I live in a large RV resort with over 3000 palm trees. It is amazing to watch the crew tackle this huge job. Robert seems to be the lead man on the job and his enthusiasm, hard work, and strong work ethic are incredible. Im so glad our park found this company to do the trimming job this year. Trees are trimmed and all the debris gets cleared and cleaned up the same day. Awesome! Highly recommended.

I worked on this companys ford truck the other e with the bucket. Shane the owner came to pay the bill, it was over $4000 and the check bounced. Have been trying to call Jim with no answer, called the office and spoke with Bianca. She said I will have shane call you back and noting. This been going on for over a month. If this company doesnt pay for the repairs on their vehicle and gives you a bad check, what thats it says about the way they work.

Still needs to work on how to have great customer service!Great with sending text reminder of scheduled appt with 2 hour time window. However after two hours and a no show. I initiated communication with them. I understand a little behind but they said should be an hour then never called me but again I called two other times with them giving excuses for not being there to give a quote. Wasted my whole day. After asking them to let me know if they are still coming that day or the next day I had 7:00 available with no response. The next day, I contacted them and found out they weren’t available at 7:00 am so the next time they could come give me a quote was going to be the following week. Being a residential home Lucas gave me a number of another tree guy. Waste of time apparently they have so much work don’t bother with them. It was a total waste of time.

Saw you road rage in that blue sedan. Not sure if you realize that Highway Patrol makes home visits, but you should probably drive less recklessly. Also, i dont know why anyone would use a business with these ratings and the quality of people operating it. Steer clear.

They were supposed to come by from 9-12 am called and wanted to reschedule for 3PM i agreed although it was inconvenient. No show, no call...

We received service on 5/5. This was the second year using this company to trim our tree in the backyard. The tree trimming came out amazing, however, one of the workers set one of their tools on our turf and burnt a hole in it. We contacted the sales department after the workers were done and we noticed the burn. We still have not heard back on how Phoenix Tree & Landscape will make this right. We have left messages with no response back.

These are the go to people quick honest and went above and beyond I will definitely be using them again THANK YOU !!!!!!!
