I left a message on a Sunday thinking I wouldnt hear anything until Monday late morning at the earliest, before I knew I was talking to a rep making a service call for 8 a.m. the next morning. Ian called before he arrived, was on time and ready to work. Very professional and quick. Ian even let me ask him a ton of questions about options for my system and was wonderful about staying on task and keeping my questions answered. At-Home service is a blessing, I will definitely use this service again.

I had a appointment with Tony today. He was a cool guy and we were trying to figure out what happened with the PC. He tells me he thinks it’s the motherboard not that the power supply is going out. Doesn’t tell me what I have to do for him to install it, only told me it was $60 and then left without plugging my SSD back in and leaving screws and tower pieces everywhere. If I’m going to pay $125 for someone to come out and tell me there is a problem with the PC and not put everything back together there is a serious professionalism ISSUE there. $125 to unscrew my tower case? He didn’t even order the part. I basically got scammed. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

My laptop for work stopped working. I called to request service and they were able to have a technician come to the house the same day. Ian arrived during the timeframe I was told and was respectful and most importantly worked with a sense of urgency to get my computer up and running again. Ian came in and helped recover data from a bad hard drive. He helped move the data to an external drive so we could add it to the new computer. In particular, he helped recover files needed for QuickBooks and we were able to get all of that data up on the new computer. Well done. Very professional and friendly. Clearly knows his stuff.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I had to cancel an appointment and they called me a liar over the phone saying that I wasn’t told about a cancellation fee but really the guy just said “try to cancel before 8 pm”. Then they sent me an email from “Karl’s technology” with that information but I thought it was spam mail so I didn’t see it. They aren’t flexible with people and the customer service is very poor.

Our service tech made a courtesy follow-up visit the next day and his investigation and counsel resolved our issues and gave us the direction we needed. Customer service was fantastic!
