Scheduling around my schedule can be a nightmare and Nate was awesome and so professional when I had to change my cleaning date 4 times! Sorry Nate! He handled it professionally and was happy to help me out. Darcy did a great job cleaning our house. So much so that we are going to request her monthly!!

I was able to get service the next day which being so short notice helped me out tremendously! Faith was professional, so courteous and responsive to cleaning the items I most valued. She made the whole process easy and efficient. I am now moving into a clean and sanitized home and saved myself the time and effort so I could focus on other tasks. Jennifer came to the empty home I just bought and did a deep clean that made the house look virtually new. She scrubbed bathrooms, cabinets, floors, and got all of the places I would not have been able to reach. I feel so good about moving in and putting my kitchen and bathroom items away because I know each place is fully clean.The carpets were also cleaned by a man from this company - Im sorry I dont remember his name because he did a great job. I am thrilled with the work that was done by Valleys Best Cleaners and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and to use them again if I had the need.

My apartment needed to have a deep cleaning as Id neglected it due to health issues amongst other things. I called for an appointment and though they were late, the job Katy (I think that was her name) did was exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and treated my possessions as if they were her own. She was thorough, and charged me a fair price for the work that needed to be done. Ill definitely come back to them again.

This was our first time using valleys best cleaners. The two cleaners showed up promptly. We took a tour around our home and I pointed out specific items I wanted them to pay attention to. They We’re honest and told me how long they expected it to take. They got right to work and did an amazing job definitely attention to detail. They finish the job on time. We employed their services for a move-in clean. Being 6 months pregnant meant I needed some extra help getting our new home ready.The 2 women who worked to clean our home were hardworking and paid attention to details I didnt expect!Our home truly feels move-in ready now, and I am so thankful!!

Used Valleys Best for both a deep house cleaning and title cleaning after tenants moved out of a rental house. I really hate to give out a poor rating for this company. The owners seem like fairly decent people who want to satisfy their clients; however, I do not feel honest giving them a good rating based on their employees.The company gives you a rate for deep cleaning. The cleaning people, of course, stretch the work out twice as long as originally contracted for, then tell you theyre only going to do their regular cleaning for that higher priced deep clean.Then, they start in your bedroom, where most people keep their valuables. They were in there for more than two hours. When they left, I noticed costume jewelry missing. Makes me wonder what other valuables Ill realize vanished months from now. Also, a souvenir bottle I kept in my vanity is missing, which I think I heard break but the gal never said a word about it.After four hours, their regular clean did not include our family room or laundry. When I was obviously upset, they both quickly cleaned the family room. (Maybe because they spent too much time cleaning my bedroom???)Ive hired lots of cleaning people in the past, and theres good ones and bad ones. Many companies play their little games to bump you up, but this was the first time Ive ever had something taken by a company that said theyre insured. Maybe they need to be bonded?Im giving them two stars because the owners gave me a $30 discount off their $270 bill. I should note, the two girls that came out, wanted to charge us an additional $350, which was ridiculous! (And Since when does deep cleaning not include dusting under sofas and tables?)After all is done and said, I feel like the victim of a con job.
