I have been to this salon pretty regularly the past year. My first visit, I was lucky enough to have Moe as my stylist, and thereafter I made sure to request her. I have thick, textured hair, and I have had difficult experiences with other stylists in the past. However, Moe’s intuition and extensive experience has always left me and my hair happy and confident. From simple trims to layers, deep-conditioning, highlights, and coloring, I have been consistently impressed with the results. Moe is a calm, down-to-earth communicator and has always guided me toward the right products and care routines for my specific needs. I have recommended friends and family to her, who are similarly impressed with the atmosphere and service when in her care. I hope this review helps guide others to this extraordinary beautician.

I love this place! My daughter and I have been going here since 2002. My daughter was 2 when she had her first hair cut. Val is our hair dresser and the only one who cuts her hair.We feel so comfortable when going there.Val has trimmed, colored, cut, highlights, low lights and permed my hair over the past 7 years and always addresses my concerns about my hair. My hair is healthy and grows so quickly.Thank you Val!

I was always super lucky to have Moe as my stylist. I called a couple weeks ago & was told she no longer works at this salon. I did however get lucky and found that she now works at Bishops in Phoenix!

Valerie is the best. She really listens to you and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. She is honest and trustworthy. Love the way my hair looks now. Ive been to several different stylists and they always ruined my hair. Having very thin hair, not all styles work. Thank goodness I found Valerie!

Took my granddaughter, her first hair cut ever, Im so up set, I forgot to get some of her cut off hair and save it to put in her keep sake book. The young lady that did her hair treated her like a Queen and pampered 😍 her. She was really good to her.

Always a really positive vibe here. Even though its located in an outdoor mall area, it feels more like a neighborhood salon. The stylists are friendly and efficient, and make sure to have a mini consultation before even a simple trim. Also helps that they have an app to schedule in advance.

I went in after actually not getting my long hair cut in 6+ months and got a young gal named Tyanna. She did the best cut I have had in ages and best part was only getting charged $24. I can not say enough about how happy I am with the job she did. It was worth driving over from old Regis location for sure!!

The shop is very nice, but the computer/cash machine was not working, very frustrating.

My normal salon was busy so I tried mastercuts...big mistake. Mine and my daughters hair was cut much shorter than I asked for and we both got matching uneven haircuts. Wonderful. Pretty certain I could have done a better job myself.

I don’t know the name of the lady who do my haircut (in San tan village) but I can tell she didn’t absolutely know what is haircut!!!! I pay $58 for only wash and blow dry. There was no hair on the floor when she was done!?!? I ask for layers and u can’t believe if u see my hair. 👎🏼

I wanted my bangs trimmed below my eyebrow and the lady cut them exactly a centimeter above them... Please never go there I warn u.

Treated my fiancé like garbage from the moment we walked in. She constantly rolled her eyes and was basically hitting him over and over with how hard she was using the razor. My fiancé tried to make small talk and she shut him down real quick after a couple annoyed comments. NEVER going back.

Went into get a haircut. Got there at 7:40pm on a Saturday. One person there and she was just finished with person in the chair but told me she closes at 8 and I can come back in the morning. She had no one else and just finished. My haircut is a basic guy haircut, maybe 10 minutes at most! The people hanging there sounded to be friends or family members, she probably was leaving early. Is this a Supercuts customer service way?

Worst experience ever. Called in beforehand to get price quotes. Took my boyfriend to get his haircut washed and cut, they only cut his. The hairdresser cut my hair too short and in order to get a refund, all the store manager could say was just fill out a survey. Had to go corporate and they only refunded only a portion of it because they couldnt refund the tip as well. I stated I wanted a full refund and I tip for the quality of the service and there was no quality. Please do not go here.

Never received the color I chose. In fact it was the complete opposite.

Dont do it. Our stylist didnt listen to my son at all. She got the sides right but he told her to take barely take any off the top and she took almost half the top off and it ended up choppy and uneven.

Did not want to take a haircut 30 min before close with an empty store. They were very rude to tell me as well. If a store is open till 9 you accept services till close.
