Highly recommend Joe and Orca IT solutions. I was contacted within 10 minutes of leaving a request for contact. Joe was very helpful in educating me on what equipment I needed and where I could buy it quickly. He had a late cancellation, contacted me to see if I would like the slot. He arrived in a mask, maintained social distance during the appointment. One of the computers he worked on was my 6th grade sons. Joe was patient, answered his questions, and showed him every step that was taken. In addition, the other household computers were all tuned up (bloat ware removed, defrag, and Windows updates installed).

I called Orca IT Solutions to troubleshoot my laptop. The WiFi wasnt working properly and I was having some driver issues. Received quotes from multiple companies. Orca IT was the most responsive and helpful. They tried to fix my laptop for free however my laptop had to many issues.They were able to fix my laptop in the same day. Charged $100.00 less than the quoted price due to them being able to solve the problem faster than expected. My laptop is working better than ever. Very professional and reliable. Joe is amazing! I called him after my computer crashed during midterms/finals week. He called right back and came to check my pc in less than an hour. He told me it was my motherboard which was very unfortunate but he was so kind and assured me that he could take my computer and get all of my important documents off of it. He ended up coming in the morning, diagnosed my computer, gave me some solutions, and returned my laptop all in the same day. Awesome customer service and quick too. Wow! All I have to say is Joe is amazing! So quick to help, came to us, and found a solution for both of our issues. My external hard drive USB connection broke ... and Joe was able to switch out the casing so that we could keep all our pictures safe once again. I would have been in tears otherwise. He was super quick, trusting, and efficient! Also - my husbands old macpro battery was fried - and Joe explained to us how he could save the hard drive. So that we could use the old hard drive in the new Mac. He saved us from a whole bunch of emotions gone bad. And now were super happy! (:

Holy batman! Joe is FAST, FRIENDLY, HONEST, AFFORDABLE, KNOWLEDGABLE, & did I mention fast!? Moments after I sent him an inquiry about 40,000+ pictures that I had lost on my external hard drive (cue the tears), & an extremely slow and unresponsive macbook pro, he responded with available appointment times and answered all of my other questions. Joe came to my home to check out my computer/hard drive and gave me a quote (an honest one too) and said that he could most likely have the problem solved by the next day.
