I always have a great experience getting my haircut at this location. Very friendly staff. Big shoutout to Corina for knowing her stuff. All however, have given me a great haircut. I recommend Sports clips in Gilbert on Williamsfield Road.

I bring my young toddler son to get haircuts here and my experience at this location was phenomenal. Our assigned stylist did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. She did a great job with making my toddler very comfortable. The ability to check in via the mobile app is a big reason why I utilize sports clips. The mobile app gives you the ability to check the current wait times.

This is the best sport clips I have ever been to!. The women here are so friendly and nice, I have a special needs son and he has a very hard time getting his haircut. The lady that helped us made him feel comfortable and we got through the haircut with no issues. Overall this was great experience for my family.

I’ve lived in Gilbert a good 6 or so years now, and have intentionally sought out that stylist/crew who just genuinely loves what they do and have a passion for people. I’ve tried low scale and upscale and wonderfully enough this Sports Clips officially has me going back every time. My stylist is Skyler, and she’s nothing short of fantastic. Still, I watch everyone else and the whole squad is awesome. I’d trust any of them with my cut.

Ashley always cuts my hair because she understands what I want when I describe it and always a fun person to talk to. Always have a good conversation and you can tell she really loves her job! If you go to this location make sure to ask for ASHLEY!!!

Always great service and a great haircut. But if want amazing go see Constance! I often will tell my stylist to do what they think will look good for me (I have no style), Constance always finds a slight difference in how she does my hair and Im constantly getting compliments. Constance is the best!

The service was exceptional! I was brought back quickly and efficiently by Destiney for my haircut. I never felt uncomfortable and was exceptionally pleased with the experience and the attentiveness to the customer.

Samantha was my stylist. She was exceptional im from out of state but next time im in town I will be back and will specifically ask for her. Got in with no wait time. Had my beard trimmed and hair styled. The best part is the head massage and wash with a hot towel wrap.

This Sport Clips location has always been very well kept up, clean, and extremely welcoming and friendly! Corina is an amazing Manager and I have followed her to various locations over the last five years. No matter how busy they are, they always make sure to welcome new guests coming in the door. Corina always does a great job asking me if I need any shampoo, conditioner, or styling products before I leave. Most importantly, Corina does THE BEST job at cutting and syling my hair, and I am a very, very picky customer! I make sure that my 11 year old son and myself come on a day she is working. Have had good haircuts there multiple times, never disappointed and the staff is super friendly and clean. The last time I went I asked for Corinna the manager and my good experience went to a great experience, she did an amazing job and was very picky about making sure my hair was perfect. Will definitely be asking for her again and I suggest you do the same.

I had a great experience with Hope who cut my hair and the staff who answered the phone and greeted me upon arrival. I felt so welcome. They also seemed to be working as a team as Hope thanked several people who were restocking each others areas and cleaning. This store made a lasting impression on me of a caring team who were very efficient. I will be spreading the word and returning.

Had a great visit! I am so happy with Sport Clips. No matter which one I visit, I get a stellar hair cut. Not once have I been disappointed by one. This was my first visit to this location, and once again I was happy.If I had a complaint, I would like a little lower cost. There are alternatives at around $5 cheaper prices, but ... I guess you get what you pay for pay for.

When you get your haircut get your hair washed by Ashley she is phenomenal!!!! Super relaxing and attentive. Seriously she should be teaching other stylists how to wash mens hair. Feels like going to a spa.This location is slightly out of the way compared to one nearer to my house but I will definitely be coming back and requesting Ashley.

I am a snowbird so can only come in while in Arizona, during 6 month periods. I always request Tisha. She listens and cuts my hair just the way I like it. Im told thats not easy. Tisha is friendly and enthusiastic. When I leave, I feel great about my haircut and jacked about life.

I hate to do this as I find those who leave negative reviews more like online trolls or bullies. In from out of town and my normal barber is booked out until Monday. In a bind we choose to come here.The women were the rudest staff I have ever encountered in the beauty industry. So much so I almost pulled my youngest son out of the chair.The 40$ cost for bad service was the final slap in the face.Dont come here.There is a Tonj and Guy next door or my favorite is Vs who is across the street. Save your money and get a better cut, service and experience and go somewhere else.If the neighbors at Elite Blinds started cutting hair, you would be sure to have a better experience.

Had a free hair cut I received in the mail! Showed the lady 3 pictures of how my hair was cut before that I absolutely loved!I got NOTHING like I wanted! My hair is so screwed up she basically gave me a 1 style cut all over the place!I left this joke hole and went over to TONI AND GUY a few doors over from them! They fixed my hair the best as possible! But told me to come back in 3 weeks and they will do it how I really wanted it to begin with!Save your time, save your hair go somewhere else but Toni and Guy is who Ill be going to for now on! It may cost a little more but they know what they are really doing!

Went in to get a fade and I have never had a better haircut. All of the employees were friendly and my stylist Jessica was very charismatic. Price was what I expected and it was definitely worth the small wait I had.Go to Jessica if you need a good fade.

Wait time is totally inaccurate. Screen said 33 minutes and its been 58 minutes with no end in sight! These ladies look unfriendly, so I cant wait to get my son on their chair.Update: Although the listed wait time still remained inaccurate (double the noted time), the service ended up being friendly. Unfortunately, there were no notes left from the most recent visit so my sons haircut did not come out as expected (too short). No big deal, it will grow out, but it did make my son sad. Im more pleased with the hairdresser making my son feel comfortable and being extremely friendly throughout the service. From 1 star to 3.

I took my son in yesterday to get a haircut. We had a promotional free haircut we received in the mail. I figured, why not we are right down the road. This place is a complete, overpriced JOKEBoy was I in for a surprise. Talk about a botch job. Not sure where they found the stylist that cut my sons hair, but holy cow it was NOTHING like I had asked for. Upon the stylist bring my son out, I asked what happens and she very smugly told me thats what he wanted....are you effing kidding me? Shaved the sides without asking if we normally do that style, left the top all messy...just plain jacked up.The manager there is Corina, she tried to make it right. She did do a better job but I will NEVER return to this place. Not sure where they find stylists but I assure you, for the price they charge, go to M.U.G!

Another Update: I wont be going back. My hair is just about recovered and I can get a new haircut the way I asked.First Review was One Star. I edited because (see below). There wasn’t a wait. I walked right in. I mean after the obligatory personal information, blood sample, and soft credit check I was taken to the back.How would you like your haircut?Number two on the side faded up and even shorter around the ears. Leave 1 inch on top. No parts nothing special sideburns with the ears and whatever you think on the neck. No parts because I just push it all forward.Yeah that didn’t happen. For some reason she thought My head deserved something different than what I asked for.I have at least 2 inches on top no fade but a number three very high on top like higher than where I part my hair when it’s high. She said she thought this looked better. My left side burn is a half an inch higher than the right. And it’s a three around my sides where I wanted a two. So for those keeping score my top is too long my sides are too short and I feel like I’m lopsided. I should’ve known better than to try a new place just because it was closer to my house.Oh and $19 before tip. Without a shampoo. (You can extra for it). Dang.UPDATE: So I have gotten more compliments than ever with this haircut. Its so modern they say. It looks really good. My wife says she loves it. So Im still frustrated with it, learning to comb my hair is not something Ive done for a long time. I had a different look. Coming my hair like this would have gotten me beat up in High School. But, people like it. It wasnt what I asked for. But... so I upped the star count.

I got my haircut from Jana Law at this location. She made me feel comfortable and she gives the best head scratches! Once I got a haircut from her I went back to her again and havent gone to anyone else!

We went in on January 20th for the first time. Wait was much longer than quoted. We got a cut for my husband and my two children. They told us about a stamp card to purchase for the kids to return. I wanted to do a split payment and use a $20 Visa gift card I had. They submitted the payment and took the $20 off the total amount then tried to run another Visa card that was declined. This took a while and so we let a man who was waiting behind us to pay go. They pulled my family back up and I told them to forget the stamp card this time and we will just pay for the cuts. We tried to rerun the Visa gift card and it was declined and I looked up the balance and it said that they took the $20. The ladies there then told me that it would drop off the card. So we paid $20 cash and rest on a debit card. January 21st was the withdrawal date for the Visa Gift Card. On February 18th I went to use the card and it was still zero balance. Spoke to Stephanie who said she would get with the store manager Corina. Called back February 23rd to be told We dont owe you anything! I provided proof. Issue was not resolved. I was treated rude as can be like we dont matter and our business doesnt matter. Gave them a chance to resolve. They can keep the $20 on top of the cash, debit payment and cash tips. Very disappointed in the company and the way they treat people. Steeling money from families is okay to this business. Nice place but ever time I go here my fade is horrible. Im sure they do great regular haircuts with scissors (I would hope so) but when it comes to a 0 guard fade... forget about it. I was in the chair for almost 2 hours the last time having her fix my fade. Thats not including the 45 minute wait before. Im sorry but if you dont feel comfortable doing a skin fade please, please let me know so I can wait for someone else or go somewhere else. I left 2 stars instead of one because she apologized and was very nice about it, Nor did she change me but I gave her a tip still ;)

Not sure what happened to my previous review, but it appears it along with all of the other negative reviews were deleted for a fresh start. I tried this specific location twice and both visits were horrible. The first time, I walked in at 5:45 not realizing they closed at 6:00 (which is my fault and I should have looked at the operating hours beforehand) and was pretty much yelled at by one of the stylists telling me that they were closing in 15 minutes and I wouldnt be seen. The second time, I figured I would try again at a time that wasnt so close to closing. I walked in, saw a packed waiting area with only one stylist working, and decided to check in anyways. While putting in my phone number, I was told by the stylist in an extremely rude tone that the wait was over an hour. I said I have time and she just stared at me with a look of didnt you get the hint? With that, I left. The location on Gilbert Road is, in my personal opinion, much better in regards to customer service and staff on duty (I wouldnt be able to tell you how the haircuts are at this location since I never had the opportunity to get one).
