Rented a trailer once before with no issues. Lady was super nice. NO problems at all. Fast forward a couple months when I needed the same trailer so I went back there. Dealt with a young kid named Rusty. Young and untrained (not his fault as it is his Managers fault). Long store short, they charged me twice. I called and spoke to another guy who passed the phone to the Assistance Manager who then kept trying to push me off to call 1-800 UHAUL several times but I declined. I asked to have the Manager call me. She never did (as I figured).Conclusion, I wont be using them anymore and I will be fighting the transaction with my bank. Dont go here.

I really enjoy renting from this location on 72nd Street in Gladstone. The manager is so easy to work with. Very friendly and very professional. She is very devoted and hard-working. I admire that

I received an invoice that had a cleaning fee tacked on. When I emailed the corporate office, William Goldsmith replied that it was reported that there was trash and cigarette ashes in the truck. We dont smoke. So I called the local office and spoke to the manager. She was prepared for a fight...I tried to explain we dont smoke and she went off, talking over me, telling me all her credentials, how some renters scrub and take the trucks to a car wash (irrelevant) and we left trash everywhere, unopened drinks under the seats (what? We didnt check under the seats before renting...not ours) a Gatorade bottle (hubby now admits that was his) a mask on the floor (hubby doesnt remember that) ashes everywhere (definitely not from us). I had to ask this woman to stop talking over me so I could get a word in edgewise. I will never use this facility again. Ive used the Vivion and Antioch location many times with absolutely no issues, not once.

Have had the best experience with Nicole at U-haul. My mom is moving from Columbia to Kansas City and it has been it bit crazy. Nicole has been wondering and super friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely use her services for all our moving needs! Definitely recommend!

Never again will we ever rent from this location! Stay away. They will screw you payment wise! I have never, in several years , had any issue with U-haul. Oh, and wont return phone calls, or emails. My bank has been notified.

Nicole was amazing and super understanding. We reserved a 26’ and days later was told it wasn’t available from another U-haul, and didn’t explain anything to us when we picked up our u-haul in Garnett, ks. When we dropped off our u-haul to Nicole she helped us resolve our problem and actually explained how things work. If and when we move again I will definitely be going to Nicole.

I accidentally booked a truck for the wrong date. Fortunately the owner Nicole was able to change my reservation and get me a truck that day. They are very accommodating and friendly! My go to Uhaul from now on.

I moved from San Antonio to Kansas City with a Uhaul truck and my car hooked up to a tow Dolly. The location in San Antonio hooked up my car for me. When I got to Kansas City, Nicole helped me take my car off of the tow Dolly and noticed that the workers in San Antonio hooked my car incorrectly. She also noticed that because they didn’t hook it correctly, they caused some damage to my car. She gave me all the information that I needed to file a claim and report what happened. She was friendly and very helpful, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Nicole was so helpful! It was such a great experience renting from her! She was very knowledgeable and had me in and out as quick and smooth as possible. I highly recommend renting from her to help make your move less stressful.

Extremely happy with this visit; everything from renting, using and returning the truck was simple and straightforward.The customer service was easily my favorite part of this experience; I believe her name was Nicole but she was very kind and considerate during the whole process. It was a bit rough with the new ownership but regardless I think the lady was very nice and trying her best and deserves a chance. We talked everything out.I kept having issues and needing to keep the truck just one more day for a week and I felt bad but she worked with me on it and when somebody else eventually reserved the truck out from under me I went and returned it and rented another one later in the week to finish my move (since I needed a break anyway).I did the after hours pickup initially and I was on hold on the phone with U-Haul stuck outside in the parking lot in the cold for 45+ minutes (most of it on hold). I took an Uber there to pick it up and had no ride home. The truck was not properly provisioned in the system to be picked up digitally, and both the U-Haul guy on the phone and the owner lady here had their own story on how they did their due diligence. Not sure what happened there honestly. I did end up leaving without a truck and had to come back in the morning at opening time, unfortunately. If she had not told me the next morning about how she knew she was new to the system and talked with U-Haul reps and got help over the phone properly registering the truck for after hours pickup the day before, this would have probably been a 2 star review. Trust me, I was LIVID -- but I dont want to take it out on the small business owner here thats just trying to run a franchise unless it was really her fault, and that isnt clear.

Lazy and dishonest! When I initially called about reserving a truck, the guy on the phone told me I needed to be there 30 minutes before they closed, because if I showed up at closing time, he would not be able to give me the truck.Went to get a truck and after signing the paperwork, he gave me the keys and told me to go get the truck from behind the building. No walk-around the vehicle, no checking the fuel level, nothing. The side mirror was duct-taped on (very poorly), the wind from the hwy loosened the tape and the mirror was not usable, and when I got it home (4 miles) I realized it only had 3/4 tank of gas. I returned the truck after-hours and dropped the keys in the dropbox. Today I get a bill, which included filling the gas tank up completely! Jerks!Never again at this place!

I would give this place no stars if that was an option. It was complete chaos when I went to reserve the truck and again when I went to pick up the truck. There was one person working and she was very frazzled and didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. Then they charged my bank account three times with different amounts and when I called I got a different customer service place than the actual business. Dont do business with this place it is horrible!

I. Just left this uhaul location because the saleswoman there failed to acknowledge our presence the entire time we waited patiently. She walked past us twice and didnt even give us any eye contact. She needs to be fired because she is a poor representative for uhaul. I wonder if shes just rude or maybe she prejudice.

The lady Working here is always very nice and professional. My fiancé and I have rented 3 times in the past year. I have called to schedule trucks and have had poor experiences it seems their phones go to another location when this location doesn’t pickup. I can go in and schedule with Tammy and don’t have any problems. She has always been very accommodating and we have not been any less then pleased. I have heard som every rude customers when I have been there. My sister inlaw has storage with this place and she has always been nice to her as well. I did have enough to pick up a truck from somewhere else and they weren’t as personable or professional.

The woman working there had such a smart mouth. She was very rude and very unprofessional. AND THEN had the nerve to charge my account for the complete hold amount even though I only used 21 out of the 50 estimated miles. They charged me $25 for gas WHEN I KNOW I HAD THE GAS ON THE SAME MARK IT WAS WHEN I GOT THE TRUCK. Unbelievable. Avoid this location at all cost.

If I could have given this 0 stars I would have done so, they earned it. We had a large truck reserved that was gone when we arrived to pick it up. This UHaul location claimed they had no record of the reservation (even though we had an email confirming it). Then they told us they had another smaller truck available and would give us a discount for the mistake. Why would you offer a discount for a mistake youre claiming you have no record of (on a side note, no discount was ever given). We were then printed a copy of the contract for $81 and change but the next day they charged our bank account over $250 and gave NO REASON. I was on hold with customer service and then got disconnected. I called the regional VP, no answer and the voice mail box was full so I couldnt leave a message. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this snakepit of a business at all costs.

First off, the over charged our quoted price when we reserved a week later. Had to get that sorted out. Then when we got back home with the truck and had it loaded, they called us and told us we took the wrong truck. The guy just told us its the 10 truck out back with the keys in the door. Didnt walk us out to it, so we took the truck that we thought matched that description. So we tried to sort it out over the phone with them, but they got mad and told us to just take it and hung up on us. Hope were covered, because we honestly dont know anymore.

I needed an auto dolly. Called U-Haul and scheduled one for this location since it was the nearest that had one in stock, and was told they close at 3:00PM. Rushed over and arrived at 2:35PM and the doors were locked and the place was already closed. Another customer arrived with a reservation also and was also peeved. Both of us called U-Haul and had our reservations moved to another location clear up in Liberty, MO. Do not waste your time with this location and go to another.

This was my drop off destination. My credit card was charged for a $25 cleaning fee and $30 gas fee. I admit the gas level was lower than when picked it up, but it was less than 1/10 short, maybe $5.00 low, but nowhere near $30. It cost less than $70 to completely FILL UP. Ive rented 10+ Uhauls in 18 years and have never been charged any type of fee.I called about the cleaning fee. I swear the guy said yeah, there was a cheeto on the floor, LMFAO. The truck was dropped off in the same condition as when it was picked up. I dont even eat Cheetos!

The owner scratched my rear bumper and punctured my tire. He denies what he did. He kept saying he was doing me a favor. That he did me a favor doesnt mean he can break my car. He doesnt care about costumers but only cares about money from costumers.

Initially I had tried to commandeer horses from the Plaza to pull my covered wagon full of my possessions to my new residence, but the Sheriff put this plan to rest. I settled for my local Uhual dealer.When I arrived, the employees remembered the truck I ordered was broken. I asked for an upgrade for a bigger truck and they made it happen. No problems with a new truck, so everything worked out.

Went to this location today to get some information about uhaul and some lady behind the desk was really rude. So we went to the on off of Antioch Rd.

Nothing to complain about. Checking in after hours was annoying, but thats uhaul in general.

Reserved a uhaul for 2:30pm and they were closed when I came to pick it up. They just open when they want to I guess.

They were OK, but a little rude.

The new pick up by mobile check in wasnt very smooth and theyre expensive but the trucks are usually decent.
