly, they do not know their residents by their names, their lack of communication is ridiculous and their professionalism when dealing with residents is TERRIBLE.I can never get ahold of them via phone and when told that email is their best form of communication, I dont even receive any confirmation from them via the email.Carly is the worst leasing consultant I have ever come across. She always has an excuse for why something never got done and never apologizes for any mistakes she makes. Most recently, she has LOST my rent check and had the audacity to tell me that I never paid it. For starters, she was over half an hour late from her lunch break, so I was standing out in the heat waiting for her because I had no idea when she was going to return and I did not want to miss her, considering I can never get ahold of her. She then tells me that in 2 days there will be a court hearing so that they can collect their rent. Yeah my rent check turned in on the 4th, and yet she claimed that notices were handed out on the 6th. Not only did it take her about 1 day to lose my rent check, but not once did I receive a single notice to pay or vacate my apartment. She claimed to have been calling me all month and knocking on my door even on the weekends, but not once did I receive a single phone call and not once when I was here on the weekends, did she knock on my door.When I asked her why she couldnt send me a courtesy email, as another form of communication, she said that she can not release any personal information via email. I then told her that she didnt have to release any information via email, but that she could have very easily let me know that she has been trying to get ahold of me. The icing on the cake to this was that, the entire time she was looking for my rent check, somebody elses rent check was sitting out in the open on her desk. It is no wonder that she lost mine. Her desk was a complete and utter mess if I could post the pictures that I took of it I would very well post them. There were resident files on the desk, papers everywhere, and food everywhere. Im sure to her there was an order to her chaos, but to anybody else coming in he did not look professionalThe entire time she was completely defensive, not once apologized for any of her actions , and was not in any way shape or form trying to be helpful. Granted I had every right to be extremely angry, she then continued to patronize me by telling me that she was not going to deal with me unless I was calm.I have worked in property management before and not once did I ever treat any of my residence or perspective residents with the attitude that she gave me today. I have every right to be angry with her because I work my butt off to afford the ridiculous rent for mediocre apartments. 2 years ago I would refer this place to anybody, but with the management that is in the office right now and everything that I have left here on this review I would never refer anybody here.

My mom live here and this place is ridiculous they have told her no table in the patio ahhwhat if she want to sit out to enjoy a cup of coffee , small table not aloud by the front door ,, my mom been asking to take off the carpet and they been refusing ,,, I have told my mom to move so many times cuz I feel she just paying rent for nothing

Its alright . The maitenence is very slow . Office staff is great though . The pools are nice. Theres lots of kids though so every once in a while you gotta watch out for the occasional floater.

Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Rent is a joke (I just paid over $1,100 for some ghetto ass apartment). The reason I paid so much is because the water bill has sky rocketed to over $100 a month (for an apartment, really??) and because the CORPORATE made a mistake on not charging us tax, we had to pay $42 in back taxes.Office staff is a joke. I miss the old staff so badly because as soon as this new staff came in, things have definitely gone down hill. Unfortunately, my lease isnt up until August, but best believe, my husband and I will not be renewing 😐🙋🏽🙅🏽✌🏼🖑🏽

This is by far the worse apartments to live in. The apartments not to bad, the area not horrible, maintenance good, but staff is the worse. I have had nothing but problems with the staff. They close early all the time, they lied on several the the community services. I asked about the so call gym and they stated oh yeah its 24 hours. Two days after I moved in it was changed to Monday though Friday during the day. I requested paperwork from their office regarding what my rent was since I never was given a copy of my lease, it took them 3 months to get it. If you wanted to be treated like dirt rent here!

Ive lived here for 5 years this has always been an amazing place to live, AS of August 2017 this is horrible!! Ive had my car broken into and when I have to park across the street with my infant daughter they do nothing ! new management is horrible ... Ive never had such horrible management. They dont look at us as what we are. As residents we get treated bad it shocked me because Ive never had a complaint. But sadly the list goes on None of the workers look happy ever . The rules they have are as if we are prisoners in prison . And if they dont like somthing on your patio they will take it and have no liability to repay you for it .... even if its the last item you have of your late mothers , brothers or bestfriend. I mean the list goes on never have my neighbors or myself experienced such horrible management .. dont live here if you have any other place to go . None of us who are currently here who have been here for any length of time are leaving. Telaverde used to be such an amazing place where I used to love to live .... now I cant wait to leave . Ohyeah and not to mention out of 5 years Ive only been late on rent ONCE and that was due to a work schedual

Overall things are okay here. You cant hear the neighbors in their apartments and theres a washer and dryer in unit (technically outside, but its all mine so Im happy). The apartment was clean when we moved in except for the cheap carpet that showed every previous stain (it was not new carpet) within a couple of weeks. The grounds are relatively well maintained. However, theres a fair amount of dubious foot traffic coming through the apartment complex very late at night. Consequently, weve had a bike cut off and stolen off our second story balcony as well as three of our car tires slashed. The new management company has done some cosmetic upgrades which residents arent too impressed with because of the resulting rent raise and the relatively little quality of life improvement. At the end of the day, this complex is really not in the neighborhood to justify the rent regardless of how pretty they make it look.

This is actually Ann Care, not sure what my google password is lol using my moms.To be honest im not sure why this place is overall a 2 star.Its a great location. The ladies at the front office are beyond helpful!We lived upstairs in an upgraded apartment towards the back and never had any problems. Sometimes these people would play their music too loud but all you have to do is ask them to turn it down and they do. The pool is clean, everything in the apartment works great. Kids park, doggie park included. I wish i didnt have to move out but i wanted a house. I use to work nights and be home by 1am and i never felt unsafe also.I still recommend this place to friends even when i dont live there.

I am now going on my 2nd year living here at Tela Verde. Being that I am a single mother with 3 young children I have to say I live very comfortably and overall feel quite safe in this apartment complex. It is very kid friendly, I love the fact that it has a playground for the children to play at. I like being able to take them to the playground on my days off and now in the evening being our wheather is beautiful. The pool renovation seems to be moving along quite quickly and although Im not sure I will be brave enough to go swimming when the temperature starts to get colder it is awsome to know the option is there with a heated pool. The staff has always been very friendly to me and helpfull when needed. The ladies in the office have always made me feel very welcome & have always addressed any issue I have had very promtley. Not that I have had any major issues that I can think of. In one occassion my kitchen outlet blew out while I had just turned my coffee maker on. Well to my surprise it also burnt out my coffee maker. I quickly called the front office and explained what had happened. Maintanence was at my front door in a matter of 15 minutes (litteraly) to my surprise when I opened my door, there was standing the maintanece man holding a coffee maker. He explained the lady in the office felt horrible about what had happened and how I could not have my cup of coffee now, so she wanted me to have there office coffee maker. He also fixed my electric problem. I know not everyone may have the exact same experience but to me that shows a lot. To me it shows warmth and a staff that truly does care. It is not a luxury apartment I have, but a very descent place to live at a very reasonably price. I can say I am not embarassed to envite my family or friends to come over. In fact I have recommended my apartment complex to a few co-workers looking for a place to live. Overall I am very comfortable here and plan to keep renewing my lease with them. When reading all the negative comments made on here it truly makes me sad because a number of them unless I am living in a completly different Tela Verde (which I highly doubt) are just not true. The fitness center has always been open when I have gone to use it (at times late due to my busy schedule) the pool has been closed due to the staff having it all redone and they sent out a notice talking about the improvments taking place through out the apartment complex. I have never had bug issues ( maybe im one of the lucky ones ). So if your wondering about this apartment complex & reading this I would tell you to come look for yourself.

Ghetto. If you are ghetto live here if not don’t. Car break ins lazy Maitenance never do work requests. Don’t move here unless the above mentioned interests you

Office is rude and makes it difficult just to get an air filter maintenance takes forever just for an air filter. I dont plan on renewing my lease.

Infestation of Roaches and rent is too much. Plus you have to pay extra for gym.
