I want to thank Air Quality Specialists for their work. Particularly Summer and Seth. I needed to have my AC Ducts and Dryer vents cleaned. I’ve had this work of cleaning ac ducts and dryer vent done before, and I have been let down. I was looking for folks I could trust to do a good job. They did not let me down. As I mentioned, Summer and Seth went above and beyond to make sure the ac ducts and dryer vents were clean and well. The work they did was exactly what I was hoping for and more. They treated my home as if it were theirs. On top of the great work, the pricing was very reasonable. When it comes to this type of work you need it done well: It is a necessary investment. My wife and I have had them clean two homes now and I am impressed by their professionalism and work product. I will be calling them again when it’s time to do this work in due time.

They are professional and friendly, while doing and exceptional job. Having my ducts cleaned was something Ive wanted to do for awhile and very glad I did. Especially since I have dogs that track in dust and hair. It is likely the previous owner didnt have the ducts cleaned so who knows what all was in there. Also, having your dryer vent cleaned is a great safety precaution as lint is very flammable. They were great to deal with and very thorough. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone.

Summer and Julius did a great job today. They were professional and efficient. Friendly and courteous. I was able to see how much dirt has accumulated over the years!! I will be calling them to clean out my dryer vent as well more often! And, Sharon, the scheduler was also was quick, responsive and kind. Overall, I was very pleased.

Sharon and her team did an amazing job. They were polite and professional. One of the tech walked we through the whole process and afterwards showed me all the dirt they collected from my air ducts. I also had them clean my dryer vent which they did a good job on that too. If you need your air ducts cleaned, give they guys a call.

I had a severely clogged dryer vent. Summer and Julian worked beyond the call of duty to remedy the problem. They came back 3 times to finally achieve success! My wife wanted to do the air ducts but I was reluctant to have them done. Summer and Julius covered all the furniture and took pictures and were helpful with explaining the whole process while they were doing it.I never realized how much of a difference this would make the air definitely feels much cleaner! My pregnant wife has developed a super human sense of smell in her first trimester and was getting nauseous every time she smelled the AC turn on. When I peek in the vents theyve always seemed clean to me, but I figured they probably havent been cleaned in more than twenty years so I might as well get that done. I called Air Quality Specialists and they sent Julius and Summer the next day.They were fast, efficient, and careful not to make a mess. When I saw the before and after pictures of my vents I was amazed. The amount of dust that had collected over the years was incredible. Now Derya says the air smells clean and as an added bonus her allergies have improved!So Im very happy with the service and wish I had done it years ago. I found their pricing reasonable and appreciated that they didnt surprise me with any fees or try to upsell me. Julius and Summer arrived at my home to do air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning They came in and explained to me everything they were going to do , answered all my questions and told me approximately how long it would take. They were neat, professional and efficient. They were very careful in my home while bringing in their equipment and covered the furniture. When the job was complete they cleaned up, vacuumed my floors and took all their materials away. I am very pleased with the work that was performed and definitely would use them again. Julius and Summer were excellent!!!!!

They are professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Totally honest. Use them yearly to clean your clothes dryer ducts. It is amazing how much lint they will get out !!! ( And that lint is a fire danger)

The techs assigned to clean our air ducts, Summer and Julius, arrived wearing masks! There was a brief introduction and hello; no handshaking from these professionals. They went straight to work explaining each step as they moved along. Both Julius and Summer worked as one; no wasted motion or talk. WhT a pair...what a company. I failed to check if the company had coupons...they do, check website. 100% recommendation.

They did a good job cleaning the vents and wore booties in the house. They vacuumed when done however there was a gritty film on counters & floors.

Earlier this week Summer and Julius came to our house to clean our HVAC and dryer vents. They were fantastic - very professional, they carefully covered our furniture and upon completion of the job, they cleaned up what little mess had been made so that one would not have known they were ever in the house. The Technicians arrived right on time. They both were honest and hard working. Bought a house that had 4 cats, and Im allergic to cats. Air Quality worked quickly with my schedule, prior to move in, and I was relieved to breathe easier in my new home. Totally recommend using this company prior to a home move in. Its worth it.Their machine is impressive, and the laundry duct service was a nice finish. These guys did a great job. Showed up when they said they would. Professional, and courteous.The quality of work was amazing. My vent covers looked brand new, because they cleaned them so well. They sealed an air leak in one of my vents. Cleaned and brushed the vents as well as applied a antimicrobial. My house feels and smells so fresh and clean. Dusting is going to be so much easier. I decided on Airquality because they were certified with the NADCA and after speaking with the owner, Sharon, I felt confident that they were knowledgeable, experienced and werent a fly-by-night company!The techs showed up on time, were friendly and respectful of my home. They answered all my questions patiently and did an outstanding job cleaning my ducts. They offered to clean my dryer vent, which at first I was hesitant, but agreed as long as they were out here. Im SO glad I did! The dryer vent was packed full and very close to a dangerous fire hazard.Air Quality might be a little more expensive than many companies, but so worth the extra money to ensure youre getting it done correctly and a good quality job!!I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again!!A month later I called Sharon with a concern about my main intake. She sent Kelly and Jessie out the very next morning!They came out and explained and showed me what I was seeing and there was nothing wrong! Air Quality Specialists showed up at our home right on time.The techs performed a very thorough cleaning of our whole house ductwork.This is an older home we are remodeling so there was major drywall dust in all the ducts and downstairs had the original hard ducts which had most likely never been cleaned.After they were finished, we felt confident that we could finally turn on our new AC units without blowing that mess throughout our home!We thank Air Quality Specialists and their staff for a Job Well Done!!!Phillip Boldt

When we bought our current home twenty years ago, the seller included air duct cleaning as an incentive, and they used Air Quality Specialists. So when we had a need for duct cleaning, we called them again. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, and the cost was spelled out beforehand. The service call went smoothly and professionally. I couldnt be happier with this company and their service. I recommend them highly to anyone who has any needs with air duct or dryer cleaning. After having air quality specialist clean my ducts we could tell a noticeably difference in our allergies and ease of cleaning in our house. We live on a dirt road and have five dogs allergies were a huge problem. Since our cleaning weve seen a huge difference and I are very pleased. They were on time and very professional. The worker who came out to inspect my problem was very thorough and knowledgable. Upon completion of the work he informed me of the real problem, for which Iam having work done. It would seem this repair job was not of their capabilities.If he could have done the work I would have given five stars.

Paid extra for re-usable air vents. They still have not delivered the two we ordered. I called back and they promised to have them delivered. Still nothing.

I told them about my bad experience with another company on how they contaminated my entire house with 45 years of accumulation that was inside the ductwork , they came over to my home & did the job right & they had all the right equipment to do the job right. The owners have years of experience with all the right equipment just look at their webpage & they have all the information you need to see that the job gets done right. I just recommended this company to one of my friends that live in Litchfield and they called me very happy with there service and told me they can breathe better and see the drop in dust on the counters. I also paid for an air and mold test to be done, they came over with the results and explained everything.

Recently had our air vents cleaned by Air Quality Specialists and wanted to tell everyone what a great job they did!They arrived on time and were very courteous, friendly and professional.We remove our street shoes so, I asked if they could wear the shoe covers I provide. Usually, with most contractors and service companies I have a problem getting them to put on shoe covers but Jesse and his partner put them right on with a smile and without hesitation!Jesse walked around with me counting our vents and returns. He gave me the price for them to be cleaned, I agreed with the price and they got started.Shoe covers were taken off and put on again as they went out to their (Well Marked with company info) truck to get their equipment and bring it into our home.Next..... Clean tarps were placed under every vent and return. And our dining table carefully moved over to allow room for the equipment.We have 12 vents and two returns. Takes about two hours. When the job is finished their vacuum comes out and all areas are cleaned up.I’m asked to supervise as to where I want the dining room table centered.....I appreciated that! Such great attention to details!Oh! Jesse also checks the HVAC’s.Jesse let me know what was found....how much dirt came out....I sign the paperwork...pay and it’s done!I highly recommend this company! We’ve had our vents cleaned by other companies and I have to say that this was a much better experience!!Air Quality Specialists also clean out dryer vents. We just had ours cleaned so I will call them in about a year for that!

I worked for this company and they are not put together as they claim to be. Extremely unprepared and unprofessional. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone who needs air duct cleaning work. Owners are unreliable as well.

They were on time and very friendly. They answered all questions I had and showed me pictures of my ducts so I knew what was going on. I found them due to a referral from Parker and Sons and I would refer them to others as well.
