I really enjoy going in to a brick n mortar building to browse party supplies. This store is clean and one or more employees always ask if I need help. Really great store to stop in for a great selection of party stuff... including awesome mylar 🎈 🎈 🎈.

Always has what I need when other places fail.

They had a very wide variety of party supplies. The woman working was not very polite. Slightly upset they were all sold out of the specific decorations we were in search of for my sons first birthday party.

Came here at 8am in the morning to get TWO balloons and it was an hour wait due to online orders. They refused to take a minute to blow up them up for me as I stood there in the store. Horrible customer service. I wasn’t asking for a huge order; it was TWO balloons. So order online even if it is a super small order.

Party city has a lot of stuff and they were very upfront about asking if I was a veteran I really appreciate the fact that they are supportive of our service members to offer without being asked. I recommend they get some CocoMelon party theme supplies ASAP

Very unhelpful. Appears they did not want to sell us anything. First they said they didn’t have the balloon I wanted and we quickly found it ourselves. Then they couldn’t tell us if we could pick them up the next day before noon or not. We couldn’t get any answers. Our experience with the Chandler store has been much better. Headed to Chandler now.

They don’t have anything in stock. the store is full with balloons every where you can’t see or walk around and they don’t care for customers.. just to a guess fill in orders from previous people.

Horrible customer services. Complaining about something that the customer asked for. Questioning customers. Very disappointed in the service with this store. Seems like there is a bunch of kids managing it. I strongly suggest to not go to this location. Take the the time to go to a different location that has better service.

This place always has great stuff for parties! We use it for lots of school stuff too like banquets and senior nights. Have gone here for years and the employees will always help where they can.

Standard Party City store, but they are fantastic with the curbside pickup. The curbside spaces are marked but not obvious. So keep an eye out.

Travis was at the cashier this morning. I needed some items at the very top shelf. He stopped what he was doing grabbed a ladder and brought them down from more than one area. Great customer service. Thanks Travis!

Ok so I havent been to a Party City in years, but my moms birthday was today and I needed balloons like now. I found out they had an online service to order and pick up. I called and he said it could take 2 hrs if they were busy! So I dipped ovr and it was empty!!! The chick that helped me was on point. I told her what colors and made it happen. Now $1.39 for a single latex ballon was um alot... lol but I was in a bind and running out of time! If you can find a place where the latex balloons are cheap go there. Then hit up PC. I went manly to get those huge #er balloons that the Kardashians be using!!

Did not buy anything because even though there is an insane amount of product there it’s almost as if it has been sitting on the shelves for decades. A quarter inch of dust covered a lot of the decorations. Bad lighting and nothing about the store gave off “party vibes” it was more like you would expect to get murdered in there.

Found the best costume for my grandson. Great variety. Best customer service !!

I just want to applaud your team for the worst customer experience ever. I understand that business is difficult during the pandemic but your company as a whole made my shopping experience a nightmare. I needed 12 latex balloons, have them filled and ready to go this afternoon. Ive been told by your staff that I would need to order them online through partycity.com Up to this point Ive been very understanding. While checking out, the option to pickup for same day delivery keeps popping up as a 404 error. At this point, Ive been told the site has been crashing due to unexpected traffic and there are no other options for payment. I was directed to sit and wait and try again until the website accepts my request. Now that Ive finally got past my first hurdle the website doesnt give me the ability to select my store. It just shows me the list of stores that are in my area but no option to select store for pickup. So here I am now stranded for the second time today. It is completely frustrating and unacceptable to leave your customers stranded when trying to checkout. I have no options or alternatives and Ive been trying to checkout for at least 45 minutes. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

The staff are super nice! However, overall I dont really like party city, its very hard to find anything unique for parties; the selection is plain and repeative, and the quality is not very good. Besides that, pretty cool place with a great selection of balloons!

They never have things in stock when I go and I recently called with questions about balloon orders and I was told that they can only do 10 latex balloons for a next day pickup because of a “world wide helium shortage”! I actually ordered my balloons online (with party city) and I have 12 latex and 2 number balloons...I called another location in Arizona (power rd) and they were fine with doing it and told me the cost per balloon. I feel that was just laziness on This locations part and they turned down my service.

The store isnt fully stocked like previous years for Halloween. The line wait time was kinda long. They seemed like they werent short staff but they only had one person checking people out.

All the party stuff you need is in here. Bought the package birthday balloons from one in its aisle in advance. Got it filled with air the day before my daughters birthday. It was fine until 24 hours later, it lost its air and wont float anymore. I thought I was already prepared for the birthday but need to exchange back the defective balloon. They checked the date of when the baloon got filled up with air before honoring an exchange. Too much vetting and unnecessary extra work to return the defective balloon was done right before her birthday preparation.

Brooklyn was so helpful to me today. I called the store to ask if they had my costume available and they had one left. Brooklyn was kind enough to place the item on a hold for me and when I went to the store to pick it up she was also there to help. Great customer service and super happy with my purchase!Thanks Brooklyn!!

I’ve always enjoy shopping here for my kids birthday and events but after my experience today I’m so over this place! I had never been so belittle. I went in today to buy my son some balloons for his bday and this pixie hair cut lady said they’re out of helium. But there’s no sign saying that. Also a guy that was help next was in front of me they blew up his balloons so how can you tell me that your out?I will buy my party supplies elsewhere.

For being a party store they did not have a wide or easy to find section for specific holiday parties Halloween being the one were searching for. Though theyre syringe shots were cheaper than amazon

Katrina was very nice----- Travis was just saying what Vernon was telling him what to say . Vernon hes a 3 Rd key manager he just dont care . He had a choice to fix the a very small problem and didnt even try at all. I been a customer for 15 years I just dont know to go there anymore the manager name is Kieth he was not there I will call him Mon 2/6/17 and see what happens . Staff are friendly. They have discontinued a lot of item, but still a good place to shop for parties in general. But your balloons are a dollar store though unless you HAVE to have Disney character.

The store is cool but no returns if you dont have a receipt; even if they are the only place that sells that item.

Staff was a little short on patience. Several.items located on the 90% off rack rang at 50%. Even though they were labeled correctly, they did not honor the prices.

On 11/11/19 at 5:30pm I received horrible customer service from the Hispanic employee and the African American manager. I bought what’s suppose to be sugar cookies and opened one box to taste them before I gave them to my guests. They were solid rocks, and old. Both employee and manager laughed at me when I asked to return. They escalated a small return because of their attitudes.

They were so helpful. The woman helping with costume orders was so happy and friendly even when she had lines, questions and rude obnoxious customers! I give her the credit for all 5 stars!

They have what they say. Party Supplies or supplies for a party in your pants. If you know what I mean. You can get that chicken costume for your noodle get together, or get a wig and sunglasses and hit up a bank....enjoy...thanks Party City.

Suprisingly - this was my first time to a party city. I usually blow up.our own balloons bit decided to give it a try this time.Well, of course the employees here barely had time to help and the manager was running around like she had no idea what she was doing.I stood and waited for the balloons for 10 minutes until I was finally acknowledged and advised I had to pay first. That was a waste of time... looks like my helium tank will do just fine going forward.

Wow their Halloween selection was so organized and clean! Customer service 5 stars. Prices normal.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I needed three latex balloons for an open house I was doing. In a very snarky way, the lady with the short hair told me its an hour and half wait. I told her I didnt think I needed to call ahead for 3 small balloons and asked if she could help me...She didnt help me so I had to drive 9 miles to another Party City and they were wonderful! I normally buy all my kids birthday party balloons from the store on Power, and now I will never go there again! Rude people!

Some of the stuff is way overpriced, but for the most part it’s really awesome and has so many options for a great party!

I was already having such a bad day and to top it off one of the balloons I had just bought got away from me as I was putting it into the car. The employees were so kind and replaced it for me no charge, they were friendly and considerate despite how busy their store was. It really made my evening so much better, I cant thank them enough for the small act of kindness. Will always go to this party city!

I shopped until closing last Friday and all employees were still friendly and gave great customer service. Steven helped bring down a couple piñatas that i ended up not purchasing. I felt bad but they werent what I was looking for. I apologized for his trouble and he was ok with it.

When i get to party city at the pickup time the balloons were not ready and the girl doing the balloons didnt seem to care that they wernt ready.just gave the standard sorry we are behind. One person working register and other workers are seemingly oblivious to the fact people are waiting at the register. I have come here several times and its always a cluster trying to get checked out. It took me over 10 minutes to buy one bag of balloons. I dont fault the part-time High School clerk, its clearly a management issue. The point is, dont come here if you are in a hurry.
