The experience at the Good Feet Store was very good, and I would have given it a 5 Star, except for having to deal with the Short shoe laces on the new Brooks shoes. Not easy to tie the shoes with the length the laces!

Purchased the complete pkg. about a year ago, believe the price was around a $1000.00 I have been back for a coupe of fittings that were handled with no issues. WARNING - Be careful with the pricing especially when replacing your foot cushion insets, seems pricing has a tendency to change along with what product you need, Do not assume the person at the counter knows, you will get the most expensive price if you dont. I recently had an issue with an overcharge that calling the store resulted in you need to handle this with your credit card company everything matches up on our end No problem, so now I have to go through the dispute process - SUPER FUN ! Hopefully we can get this resolved in a timely manner. Thank you GOOD FEET STORE for giving me something to do over the next couple of weeks.

Truthfully, a ZERO would be more appropriate!!! I stopped in to ask a few questions about shoes, orthotics and how it works at that store. The employee was too busy looking at a computer to give me any attention. It made me feel like they could care less about making a sale, helping a client or much else for that matter. When you have pain, you are willing to spend whatever is needed to feel better. The employee was rude and condescending. In this type of business, a little empathy would go a long way. He made no attempt to help or make a recommendation in anyway. I made it very clear that I was interested in shoes and orthotics and he made no attempt to move forward. He didnt even say a word as I left. I would much rather give my business to a business that cares and is willing to help when a customer is new and needs questions answered. Good customer service goes along way and this place misses the mark on all levels! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I finally went in to the store. I felt listened to and my salesperson was friendly and helpful. I got the entire set and am quite interested to see how it goes.

We had a wonderful experience with Dianna that worked at the Good Feet store! She was an expert fitting the right shoe and size of insole to the way your footprint showed was the problem!! We took a long time to figure out 3 of us and she patiently and thoroughly did the job!! We all 3 love what we got and what it is doing for our feet! I would highly recommend visiting the store!

I have been getting 7 years of physical therapy and still getting it. A year ago I found The Good Feet Store it has changed my life.On March 12, 2015 I was in a head-on collision while in California on Spring Break. I had to be resuscitated two times during the ambulance ride and subsequent emergency surgery in the ER to address a ruptured kidney and other internal injuries. During this process I received multiple units of blood to keep me alive. I was then placed into ICU with a Traumatic Brain Injury that left me in a coma, and had another surgery the next day to complete the removal of one kidney, it was demolished by a road sign. They also checked for additional internal injuries. My brain continued to swell and I had multiple mini-strokes so I had to undergo another surgery to remove part of my skull to prevent the swelling from ending my life. Blood was required during this surgery as well as later during another surgery to repair a broken vertebra in my back, replace my skull bone, remove it again to address an infection and then replace it. The really amazing thing is that I was lying on the asphalt until the Ambulance got there.Well, enough about that. There a hundreds of lessons I’ve learned but the important thing is that if you want try, it sucks when your feet hurt all of the time. They are not cheap but worth the investment in yourself.I’m not going to sugar coat anything; wearing my orthotics make my feet sore sometimes. Pain and soreness are NOT the same.My feet have been getting better with the help of the orthotics and with physical therapy.NOTHING IN LIFE HAPPENS UNTIL YOU DO.

Bonnie at the Chandler store was super helpful. I went in to attempt to relieve my bunions pain. I am a racquetball player and after playing for more than one hour I could feel my toe was about to break.Bonnie took some measurements of my feet and came back with a set of three inserts for different kinds of shoes. As soon as i walked on them i felt instant relief. I was surprised how overpriced they seam to me but considering that they are lifetime guaranteed and I can go in to get new ones if my feet change, it was the wisest thing ive done.With my new inserts I can slide on the court like a ballerina and did I mentioned i am scoring more points? i even win games here and there!

I can’t believe I waited this long to stop into The Good Feet Company store. The process is informative, the staff are compassionate and take their time during the consultation phase. Diane was the associate who assisted me and I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and friendly individual to be paired with for my consultation. Her knowledge and questions opened the door to understanding why I felt the pain I did and how we could address my concerns. She made sure I didn’t leave without being 100% certain I was placed with the right orthotic program.I have worn heeled shoes and wedges most of my life, mainly in retail. I started getting into walking and jogging and wearing tennis shoes 24/7 and over a 3 month period found myself in excruciating pain due to plantar faciaitis, heel pain, and high unsupported arches.I went to see a podiatrist who put me in a boot for two weeks with no results. It took Diane less than an hour to bring me comfort in walking I didn’t think I would be able to get back again. I didn’t wear my boot after I left the store, I was able to walk comfortably right out the front door. I have been able to work more and be much more active and productive doing things I enjoy and love. I can’t thank her and the creators of these products for the freedom to get back on my feet. It is a luxury that most people take for granted, even I was in this category until recently. I would have never known my choice of footwear would have had such a huge impact on my quality of life later on. From here on out I will take care of my feet and wear my orthotics with proper footwear. Wish I had stopped in sooner, I’m so grateful!

Terrible service! I went to this store and waited my turn to be helped. Once I was seated, the lady brought over shoes and handed them to me to put on myself. I thought it was odd she did not put them on for me but perhaps she was social distancing. Turns out she really did social distance...when another customer came in she ignored me and started to help them while I sat there and waited. Not a word was said to me, it was like I was suddenly invisible. I took off the shoes she gave me and walked out. No explanation, excuse or apology given to me. I badly needed a couple pairs of shoes but it was obvious she did not want my business. Very disappointed!

Diana and her co-workker were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. They listened and responded to needs! Recommended products and adjusted to customers budget.

My Thanksgiving tennis match with my brothers started off good until 5 minutes in I threw my back out reaching for a low ball. I laid on the floor the rest of the day after round 1 of a really huge Thanksgiving feast. I was in so much pain I could not get up for round 2 or desert for hours. 2 of my brother in laws and my wife took pity on me and massaged and popped my back which helped a little. 24 hours later I was even worse and barely able to walk and need help getting dressed.I researched Good Feet products online but didn’t know which one to get. I found out 2 of my brothers and Dad all have the one called Maintainer. They all spent $180 in 2014 on a cruise. My wife and I would barely able to get on board for even half that price but unfortunately they are much more then this. Current pricing is around $250 to $450 for a pair of arches. My recommended investment would be $1050 for the 3 pairs plus another $150 for the 3 pads to replace whatever comes in your new shoes. They don’t really have a return policy so make sure you really want it or be happy with their lifetime service to try a different pair. Your money can be used as store credit. If you try and get a refund you’ll also lose out on 12% which kind of makes sense since these products are expensive and they don’t sale anything used. I’m apparently the only one who needs the used option pricing.Troy and the female who used to have back pain like me were over the top with GREAT customer service with diagnosing my pain with the correct solution. I trust their advise especially since I walked in with so much pain I was hunched over like an old man and while standing I was in tremendous pain. After being fitted in a Strengthener and their own brand new running shoe I was asked to take walk outside. I literally resisted this because it hurt so bad. After going at a terrible slow rate for about 10 minutes my back started reacting really good. 5 more minutes and I was fully able to stand straight up and able to jog again with NO PAIN. I couldn’t believe it really works!! This was a miracle to have it work after dealing with pain about 10 days each year or two for 24 years now.I highly recommend these products even though they are pricey. Maybe someday I’ll be able to afford a pair or someone will take pity on me. For now I’ll have to settle on a cheap $10 CVS pair until I can afford the real solution.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, having tried (and abandoned) lower-cost orthotics before.In the store, Dianna did a great job of thoroughly explaining everything, giving me plenty of time and options to make sure that the product fit my exact foot issue (super-high arches & pronation). I learned a lot!Now 3-days in, I am very pleased with the intelligent design of the 3-part system. I can feel it working to correct the issues that have caused hip pain.At this point, I would definitely recommend the Good Feet Store.

After surgery failed to help plantar fasciitis in both feet, along with knee pain. I decided to try good feet in Gilbert. And after working with the staff for about a year now, Im thrilled to say I can walk 2 miles every day, without pain! The knowledge, expertise, and friendliness of the staff, is 5 stars!

I have suffered from knee and foot pain for many years, last weekend did stopped by the store on ray rd and meet Coralee she was very helpful, I wasn’t ready to make this big purchase but during the week. I was fighting with my own self asking my self should I pull the plug and go for it.well I did and let me tell you I have only had being wearing them for 4 days and so far my knees and foot paint is almost gone ,and I am over 60 pounds overweight , the only advice I can give you is that just follow the instructions they give you and you will have success.God bless you all.

Diana was great. Informative and took time to ensure the right application was picked out. Diane’s is very personable and the product has a warranty.Only down side is cost... while it is a hit to the wallet initially they should last a long time.Time will tell if they actually work...

Troy-good sales person. About 45 minutes to get set up with 3 pairs of arch supports, which makes the adjustment from no arch support, to what you truely need, easier to get use to. Free arch support replacements for life, even if your feet change.

I walked in super not wanting hear about another shoe incert...BUT..then I met Jeff...wow....hes awesome he explained so much about my feet it was unreal..I have tried so many shoes so many incerts for my shoes and nothing worked.....My husband convinced me to go to the good feet store and he was so right....I almost wanted to just get surgery for.my plantar...Im extremely happy and satisfied with The Good Feet Store I highly recommend them..And ask for Jeff hes AWESOME....

Very friendly, professional, and helpful! Took time to answer all our questions and make sure we really knew the what and why about arch supports. Ive only had for about 2 weeks but the changes are already evident. Yesterday I was told Im walking better/straighter. I feel like I am more upright and open rather than all hunched down and I havent had trouble with my knees since. The Brooks shoes that I got at the store and have been wearing the strengthener in are my NEW FAVORITE - coming from a die hard converse and barefoot fan. The people at the store were very friendly and helpful. Bonnie was the person who helped me during my time in the store. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She wasnt pushy or aggressive to sell me anything. I had never been in a Good Feet store, so I didnt really know what to expect. She was very diligent in explaining to me everything she was doing, and also explaining what she was seeing based on the foot imprints, and explaining how the inserts work to adjust the foot back into proper operation. I will admit that I was a bit surprised at the end when she told me the cost, but due to her willingness to share with me any information I asked, and the time she spent with me to properly fit me, and walk around and adjust to the inserts, I felt confident in going ahead with the purchase. While it does take time to adjust to the inserts, if they do what they claim, it will definitely be worth the money. With respect to the service I received while at/in the store, I dont think I could have asked for anything more. The service was fantastic.

Life Changing! I have been in severe back pain from an accident that happened a couple years ago then got plantar fasciitis. Within the first couple of days completely life changing!

They were very helpful and efficient. I have been using the arch supports for over 20 years. They really do make a difference.

Okay, its been a year sense my purchase so I thought I would give a review. I am the WORST skeptic there ever was, I doubt every claim until it proves me wrong, this was no exception. After using them for a year I have to admit it works flawlessly. I have no back pain like I use to when I wake up in the morning. I always thought it was my bed or pillows but had no idea it was my feet. I can stand and be active for long periods w/o aches and pains as well. When I dont use them I can feel the pain creeping back, that is how I know they work. AWESOME product..If you ever need a referral just ask me, it works.

The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly, which was much appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost of the orthotics. $1,000 is quite a bit more than I expected. They do take HSA debit cards, which is the only reason I went through with the purchase. My feet do need help, but I wouldn’t have done it if I had to pay out of my own pocket.

Jeff was very thorough and detailed about the arch support. he explain the three different arch supports and what it does and how its going to help my knee and my low back. Its up now Ive noticed a difference on my heel of my feet they dont take as much. The pain is almost gone and I recommend Good feet to anyone that wants to use the arch support.

My feet are killers!!! I was hoping for some relief. But what I got was foot and leg pain so bad by the second day I could literally Not walk.I went back to the store where 2 different sales people assisted me. I was given 2 different sets of insoles. That was Monday, today is Friday.My feet are again killing me! Look I know this takes some time and is going to be a bit painful while your foot adjusts. This is not my first time with orthotics. But this is just not good. For over 1000.00 dollars I should have some relief , but my feet are worse now than when I first went in.I think I need to try them for 90 days and try a couple different combinations before I can get a refund. I plan on reading the fine print tonight.Good luck. I am sure they help some people.

My husband had an immediate improvement in his feet and legs when he tried them on for the first time. After 10 days we actually took a walk around the lake for the first time in many years! I love them too...thank you!!

The GOOD feet store in Gilbert was very helpful, as my right arch had started hurting over last 2 weeks. They remeasured my feet and fitted me with a slightly different arch support, which so far has alleviated all pain. Very helpful, and not pushy in trying to sell me other products. Stopped in to update my cushioned insoles along with tracking my food prescription and got incredible service. They could not find me in the computer and spent 15 to 25 minutes looking for my account which was erroneously filed with another customers. Once they find me they resized my arches, look at my feet and footwear carefully and then got me on my way with some new cushion insoles so that my feet and my hips were all tracking correctly They were very engaged and friendly and very service mind it. Great store great customer service by the staff. Thank you

The man that works at this location really works hard and really wants to help out, but I think they put too much pressure on him to sell.However, their product is just not that good. I was told I had serious feet problems, when in reality, in the end, I was able to get my feet issue cured with some deep tissue massages/ at-home stretching sessions. They instead stated I needed the full package with all the levels of padding from light to firm support. That sounded ok... but I thought they would customize the pad to my feet. They did not, and instead just had me stand on a piece of paper to get my foot size and then just recommended a size and a box. They had me walk around and then seemed really eager for me to buy.It was that one poor guy manning both the register and trying to make his sale. I felt sorry for him and he was really putting the pressure on, so I caved and got the light support pad. It turned out to be very uncomfortable and made me feel worse after wearing them for just an hour.Luckily, I was able to get 50% refunded back- which I guess is better than nothing. Their sneakers are pretty decent though!

They are the best people there! I wore the shoes I bought there in October, but quit because they were too difficult to get on and by the time I did my feet were scrunched in my socks! They gladly exchanged them for ones that didnt have the connected tongue. Much better! Thanks!

I have suffered with plantar fascia for years. I walk about between 10000 to 14000 steps a day at my job, the pain in my left foot is so excruciating.I though what the hell, the cortisone shots are not working. So I stopped by good feet store. It has been a week and I already notice a difference.

I had been experiencing pain in both sides of my feet (top of the feet). The salesman, Jeff was very kind and helpful explaining that I grip my shoes with my outer toes and heels.I am now wearing Good Feet shoes and supports purchased there. I was told to begin by wearing them 2 hrs a day, which I am doing. Since it has been less than 2 weeks since I got them I am not sure I could give a review that would be helpful.I feel I would prefer giving an evaluation AFTER I have been wearing them 30+ days, as they are still new to me and my feet.

While I believe in the product I don’t believe the price. It probably cost maybe five dollars to make the two pair of inserts that I got and they charge $1000. I guess I’m wondering what am I paying $995 for?? If I could get a partial refund of say $500 that would be great because they don’t give refunds. I wouldn’t do it again buyers remorse. Shame on me !

I got these supports because many people raves about them. I have been back to the store several times for refitting them and still I can not wear them. Apparently once they have your money no refund is available. I wish I would have known that before they ran my credit card however I was not informed of the no return policy until the transaction was complete. Yes it’s posted on the counter but I did not see that until the transaction was over. Since then I have tried my best to wear them each time they rigor me with different ones. Just got different once again this week and still same problem. My hurting feet actually feel better now than the pain these inserts have vaunt leg and hip. I would not recommend these, simply for the refusal to refund. Not happy at all😂

This place is a scam! My doctor charges $400 for custom orthotics out of pocket. They want over $1000 for their pre-molded non-custom inserts. By the way save yourself the time and money, you can buy the exact same ones on Amazon for $200!!!

After 4 months of pain in my right foot and slowly in my left foot to compensate that was developing a stress fracture that made my left foot swell. Every morning I could not put pressure on my right foot. I bought new shoes and new inserts. They did not help at all. I am on my feet 8-12hours a day. I am a cook and constantly on my feet. After getting these inserts it took a week to adjust and one day after a long shift no pain. Mornings are not as bad before. The thing is idont get is that I NEVER wear flip flops and walk barefoot.Good feet has helped me A LOT especially now when I am working more that ever.

Reps extremely helpful, knowledgeable & proactive repeat PROACTIVE! After Jeff took my footprint and showed us the print and how it indicated the balls of my feet were virtually the only place where there was any pressure I was surprised & it plainly showed why they’d hurt so badly so long. He measured and sized my feet and I tried on a pair of shoes of my choice in my size with the arch supports in place and walked around for awhile; my feet felt better than they had ever felt in a very long time, as if they’d just died & landed in heaven. We purchased a set of the arch supports. I planned on coming back a few days later to purchase the shoes (which I did today). Troy was on duty and helped me he sized me again to make certain that the shoes that I chose would fit just right. Both Jeff and Troy were proactive & put us @ our ease. I would highly recommend Good Feet, & it’s reps. Not cheap but an extremely important investment to say the least, & well worth the price.

This place is amazing. They have great customer service and a wide variety of shoes to choose from. It is not like your shopping at a store in the mall. These people care about your feet. As long as I am working for Gilbert I will always come here to get my work shoes.

The store was very attractive, the young man who waited on me was knowledgeable and personable! He seemed confident that the company would be able to help me with the supination in my right ankle. I purchased the entire set plus shoes and, after almost three weeks, I’m trying to keep a positive attitude that I will see some improvements at the recommended 6 weeks! Until then, I am unable to complete a review.

My feet feel wonderful! So much better than with my old orthotics. The new ones from Good Feet are amazing. I like the ease that I can transfer them into other shoes. Wish I had come to the Good Feet long ago..

I didnt know whether Good Feet was going to be of help to me or or not but I thought Id give it a try. Joe was the sales person and he spent a good hour with me explaining my feet and having me try the different arch supports that are part of the process of correcting my alignment. I have been following his directions religiously and the discomfort I was feeling in my knee and lower leg is gone. I still have some discomfort but its improved in my hip. I know that is going to take longer because its bursitis and thats inflammation which cant be cured by arch supports but they are helping. Im very pleased with the results I am experiencing with these arch supports.

I went into the Gilbert, AZ store on November 14th. I was just beginning to experience foot pain and wanted to get help before it became a problem. A gentleman helped me and did the ink plot test. He asked if the shoes I was wearing where the type of shoe I normally wear. I informed him that I ware the same shoes every day and that when I buy them I buy two pair because its buy one pair and get a second for 50% off. He said your shoes are shot, how old are they? I said probably 12 to 18 months old and that I generally get a couple years out of one pair. He said you should not keep your shoes more than 6 to 8 months. We then went on to their system of 3 inserts. When he told me how much they cost I was floored. I told him there was no way I was going to pay $995 for inserts. He then said well your feet are not that bad, You really only need the maintainer insert for $350. Really! If you believe that, why are you trying to sell me something for $995? I could not get out of the store fast enough. I went home, got my new pair of shoes out of the closet and started wearing them. The pain in my feet has completely gone away! What a scam! This has to be part of the company culture. I have told several people about my experience and will continue to do so. Management should not spend their time replying to me, instead I would recommend that you study the company cultures of Trader Joes, REI, Costco, Home Depot and Brakes Plus. These are companies that know how to run a business.

My visit was to replace some arch supports that after a few years, were cracking. I thought they were lifetime free replacement, but I was charged $14.95. I was also asked if I needed some more cushion foam inserts. I couldve used some, but at $119.00 for 3, no thanks. How can anyone afford your products on a fixed income? I have heard more than a few elderly people, who needed your product, to seriously reconsider after hearing the prices. Have a heart, offer a discount program for those on a fixed income.

My first time in The Good Feet Store. Matthew (Sales) was EXCELLENT.Have Diabetes and achey FEET and actually have been wearing slippersfor months just to get around. Matthew fitted me and made two suggestions on Footwear. I bought them both at 1PM.At 9pm...I was still wearing the Dress Shoes and didnt even realize it. I absolutely love my orthotics. My pain that I had walking and the tingling and numbness have improved greatly. It is no longer painful to walk. Alexa at the Gilbert store has been wonderful and so helpful.

Great product, a little more than I wanted to spend but after breaking time my feet feel amazing and they don’t hurt. So, all and all I would say worth the money over the last several years of buying different inserts and shoes

I have been battling plantar fasciitis ...I went in there with high hopes of some relief in my arches.I was not disappointed Bonnie was fabulous in explaining the product and helping me understand why and how a good feet arch support will have me back to myself in no time... The investment was well worth it you only get one pair of feet take care of them now !!

I have been having some feet issue over the past year and because of the cost i kept putting off getting arch supports. After much research i decided to try Good Feet to see if they could find a solution to my pain, both my feet and pocket book pain. I have been super happy with my choice of visiting this store. My feet and back have never been happier and the price was differently worth it. Great service and attention to detail.

I was very skeptical about these orthotics at the price they were asking but after one month of use I am having much less pain in my legs and lower back. I have been in pain for several years and had many tests done by different doctors with no improvement. I was desperate so I took a chance with the Good Feet store and am feeling better than I have for years Alexandria was so awesome to work with, I highly recommend her to anyone who cant get relief through their doctors.5 months later .....I am still feeling gradual improvement, not 100%,...still cant run, but I have considerably less pain walking and standing than before I got my inserts.I could complain about the cost, however, I could have gone to various doctors for the next few years and spent hundreds more without getting any better at all.I am glad I tried Good Feet !

I have been working standing on my feet for almost 30 years and probably have another 25 to go. I decided to finally do something about my poor feet and hips. The manager was so nice and helpful , she seemed knowledgeable and had me set up on the road to help my feet within a half an hour. I would make an appointment to make sure they have the time to thoroughly help you.

I had an appointment with Bonnie. She knew right away about the issues I am having with foot and hip pain. She fitted me arch supports appropriate for my needs and had me on my way in a timely manner. Just wish i had gotten in sooner.

Within 24 hours of purchasing the medical arch support the pain in my toes went away.This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made.

Two days ago I limped into Happy Feet. I was in pain and so desparate for help. I met an amazing woman named Kris who had me walking upright and comfortable in a matter of 15 minutes!!I can honestly say that while I’m not completely healed in two days, I am getting better each day. I can see the light and the end of my pain and before I found this place, I honestly thought I was going to need a cane to walk!!

I have struggled from the effects of Parkinson’s Disease for 15 years. At times I can barely walk. Last year I gave The Good Feet Store a shot and I am amazed at the difference in pain relief vs. the dozen products I tried before. I can even jog again. Thank you God Feet!

My feet would hurt so bad that by the end of the day I could not walk on them.I was going to make an appt with orthopedic but I thought that wouldn t be good all they would do is put me in a brace. I heard about Good Feet and thought I would try it. I am so glad I did. They said I have very hard arches. I have been to this place a few times for my feet and im being really honest. nothing helped me at all. The $500 inserts i got that were meant to help me never helped at all. trying to get me to spend $400 more is a low blow. There is only so much pain i can take and i went through 3 or 4 inserts and nothing helped me at all. There is clearly some problems going on here cause it was NOT worth the $500.

Troy quickly assessed my issues with my arches and offered a solution. The initial recommendation was adjusted to include some lifts, which seem to be making a little difference in just a few days.
