I’ve called the Reserve at Arrowhead my home for the last 3 years and these are the best apartments in Arrowhead. Retail is within walking distance and there are so many amenities in the area. I remember Don who was the maintenance specialist there and I never had any maintenance issues. He was a gentleman and a scholar. I maybe called maintenance twice in 3 years, and never had any issues. Victoria is remarkable, she is an outstanding representative for the office. I’m so proud of her and how she runs the office there. She gave me the best apartment, 1st floor and balcony facing the pool. Thanks Victoria

My family and I lived here for almost 2 years. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the property and the friendliness of the office and maintenance staff. When maintenance was needed, they were always quick to respond. They use online tools which made communication easier overall for maintenance requests.The proximity to the mall and other local amenities make Reserve at Arrowhead a great place to live. We would recommend this property to anyone considering living here.

I am going on three years here and overall have had a very good experience. Victoria in the main office is always super friendly and helpful whenever anything is needed. And my maintenance tickets are always taken care of in a timely manner, usually within a day. Extra shout out to Dav in maintenance who answered my emergency maintenance call at 9:30pm on a Saturday night within 10 minutes and was at my apartment within 30 minutes to assist me. I know my neighbors directly below me on both sides and directly across from me. We all look out for each other, and have all been here for relatively the same amount of time. It’s a nice community feeling and it’s nice to have that, especially nowadays.

The truly wonderful front office staff, make this community an great place to call home! I have endured a few life changing events during my stay, and I cant began to explain the joy that is felt, coming home and at my door,everything from (Greeting cards,notes and flowers) wishing me well and a speedy recovery. My husband and I moved from WA state January, 2020 we had already spent the previous summer looking at places. We chose to go with Reserve at Arrowhead. The first time walking into the office was such a warm friendly feeling and a beautiful place to call home, that we knew we had made the right choice! I cant speak highly enough of the entire office staff and maintenance crew. When I was looking for a place to call home, I stopped by many apartment communities but Gabbie with Reserve at Arrowhead ultimately won me over. Her professionalism and her desire to help me find what I was looking for was 2nd to none. She allowed me to get a bit more personal when it came to my kids and helped me appreciate what the surrounding had to offer for me and my children. Reserve also offered the most bang for your buck with pricing. From there, I knew the decision was made. I recommend Reserve at Arrowhead for their ability to connect with their future tenants, best pricing location wise compared to the higher prices in the same area.

Just moved back to Arizona, and had to find a place quick. Lucky me I had the pleasure of stumbling onto here! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Gabbie at the front desk, who helped me pick out an apartment, showed me around the complex and amenities, and gave me a tour of my new place. Very helpful with the surrounding area and setting up my apartment!

My daughter and her family lives at Reserve at Arrowhead and has always felt like home to me as well. We love visiting. The office staff is always welcoming and always feels like we are extended family. It has been rough during this pandemic but we know we couldnt feel more secure for our family there. Highly recommend any day.

I am just so obsessed with my home! The gym opened back up and its always so clean, cool and smelling great. I actually decided to cancel my gym membership for this reason. Thank you so much to the staff for keeping it so clean and refreshing in there. YOU GUYS ROCK

My roommates and I absolutely love the Reserve at Arrowhead Apartments! The staff was super helpful with our move in process and within a week the staff helped us get our paperwork situated so we could move in a week later! We definitely are enjoying our stay and excited to call this place home!

We have been here for many years and we love the team here. They always seem very helpful and professional and we can’t find anyone better. We have a great relationship with Victoria who always helps us while we travel and we continue to refer friends and family here!

I’ve been a resident at this apartment complex since April 2020. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. The complex is clean and the apartments are spacious and affordable. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I just moved here 3 days ago from Chicago.At 4:30pm yesterday I stopped by the office to let them know my AC was not delivering sufficient cold air. I was nervous because I had read some reviews from some cranky people. By the time I returned to my apartment, the efficient maintenance group had set up a temporary unit to keep me cool. Impressed.Last night I sent in 4 items to fix via the online portal not expecting action to fix these items for a few days. I worked out this morning and when I returned at 10am ALL items were done.I learned to NOT always rely on the reviews of complaint. There are a lot of people working hard out there to help. Reserve at Arrowhead hit a homer in in my book.. Christi, Gabby and the maintenance group: I am truly thankful!

Move out experience went seemingly well. Victoria and Chris answered all my questions and the gals in the office were super supportive. Thanks for the short term home, definitely will be referring.

My family has lived here since 2015 and we love it. You can’t beat the location and the office staff (Victoria, Gabbi, Christy and Mary) have always been very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend living here. I am happy to call the Reserve at Arrowhead home.

The office staff was amazing ,but maintenance was ridiculous..we lived her almost 4 years and work never done always had to call back or just fix myself .Im getting charged for damage that was done by them, and now dryer broke Friday not coming till next week when we move out..no care ,no follow up ever. Im very disappointed. So good luck future renter hope you have better luck with this place then we did.

Gabbie M at the front office was absolutely the best when we were going through the renting process. She made sure our wants and needs were met to the best of her ability. I would recommend her and the apartments just because of how awesome she was.

Amazing location, high quality maintenance, and very friendly and competent office people. Overall, one of the best places I’ve ever lived.

The reserve at Arrowhead is located in a really nice area, close to alllll kinds of shopping and 101. In a lot of ways you pay for the location. Very clean, dumpsters regularly empty. Pool was always clean, even in winter. Really nice grassy areas and a small dog park for the pups. Loved the flooring in mine but some people still have carpet. Maintenance ALWAYS responded first day and left notes after fixing things to let you know they had completed the job. I actually ended up getting removed from my apt because of unfortunate life situations and those ladies in the front office worked with me every step of the way. They were so kind and sensitive to my situation and really worked with me. I owe Gabby, Victoria, & Christie so much. Reserve at Arrowhead GENUINELY cares about their tenants and it makes living there feel like home.

Save yourself the time and money. This place is overpriced for how unbelievably terrible the management is. The only good thing about this complex is the location. The women that work in the front office are some of the most rotten people you’ll ever encounter. The apartments are run down and forget having maintenance come and fix your appliances properly. There are many better/cheaper/newer complex’s In the area. Just do your research and don’t end up in a lease here like we did.

I really enjoyed living here and I would have continued if I could. There was some minor issues I had that arent worth going into but overall I would recommend this place. The area isnt so bad for traffic being near the mall and I felt safe there.

I have been living here for the past 2 years and I just love it! I have a 3 bedroom and the layout is perfect. Its a good size and was well kept when I moved in. The private patio is a great size and has access from the living area and master bedroom. Every room has a walk in closet. There are a ton of grass areas, which is great because I am able to walk my dog around. There is also a pet park that usually has another resident there for dog socialization. The do a thing called thank you thursday and food truck friday, so there are events pretty often. Its nice to know fridays can be a cooking free zone. I have had a handful of maintenance requests for minor things and they are always super quick to come and fix it. The office team - Chris, Kristi, Gabby and Mary are AWWESOME! Super friendly and on top of things. Travis, Jason, Dav and Beto have taken care of my maintenance needs and are also great people! I see the housekeeper Maria every morning on the golf cart cleaning up and she always waves and says hi! Such a great community, and its RIGHT by the mall which is a huge bonus to my teenager.

Although the apartments are a bit dated, it is an amazing place to be. I spent 2 and a half years here, with my kids. The office ladies have always been friendly and super helpful. I felt that they were an extended family to myself and my boys. Maintenance was always very kind and timely. The location is awesome. Id say a few minor upgrades (which I am sure they are working on this, because as I was leaving upgrades were happening) this will be the spot.

Just like you will be right with you been living here for over 20 years Love it. Victoria has always helped me and been very professional.

Been here since like june 2018, never really had an issue. except one time i got fined $50 bc i had an ironing board on my balcony which was absolutely ridiculous, but hey i aint homeless, right? anyway, cool place to live :)

The maintenance crew does a great job of keeping this property in tip-top condition. Whenever I have requested any minor apartment repairs, the crew has responded quickly and taken care of my needs efficiently and in a friendly manner. My move in experience was great, I got the pleasure of meeting Mary and Gabriela they both had great customer service and made me feel welcomed from the beginning of the move in experience.

Great place to live. Very convenient by the shopping area. Always see maintenance picking up and keep up with orders to there best potential. Office staff are amazing. Always helped me with my needs and worked with me when they could, specially Victoria. All in all, I loved living here.

Update 10/6/20- I have been a happy tenant at Reserve at Arrowhead Apartments for almost a year & a half now.Victoria, & the entire staff are absolutely awesome ! Theyre all very professional, friendly and helpful at all times ! I love these great, caring people 🙂❤️Great service with maintenance as well. They all do a great job with a fix it right the first time repair.I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live, in a nice area, with lots of good restaurants around. 😎👍🏼

Lived here from June 2012 - November 2017. Overall, we had good experiences. It was safe, well kept, and the office people were generally friendly. The most recent management company (there have been three in our 5+ years) have been good. They’ve attempted to create a sense of community by having monthly events and contests which has been a nice thing, although I personally didn’t participate much. Our move out experience was slightly rocky but ultimately resolved to my satisfaction and I think, theirs as well. Overall, I would recommend the property and enjoyed our time there.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed it thoroughly! I live in a 2 bedroom and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apt which I love. the apt itself is pretty spacious, too. the dog park is walking distance for my pup and there is always extra parking where my building is. everyone in the office is super friendly. I love the location and dont plan on leaving anytime soon.

We needed a temporary home while looking to purchase a house, they worked with us and our cats doing a 3 month lease with a garage, on short notice. We ended up staying 6 months and had a great time. Anytime an appliance acted up they responded quickly and we were professional from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone looking for a gated community with wonderful ammenities. Really a great experience!

We have lived here for about a year now and are very happy to call this apartment complex home. The front staff is very kind and courteous whenever we have an issue or just a general question, especially Victoria, she is great! When appliances start acting up the maintenance crew is quick, honest and very kind as well. My daughters accidentally broke one of the large closet door mirrors and the front office worked with us to pay it off and had it replaced. We also recently got a pet and they are working with us with the pet deposit as well. The pool is usually always open and clean. We never hear our neighbors, and we have parking very close the our building. The location of the complex itself is perfect, you can safely walk to the Arrowhead Mall right from the complexes parking lot. I absolutely love living here, I hope to renew my lease in October and I have even recommended this place to family and friends!

I have lived here for five (5) years now and I still love living here. Its quiet and close to everything I need. At one time, I thought about moving into the newer built communities in the area, but they want way too much rent for smaller square footage, so Ive decided to stay where I am. I love the privacy of the balcony/terrace, and the surrounding areas are clean and quiet. I take care of my mother who has Dementia and she is able to walk around the community safely. My neighbors are friendly, which adds to a great community. My son and his family moved here because of the cleanliness, how quiet it is and the friendliness. I appreciate the cleanliness of the property and the management staff is great! Very helpful and they always answer my questions or concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance is always handled quickly and efficiently. Connie does a great job and is very personable. Keep up the good work!

We stopped in for a tour and the entire staff was super helpful. The property looked great and we loved the location and floor plans. Looking for a new home has been pretty stressful but they made everything really smooth and easy and we cant wait to call this place home!

I have had a great experience here. The staff is very helpful and considerate in the front office. Manager helps you out if she can and is very nice. Maintenance is super slow and forgetful but I wouldn’t want to lower my stars cause the front office is so amazing! Security is excellent! Very quiet and never have heard about any crime. Right behind the mall and there are nice concerts out there. You can hear them outside and that’s cool. Apartment is still quiet cause you can’t hear the concerts once inside. Pools are awesome and well kept.Brad

I transferred to the Reserves from another Weidner community.Upon receiving my keys and walking through the apartment I noticed that it had not been properly cleaned and was not ready for move in. I contacted the office and they made sure someone came out and cleaned it before my movers arrived the following day. I was impressed with the fast response and willingness to correct the mistake. When I came back the next day they even left me a note and a nice gift as their way of making up for the inconvenience.Two days later as I was putting my kitchen together I noticed mold in my cabinets. After bringing it to Denises attention she immediately took care of everything and even worked to find me a temporary place to stay since I couldnt use the second story model she offered.She went above and beyond to rectify the situation through other means as well.The maintenance supervisor that was the one to treat and find the cause was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable about what he was doing.He even offered if I left my boxes outside he would move them since I have current limitations and doing so myself is hard.This is the only community I have stayed in that was willing to do what it takes to correct errors and make sure things were properly taken care of with ease.

I lived here for 2 years. I didnt love it, but it was adequate. It is very noisy and I always heard my neighbors (especially upstairs). Although there are many complaints about management, I personally never had any issues. They were friendly toward me and processed my security deposit refund right away after moving out. Maintenance was sometimes slow to respond, but never took more than two business days in my case. Ive lived at places that have taken longer.The pool area is nice, and the location is great. Right next to the Arrowhead Mall, Sams Club, Starbucks, and some great restaurants like Arrowhead Grill.

Plenty of guest parking, especially the wall closest to the mall. Grounds are really kept up with landscaping is always done and done nicely. I feel safe when I come home, big step up from my last apartment and super pleased to be living in the area.

One of the worst places I’ve ever rented from. Will screw you out of money, do NOT move in. The whole company is completely pathetic and do not care about their clients who are renting from them at all! I literally had a toilet over flowing with water and flooding my bathroom and it took them about 5-6 phone calls and 2 reports and a complaint from the downstairs neighbor about it “leaking” for them to finally come help fix it. Another time, my AC was broken and wouldn’t blow out cold air, take in the fact that this was middle of summer in PHX, AZ. I had to take my dogs and myself and move into a friends for a few days because they wouldn’t come fix it. Does that sound like a genuinely friendly staff to you? Cause not to me it doesn’t!!Anytime a request was put in for something broken or not working it took about a week or longer for them to fix it. Paying over a grand and being treated like this is not how I enjoyed living. I am more than GRATEFUL I got the hell outta there!!Just to add, one time my friends car was STOLEN from our parking spot and when I called the front office and even emailed them, I never once got a response. Never took the time to email me back, and in the email I included that I did not feel safe living there because it wasn’t the first time that something was stolen. They do not care about their renters at ALL. Just our money.

We have been trying for 2 months to sign a lease at this mess. Every copy of the lease has had major errors. They promised us a move in date that was not available. I am seriously considering losing our holding deposit to find a more organized place to live. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.Update: Weve now lived here for 2 years and its been about what youd expect given our leasing process. We call in repairs and maintenance comes out and just says yep thats broken and does not bother to repair it. The neighborhood kids destroy the property, vandalizing vending machines, smashing lamp posts, and leaving trash everywhere. They will jump on your balcony and bang on your door. Now the kids have started turning water bottles into bongs, smoking pot on the steps of our apartment and leaving them there. Its a good location and its the cheapest on the block but you get what you pay for.

I have lived here for several months now and have had a very pleasant experience. I never physically came and saw the apartments before signing my lease and I did all my paperwork via e-mail. When I arrived everything was taken care of and my apartment was very clean and ready for me to move in. I have read that there have been thefts on the property, but I cant say I have heard of anything happening and I do see the courtesy patrol out occasionally and they are always on call. I personally feel safe living here. I have had several maintenance requests for little things like my light bulb being out or my hot water heater not being hot and every request was taken care of within 48 hours, usually 24 hours. The units are old, but the light fixtures/ceiling fans, window blinds and floors have all been updated. There are plenty of places near by where you will pay more for the same quality. The units are also a tad bit loud, hearing neighbors TVs, but thats apartment living. The office staff is always funny and nice when I stop in for a package or a question. Do your research, be on top of things and your experience will be seamless.

Ever since Lincoln Property Management took over around 5 months ago things have gone down hill fast. My only real complaint before was the noise level from neighbors. Everything else was great. Lincoln ended up replacing all the staff except for some of the maintenance people (who have been amazing during my stay). Since they have taken over the grounds have started to suffer a bit and the new office staff are incredibly rude and hard to get a hold of. I purchased a home recently and had to break my lease. Two employees walked me through the process praising the company for how easy and painless it was. I walked away very pleased until about a month after I left I got a bill for $600. This was never explained when I met with the two employees at the office earlier. On top of that when I inquired about my $200 refundable deposit they informed me that they had no record of it so now Im also out that money as well. This place is unfortunately no longer a good place to live.

The maintenance in this complex is the WORST!!! My blinds in the front window were needing to be fixed and rather than the maintenance tech coming to replace them he simply tied them back together! If that’s the kind of work I wanted done I could’ve done it myself! I’m sure they wouldn’t do that kind of work in there own home. I also had put in a request for my carpet to be fixed as the nails at the front entrance were sticking out. I get home an email saying the maintenance had been completed and I get home from work to find it undone (I expected nothing less) I then had to call the front office and find out what was going on which of course everyone was clueless. If there was nothing done for a reason then say something leave a note or some type of way to communicate but no because communication does not exist here.

I wish I can give zero stars for this garbage apartment, and garbage Service, they’re a sharper...

I live in this apartment. Air conditioners become non-working quite often. When called for emergency when temperature is above 85F, they will tell they have only two air coolers - and they are already given for other units. Can you believe they have only 2 coolers for an apartment with 600 or so units? I cannot move out until my lease expires, unfortunately. [P.S. I had to wait for 5 days to get A/C fixed last year. Today I have same issue - and they give their same answers - we have only 2 coolers]

I have NEVER had a problem with any of the staff here. I have lived here since before Lincoln took over. It is a great place to live the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because 3 times a week the groundskeepers start at 7 in the morning.

Moving here was a great decision! The rent is fair, the location is right across the street from Arrowhead mall, and the apartments are pretty spacey. The staff is on top of things at all times, and the units are very clean. The reviews of this place may not be so favorable on here, but, if anyone is considering moving in here, take a tour and judge for yourself!

The team here is great to with. I’ve been a vendor for Reserve at Arrowhead for the last 3 years Donny and Denise are great people who run a great team and property.

After reading reviews I was skeptical to move here as many of them were very negative, however I have been nothing but impressed with everything here! The grounds are always left clean and tidy, whenever something in the apartment needs to be fixed it is within a day or two. The office staff are very friendly and helpful for whatever needs I may have and they go above and beyond to provide extra events for the residents. There are movie nights, free breakfast days, sales parties in the office, etc to make everyone feel welcome!

Beautiful apartment complex, grounds well maintained, close to Arrowhead mall. 2 pools and they have detached garages. Community is amazing people that live here are great. Office is just now switching over to weidner properties and things are a little delayed with communication however not maintenance issues..those are handled right away

This has been my home for five years. I enjoy the location, amenities and the knowledgeable staff. Family and pet friendly is a plus.

Weve been vendors here for about 2 years now excellent place to call your new home they expect a high standard from our services to assure their residents are always satisfied and we gladly meet those expectations . Nice and friendly maintance and front office staff

Very quiet in our section. Maintenance staff is maybe a 2 star. Have had them come out to fix same issues many times. Kitchen flooded 3 times turning carpet black in spots near the kitchen and dinning room. Promised a shampoo each time and have never done it. Exhaust fan in bathroom never works. They tried spraying WD 40 and worked for a day. Then came and replaced fan with wrong fan and leaving holes in ceiling and the trash from the repair all over bathroom. Front door likes to open on its own unless double bolted. Promised to put a plate on the door to fix it and have not done that either. Bathroom flooded and lifted up flooring. Flooded hallway carpet. Promised a clean of carpets. Never done. Gated community with codes, but half the time I have been here they are open, fire department overrides it and never closes them. Front office staff are pretty nice. If you have problems with pay and need another date they will save you a fee here and there when they can. That’s a big help! Seriously it is. Pool says heated, but does not feel heated at all. I have lived in complexes with a heated pool and this one if heater is on it is set to like 55 if that. Then they tell you it has to be fixed. Then a couple of months later in March they say it’s already turned off? You fixed it to turn it off the same month? Hot tubs work half of the time. Fitness center is nice and clean. Security is armed and very nice. Located directly behind arrowhead mall which is super convenient! Elementary school is arrowhead elementary and it sucks really bad! High school is Mountain Ridge and they have hardly any programs other than basic sports. Many cases of sexual assault from students rape etc. school let’s them back in even when convicted? Yeah true story look it up. Special ed kids are assaulted as well. A lot of stores by real close and good food close. Schools, maintenance, and front desk and amenities are reason for score, but if you are looking for quiet and low crime then this is the place. If you are looking for amenities this is not the place at all. Also kids are told to not play outside unless 14 and older. So, not a place that is kid friendly.

Zero stars wasnt an option. I was relocating here from Missouri with a roommate and a 4yr old. I had reserved an apt and had already been confirmed i would have one when I got here. I had even put money down on it. I get here only to find out they reran my roommates credit and denied us a place. They even denied us a refund, we literally had to argue with them to get a partial refund of the money we had put down. Be prepared for lots of hidden fees amounting to hundreds more than what you would expect with a simple deposit and rent. Dont do it, unless u like bending over and taking it dry.

The property is nicely manicured and on the surface the management puts on a nice face, however when it comes to their ability to respond to any maintenance-related issues in a timely fashion, they definitely drop the ball- occasionally, failing to respond to requests at all; even after you follow protocol, outlined in their handbook...It seems like as soon as they move you in, you just become another number and they could care less about customer satisfaction.

I still live here, but it has been an absolutely Horrible experience thus far. They Changed ownership a few days after I moved in. We live in a one bed room with two dogs and two kids and pay over $1000 per month. The staff is not helpful and the policies at this place are like a nazi dictatorship. I was late one time because I was out of town and they charge over 40$ per day in late fees. The music from arrowhead malls concerts are not great blaring threw your window at 10 pm with sleeping babies. The pools are F****** GROSS! My Truck has been broken into several times. The AC Units are barely working, the floors are gross! When we moved in the carpet was just cleaned and felt super crusty and crunchy! We cannot wait to move on with our lives and get out of this place. I urge you to not move in here.

I move in at the end of the week but just with my experience with the front office staff and getting me in the residence Im pretty happy. This place is beautiful and seems to be taken care of well. Hopefully it continues to go well.

The location is the good thing here, but the office and how they deal with the resident is so awful. After a one year I was on my way to my home country. There was a 7 day rent will due in 2 days, I told them to take it from th deposit but they refused. I try to pay the rent using the resident website but the amount was unavailable! I am out the US. Guess what! Now they took the deposit and charge me for 2000$+ the deposit which is 960$. These guys took my money and asking for more!. That was my experience with this company

I was in this apartment for 3 years. When I got into this apartment I was very happy with the management. Around 2013, new management took over the apartment. From then, my experience with the management team was not that great.I like the location & the amenities. Its a perfect place for family.

This place was reel nice and fancy. Id done satyed at at bunch of places in the country. Jobs a pro bull rider. So close to bars at that shoppen mall. I never drove my pick up, even! 2 thums up!! One of them office girls has a crush on me, she was always smilin and such

I wanted to see the apt before moving in, but it was never ready until my move in date .Front tile by door, grout was missing, multiple places.Microwave handle cracked, door shelf in refrigerator keeps falling off, carpet disgusting, stains and not even vacuumed along walls, cocking next to my tub lifting up, first day my oven wasnt working because it wasnt plugged in, my fan making horrible noises... Office girls still havent contacted me to see if things were taken care of. All Appliances loud and outdated.... Very disappointed in this complex, and I pay very well.. So glad I only signed a 4 month lease..... Found a couple ticks tonight in my carpet.. This place reminds me of a hotel not a home.. Who cares what the office looks like, my apt is a joke..... Water pressure is a joke

Please read the reviews before leasing. Appliances are very very old. My apartment was in second floor; I was paying up to $300.00 electricity bill with almost no AC; it was running non stop but not cooling.

DONT MOVE HERE!First month here... Fridge stops working (spoils almost everything). Gets fixed and breaks again. Microwave stops working (eventually gets replaced). AC stops working. We moved in when it was 105 + degrees out. My apt was 98 inside. It took 6 calls to get put into a dirty moved out apartment. It took half a month to get my AC working. My vehicle was BROKEN INTO! The gates are broken 70% of the time. Dont be fooled by the outside look. The indside (at least mine) is bad. The heat in the summer comes in the apartment really bad! Pay a couple hundred more elsewhere with full renovated apts and save tons on electricity!

DONT TAKE APARTMENT OVER THERE !-!-!the location is good but the property management is the worst that i ever seen .what ever its take for them to take your money they will do so.my lease was finished and i did give a notice 30 days before.my sister forgot to return the apartment keys to them and they charged me for extra 20 days!! yes yes i wasnt at the apartment and they was charged me for it ( like they dont have extra keys)and this is only one story if you guys loosing the pool/gate key they will charge you 75$ for only a key!!!every picture that you put on the wall they will charge you when the lease is finish.if you will have some problem at the apartment and you will make a request its will take them 3 weeks to come to fix it!!! yes yes 3 weeks!and the last thing never talk to MARY she is so unhelpful and every time when she will have the option to let you down she will do it.

Overall pretty nice and quiet.except for monday mornings when the landscapers wake you up with leaf blowers.😞

Unprofessional office staff. The only thing they are quick about is expressing their disinterest in providing an adequately maintained property for their tenants. Think twice before you think the location is worth it; the management team will be sure to convince you otherwise

Im going to type a pretty decent size post. We rented from Mary because she said the unit will look like the model...it doesnt, appliances are old a decrepit, our fridge had to be replaced because if you put a bottle of water in the door the shelf broke. We moved in excitied to move in, welp that turn to sadness super fast, kristi takes a unbelieveable amount of time to do the lease paperwork, but I found out it was to let two other girls run to our apt to make sure it was done, Ill get to that soon. So we got there at 4, didnt leave until 530 with keys which is beyond ridiculous. She walks us to our unit to have a gross floral smell from when the girls ran into the apartment they sprayed or put something on the carpet. Carpet is pulling from the walls and had dozens of stains. Their excuse is that these are lived in apts like were idiots. But any SMART manager and MAINT SUPERVISOR would have seen it and said it needs to go. When carpet starts pulling from all around it needs to go. Ive been in the industry for almost 9 years. So what I did was go to my old apt to grab my carpet cleaner to try to get rid of the disgusting smell. I cleaned the carpet and it took me about a hour. The carpets were never cleaned which is a health violation but they dont care, there was so much black hair clumps all over my carpet its not even funny. It took me calling for 3 days to get a hold of the manager, she doesnt care after you move in and pay. She never called or even made a attempt to apologize she acts like she is perfect which she is far from. Also, maintenance guys are okay but whoever turned this unit should be written up for not scheduling the carpet clean, test anything. Our water heater was dead and our kit sink was spraying everywhere. They preach they add value but what they mean is add dollars to the owners pockets. Oh I have never paid over 40 for water in a 2 bedroom and my last 2 Bills have been 75 and 63. Beyond ridiculous, when Im able to move out Im getting out so fast. Their prices are WAY TO HIGH for non renovated units. Plumbing sucks as well. And the maintenance guys lie to make themselves look better. I hope the office sees this and maybe rethinks themselves and how they live their life, or maybe weidner sees it and transfers all of them separately so they can stop being best friends and actually work.

Go visit these apartments personally. Get to know the staff and the community a little. Maybe you will like them, or maybe you wont. Most of these reviews make it seem like this is a dump, its not.The pools are taken care of every day, a slight chemical imbalance in the water and the pool or spa are immediately closed. Which I know of no one else to really do that, and I like that they take those pool chemicals seriously. Main pool was only heated during the winter and not kept very warm. Also the spa in that pool was just recently redone and it looks great.Ive seen them vacuum the second pool at least once a week.Grounds are walked every day, and the perimeter of the property is very well taken care of considering we are right behind the mall.Maintenance had work orders completed within 48 hours, unless additional work and/or part was needed.I was in an apartment right across the mall, and you can barely hear the Arrowheads Concerts. Not to mention that they are done with early and they only have them about 2 or so weekends out of the year. So keep window closed, or ask for an apartment on the front of the property if that concerns you.Ownership was officially changed just this past week, from Lincoln Property Company to Weidner Apartments. I cant say anything about them because my lease is up and I wont know how the new office staff, Maintenance Supervisor, and company are.Its an older property and old properties have their own special issues. Like EXTREMELY loud ACs.I rented one of their upgraded apartments that had brand new kitchen appliances, track lighting in kitchen, resurfaced cabinets and countertops, and plank style flooring with carpet in bedrooms, they did a good job on them and they look much better.I had no issues with anything in the time I called it home.

The only thing worse than the condition of the apartments is the competence of the management. Dont be fooled, your money is more important to them than providing their tenants with basic, adequate ameniities and services. In the three months since my wife and I have moved in, weve had to placed work orders on our ceiling fans burning out, all of our exterior doors failing to seal in any sense of the word, both toilets leaking onto the floor and/or not properly filling, the shower fixtures are falling apart, our cabnetry also completely broken, weve had an infestation of ants (which is currently a property wide issue according to the third-party pest control company they have to have service the entire complex on a weekly basis), the foot traffic gates around the perimeter are almost always left unlocked, and no security at the car gate means anyone can just tail a resident onto the property. Many issues Ive brought to their attention were met with either lies or flat out ignored. As it stands right now, Im still currently fighting to have at least half of the aforementioned problems fixed by their less than qualified maintenance staff. Even less so qualified is the management team. Community Director Denise has blatently lied directly to my face in an attempt to pass responsibility off, including their complete disregard for USPS mail code. The only people that do phenomenal work on the property are the groundskeepers, which are outsourced...go figure. Dont let the location and pretty grounds fool you, Weidner is much more concerned with finding ways to nickel and dime their tenants than actually providing basic/adequate apartment living. RENTERS BEWARE!
