When I arrived at Enterprise, the car I reserved was not there. It was Friday afternoon and the only available all wheel drive was smaller and a make and model I did not like. I discovered the next day that it shook whenever I drove over 50. Unfortunately, Enterprise was closed on the weekend. When I called Monday, I was told I’d get another car at 5:00 that afternoon. The young man who waited on me was the only reason I rated Enterprise 3 stars instead of 2. It wasn’t his fault the agency did not have the correct car or that the car was defective.

I have one word...SUPERB!!!For starters Rosalie is by far the best manager I have ever dealt with from any business. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. From the moment walking in I felt like a friend not a customer!! I truly hope corporate Enterprise is paying attention to her.As for the business, I have rented from them before. We have never had a bad experience and this one was no exception. It was a very nice car. Practically brand new for a very reasonable price.Bottom line if you need a rental car get one from Enterprise! And most certainly if you need one in Gillette Wyoming rent it from Rosalie at Enterprise.

Rosalie was amazing to deal with at the Enterprise in Gillette. Her and her staff (Collin) are always willing to help to get me and my family going. Just a few weeks ago, Rosalie made sure my family had a mini van ready to go. It was a peace of mind. Thank you, we would definitely rent a car there again.

We went on a road trip last summer and rented from an Enterprise in MN. When we came to Wyoming the check engine light came on. The staff here was extremely helpful with making phone calls to repair shops, giving contact information and calling other Enterprises along our route to see if we could get it checked in a shop or switched. They definitely went above and beyond and we appreciated all of their help.

We rented an SUV in Gillette, Wyoming, and we couldnt recommend them any higher! The staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful. We got a free upgrade to a Suburban, and the vehicle was awesome. We didnt even have to call them to pick us up, they were there waiting at the airport when we arrived. We got into some mud and didnt have time to clean up the vehicle very much, but they were very understanding and even gave us a gas credit for the extra gas we put in. We would go out of our way to give them more business when we go back to Gillette. Thanks!

I needed a rental car while my vehicle was in the body shop. Enterprise was easy to work with, the rental was in great condition and made available very quickly on the short notice given for my reservation. There was a mishap with my insurance coverage and the amount of time covered by my policy. Even with the mishap, Enterprise made things right and I am very pleased with their response and the service provided. I would definitely use them again.

Service has been spotty. For awhile the manager was difficult to work with. Theyve since hired new people and they seem to be doing better. I almost always choose Enterprise when renting a vehicle.

I had a reservation and yet they did not have a vehicle. The young lady was almost smug and did not offer any assistance to help us locate another vehicle. We inquired about another city, and it was as if we were inconveniencing her to look up their number. She would not call the Enterprise in Casper, despite having no other customers in the office. I have dealt with this office in the past (2 yrs and +) and had wonderful customer service.

I booked a truck with them for today and the lady called me back and told me they wont have anything for an entire week. Apparently I dont understand how reservations work because I thought when you made one you were suppose to have it made for the dates you wanted.

I flew into Gillette for a 4th of July camping trip. The shuttle picked me up at the airport and brought me to Enterprise pretty quick. The car rental place itself was absolutely packed. It was pretty hectic and since I had a reservation I just sat down and waited my turn. I could hear some of the customers being rude and mean to the staff because it was so hectic and they didnt have many cars left. Eventually Rosalie Miller came came over to help me with my reservation. Even though what I reserved wasnt available she still helped me out with an acceptable replacement and was very professional despite dealing with a crazy afternoon and some rude and impatient customers. I would recommend the Enterprise in Gillette to anyone and especially wanted to praise Rosalie Miller for a good experience. Thank you for your help.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!! Make a reservation 6 months in advance for a planned trip, and two hours before we pick up our car we are told they have none and there is a waiting list???? What kind of business do you run?? Not to mention the cocky attitude from staff who didnt even care about what kind of spot they put us in. You will never get business from us again, and I will share my experience with everyone I can,. HERTZ IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!!

Was able to get a car ASAP! We were stranded in Wyoming, our personally owned vehicle broke down. We live in the way south of Arizona. I made my reservation online, went in the next morning and there was a car ready to go, clean and fulll of gas! Rosalie was at the front desk when I arrived, she was AMAZING! She was super friendly, and so helpful. She was glad we had rented a car and were able to get home! She definalntly turned a horrible situation into a good one with her EXCELLANT customer service!

Staff is friendly, location is in-town instead of at the airport, and they offer free pick-up and drop-off.

Great service, friendly staff, good rates. I hit a deer with their Toyota Camry and they still thanked me for my business.

Upgraded at no extra cost to a pickup. Was to be charged $89 for 3 days, but later found that I was charged $119 and I did fill the tank.

Beware! Do not rent from them. Booked a car for my husband for business trip. We are 2 minutes away from the location and get a call saying they have sold out cars and do not have one available for us. They ask can we reserve it for another day*? Are you serious no we need it now. Do they offer to call or find us another car rental company NO. Do they try to help us at all NO. To make it worse once the manager got on the line with me she was rude and not helpful at all. Customer service would of been to help call another rental place and find us a car. She laughed and was not helpful. To make this worse we called the other agencis and they were sold out. So now we are scrambling to figure something out. They wanted us to get the car another day. Well his business trip doesnt wait for another day. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL BE CALLING THE NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS
