Chairs and tables were very clean. They delivered our last minute rentals a day early which was perfect for us so we could set up for the party. Everything went perfectly! Quick delivery, quick pickup!

U Party rentals came through! Their flexible hours and site availability made it a snap to order chairs and tables for a last minute family event. Crew called to confirmed delivery and request approval for earlier than requested drop-off- not bad for Christmas Eve! We were allowed to keep equipment through Christmas so we could focus on the holiday and family. Again, they phoned to confirm pick up. Crew was professional and courteous. Will definitely use again! These people completely ruined my wedding!!! Stay away!!!!! The only reason I am giving a star, is because you have to give a star to leave a review. The correct services were NOT rendered. We rented 10 round tables, 3 rectangular tables and 80 chairs. 9 tables, 9 table cloths, and 86 chairs were dropped off three hours late!!! And they did not have the colors we were promised two months in advance. We were told we would receive a 20% discount in writing. We had all tables and chairs set up, ready for them to come pick them up. When they got here they begin telling us we are missing a table and table cloth and 2 chairs were missing. We proceed to remind them that they only dropped off 9 tables, not 10 and 86 chairs were dropped off. My husband asked to count the tables and chairs and the male owner told my husband to get the f&$k out of his trailer and threatened to use physical harm. Then, they storm in to my house WITHOUT permission and start going through my belongings. My husband asked about the discount and she called him a liar and said it was $20 and not 20%. Now she is saying we need to pay $180 for the “missing” table. This is ridiculous and not what i need to be dealing with for my wedding!!!

Honestly, this company is completely unorganized. Its like they dont even want business. I called 3 times within 2 days, and recieved a call back after my 3rd call on the second day about 3 hours after. The man that answered the phone, Santiago, took my name and email down 3 times, and my order 2 times because he kept getting it mistaken. He said payment is required 24 hours before pick up. 24 hours comes, still no email, I decided to text the number, 3 hours after I text the number since they still were not answering their phone, but it was realized they had sent the email to the incorrect address. After I told them that it was spelled incorrectly and sent them the email that I would like it sent to, I received no response, and no email to complete the payment. So they are not only unorganized, but they are unreliable, and apparently a little incompetent since they cannot get 5 letter name right, after it was spelled out for then twice. So now, less than 24 hours before my order is needed, Ive received less than acceptable customer service, and no confirmation of my order. Needless to say, I will never use this company again, and any quinceaneras, weddings, anniversaries and birthday parties my family has will be deterred from using Anyelas Party Rentals. I wonder how such a company is capable of staying in business with such terrible service.

I have been using Anyelas Party Rentals for years now so this google review is certainly long overdue. I just have to say that I simply could not imagine going anywhere else in the East Valley for all of my linen rental needs! Anyelas Party Rentals offers a good variety of affordable pre-ironed or not ironed (slightly cheaper but trust me when I say just spend the extra $2 to have them do all the ironing for you, you will save yourself and your arms hours of tedious work) linen options. Along with a wide variety of overlays, table runners, chair covers and sashes. I have never once had an issue with a poor product from this company. They have consistently provided me with clean, wrinkle free linens for all of the special events that I help to plan valleywide. Please do not risk going to any untrustworthy linen vendor and placing messy, wrinkly linens on the tables of your next special event. What a way to ruin any gorgeous setting or the look of a beautiful centerpiece, especially on your wedding day. I swear that there is a special place in hell for vendors who think that it is ok to provide wrinkly linens to a client on their wedding day. Just rent everything you need from Anyelas Party Rentals instead! You will never regret the clean, crisp linens you will receive as a result of your wise decision to do so.
