The was super friendly! Armando the Tech took the to make a perfect die for my very high arches. Two days prior to my scheduled appointment I happened to be near their clinic so I walked in to ask about my order status. They checked and told me that it arrived earlier today, so they fitted with the the orthotics and the new shoes. all that 2 days prior to my official appointment date. they were great. !!

The most clueless medical provider I’ve ever dealt with. I went to an appointment it seems like over 2 months ago to be fit for a back brace, and a guy did that. He said they would call when they had Medicare approval. I called Hanger several weeks later. The person in reception put me on hold for so long that I finally hung up and called back. I told her I was following up on the status of my brace. She ID’d me then tried to set me up for another fitting appointment. Clueless. After being put on hold for a long time she came back and all but admitted she couldn’t find anything on my order, then said she’d try to sort things out and call me back. That’s been a month ago. No call back.Now they don’t answer the phone and their voice mailbox can’t accept any messages. I just want my Rx back and can’t even get that done! If you choose to go to Hanger at 3501 S Mercy Rd Suite 103 in Gilbert, well, I wish you luck..

I have called and left messages 3 times trying to make an appointment and still haven’t received a call back.

Cant say Ive even been impressed with my service and the time spent. I supplied my insurance information before and was promised they would authorize before my visit, but I arrived and they had not, which meant more waiting for me. I have been multiple times with similar experiences. Always seems unorganized, lack of timeliness or respect to appointments, and if course this visit computers were down. The worst experience I had was after one visit to get orthotics, a year later I received a letter from collections, when I had never even received a bill from Hanger!!! If you have the option, I would avoid

I had an excellent experience at this location. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate the care that was given to me and would recommend this location to everyone.

My wife and I went to the Chandler location which was closest to our home we went in as a walk-in and the receptionist was very cold and not interested in helping us at all. It took her 30 minutes just to ask for my wife’s identification and insurance card. My wife has been out of surgery for about two weeks and she needed compression stockings to help with her swelling, I tried to stress to the receptionist that she was in pain and couldn’t stay in the car for much longer. After 45 minutes I had to take my wife back home. I called the Gilbert clinic and spoke to Chanel and he was so nice and took all of our information over the phone and said she could see us at 10 o’clock.We arrived filled out a Hyppa form and My wife was right in the office and Armando was the gentleman that helped us. Human kindness can go along way and with our situation these two people went above and beyond for us without question. They were kind they were caring and they represented hanger clinic with dignity and respect. I had braces that the stitching came off about three months after getting them. Hanger replaced the ankle braces at no charge to me under the warranty. They were very kind and professional. I appreciate the kindness of the doctor and the girl at the front desk.

Dont go here very unprofessional office. They dont answer the phone and dont return your callsI was fitted for compression stockings and they were 2 sizes to small and they refuse to take them back.They also over charge. They dont tell you that.check them out on yelp

Can’t get ahold of anyone ever so haven’t had the chance to get service. But won’t be going here from lack of service for potential patients.
