The rental was competitively priced, in good working order, and was delivered and picked up promtly. The one minor issue we did have was taken care of efficiently and effectively.

Husband spent entire day, and I took off work, to try to bring the equipment into our home to fix our ceiling. He could not do it, in all his efforts, so very unfortunate. Someone should have been able to help us.

Update: I changed this to 3 instead of 1 star because the manager did finally call me back and made it right. The reason I’m only leaving 3 and not higher is because it was only made right after I left bad review and even then I had to negotiate until it was solved. I was offered an additional $65 refund but again that was an embarrassingly low number.Original: I was given half working equipment and when I complained about it they only discounted my bill $65. Go somewhere that knows the equipment they are renting out and offers support when you need it. The manager was supposed to call me back three days ago and I put in another call this morning, still no response. I got the same machine from another company and it walked flawlessly.

Equipment was delivered promptly and in good condition, however I felt that the pricing as quoted by the salesman was deceptive. We were quoted a monthly rental price on a forklift of $1900 plus $110.00 delivery charge each way. The total bill ended up being $2,629.46. He failed to mention a property tax surchage of $28.50, an environmental charge of $24.70, rental protection of $266.00, and tax of $190.26. When add-ons amount to almost 40% of the quoted price, that should be mentioned at some point.
