Great place to rent equipment from if you dont have a business or contractor licence that it required at so many other rental places. They also rent some specialty stuff that other places dont have that can make life a lot easier, good customer service as well.

Very reasonable price to rent chairs for a party. Easy pickup and dropoff. I will likely cause them for other rentals in the future.

They got what i needed super knowledgeable and friendly. I did have a problem with the equipment i rented though. But i also purchased a wheel barrow i rented and they took off the cost of the rental to facilitate it. It was a fair price too so id go there to find a good price on tools as well.

Love this place, they are always kind, quick and ready to help, This is the one stop shop for any of your rental needs that you only need say one time per year like my current rental of a lawn aerator. Every rental I’ve used from them has been almost like new as opposed to other rental companies where their equipment is near worn out and on it’s last legs. I also have been fortunate enough to get advice from the salesman who when you rent on Saturday because they’re closed on Sunday you don’t have to turn it in till Monday, makes a two for one deal kind of. I would not hesitate to rent from them again

Firstly when I went in the store to order, I sat down at this womans desk and she answered the phone instead of helping me. When I asked her if I should go somewhere else she replied Oh, did you need something. Should have been enough of a red flag to go somewhere else. When order was picked up was short some linen and one of the tables was completely unusable. Whn I called to complain woman acted as though I was a huge inconvenience. Went back to rental place. Was yelled at by a man to get to the end of the line. Never any apologies for the inconvenience. Very rude and poor customer service

I was intimidated to rent an excavator to dig a pond in our backyard, but they were very helpful, organized and took the intimidation out of it. We got there, picked up the excavator, brought it home and dug our 2000 gal pond, reloaded it and had it back before the end of the day. They were even cheaper than some big box stores. We did have trouble starting the excavator at first, but we called, they worked us through it and we were on our way. If you need equipment, this is the place to get it!

I rented all of the stuff for my wedding in April and it was perfect. It was such an easy process. They were helpful and listened well to my requests. I was pleased with how easy it was to have everything dropped off and picked up. If I ever have a party again I know where to go. Thank you for such a great event

Last minute camping trip! need a generator what to do! as always we called A to Z Equipment Rentals, way not we have been using them for years, we have always had great service there there equipment is in great condition, prices are very reasonable and this time was not exception! Andrew was spot on with my needs, (thank you Andrew) got the right generator for my trip, so if you need any type of equipment just call A to Z they have what you need.

I have been renting a power rake from A-Z Rentals for years. I have always had a demonstration of how to operate the rake prior to it being loaded into my vehicle. The rake always does what I need without an issue. On returning the power rake to A-Z; someone is always there to help take it out of my vehicle. Price has increased over the years but so has everything else.

Such a quick and easy rental. I needed chairs for amy daughters bridal shower the day after Halloween and they made it happen ! Thank you for an easy process one last thing to worry about !

Wow! Great experience! I needed a lawn tractor immediately and found no options for even two day delivery... until thank God, I found A to Z! Diane was friendly and helpful. Price was $100 cheaper than big box store (which carries none in stock). A to Z matched price on grass catcher, and delivered with catcher attached, the next day - for FREE! Robert let me know when he was on his way, and offered plenty of help to familiarize me with the machine. Diane followed up that afternoon AND the next morning to make sure everything is satisfactory! Thank you! Update: The mower had a couple of minor issues, so they promptly picked it up, adjusted everything and delivered back in a timely manner! Wow again!

They made it happen! I needed a 16ft ladder to hang a light fixture in a house. They brought it to my house and then took it away. No fuss no muss and great people.

Rented equipment here and came out to find we had a flat tire. Staff was great in helping us out to get our tire inflated and situated to make it to a shop to get it fixed. Very friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable prices for rentals as well.

What a great rental place. They are huge and have anything you could possibly need. They were ready with my order and loaded everything. Very easy people to deal with.

On all accounts, this place should be 5 stars except for their pricing. I go here when I am in a pinch and other vendors cant meet my requirements. Otherwise, I have always been satisfied with their tool rentals. One day I would like to use them for party rentals. Really cool showroom for the party rentals. Even have costume rentals.

A to Z did an excellent job handling equipment we rented for a wedding reception! We initially ordered too many tables and chairs, and when we showed up to the event and they already had a dance floor in place (someone rented one from a friend as a surprise!), we canceled that at the last minute. Thankfully, A to Z was incredibly understanding and refunded us all of the money from the extra equipment, no questions asked. They were punctual, cordial, and incredibly organized from our phone conversations to the delivery and pick-up! Would recommend to anyone!

Good selections of tools and equipment. I purchased a dolly jack from them and it works well. The service and friendliness could be stepped up significantly as I felt that they were burdened having to help me even after I purchased a $500 tool from them. A smile and agreeable attitude is critical in the days of internet shopping when you want to survive at a brick and mortar location.

Fast and knowlegable people working there. They did a good job getting us what we needed. There was a little glitch with an implement we had planned to use at a specific time and they compensated us for it with extra time. Prices are reasonable.

Best pricing around. I have rented from Home Depot before but these guys are way better and easier to work with. They almost always have what I need in stock even last minute. Quick to load and easy and fast to unload after using equipment. They are also a Stihl dealer which is great too.
