This company got rid of the best manager anyone could ask for! They will not be able to replace such an honest & hardworking manager like Judy Ballew

They were wonderful people Judy was fabulous she was there to answer every question that I had Ive never rented before and she took care of everything she made me feel part of the family good job guys 😊😊

Amazing staff, complete family vibe kind of a feel, they have always been on top of things. My unit had flooded but they were great at explaining things to me, offered me to move units even just in case!! They were always supportive. I even had a psycho ex who tried to force her way to getting into my unit, but the amazing staff kept her away and managed to maintain the peace. Thank you for all you do, you guys are amazing!1 If I even need another storage unit in the area, guaranteed they will be my first place to go!!

Love this place. I only have one, minor issue with my storage unit. The only time Ive been Claustrophobic, was a M.R.I. at hospital. First visit to my storage, I opened the entry door, walked the short hallway to my unit. As soon as I got to the pull up door for my unit, I felt claustrophobic, Panicked, short of breath. I had to run outside to calm down, catch my breath. Strange part is nothing in hallway that would make a person(normal person)feel confined, and claustrophobic. Next visit, same thing. Now, I have to leave the entry door halfway opened to avoid the claustrophobia every visit. This has nothing to do with, or is a negative reflection on the business or employees. Just a weird quirk for the ol fella I guess.

Oh such an amazing experience! The manager Judy was extremely helpful! Made the process easy and very smooth. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends!!

Had to pick up my key and sadly put in my 30 day notice because I cant afford to keep paying, and family just moved out so Ill be moving stuff into the house. I will miss my storage unit. Plus its basically my favorite number for my unit number. Its crazy.

I went and seen Judy at your Gladstone location for pricing and availability, she kindly took me to see a few different sizes and she help me decide what was best for my needs. I think she was very helpful and went about and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I will be referring family and friends to this location. Thank you Judy for all you help yesterday.

Very expensive compared to other places! Due to the current housing rental market in the Portland/Vancouver area, this was the closest storage facility to me. It is CERTAINLY NOT the least expensive. Very disappointed I did not need the unit for another 10 days, but had to book immediately, with no rental discount or anything!!!!
