The right side of my head...almost a decent cut. The left side...looks like a toddler or weed waver foot me. April claims to have cut hair 3-4 years. Even the manager didnt went to touch it. If you go here...AVOID APRIL!!! My hair WAS at muy belt. The right side about what I requested. The left dodge Will bout grow back before my natural death. AVOID APRIL at all costs!!!! Ask for Trisha only.

I booked a same day appointment online. My appointment was assigned to Trish but then changed to next available. I walked in, spoke with Trish and informed her of the services I wanted done to my hair (shampoo, blow dry, haircut, and flat iron). She stated Julie will be my hairdresser, she just went to the restroom and she should be back shortly. I waited about 20 minutes till Trish offered assistance. Julie walked in and was about to take over but then they both informed me that they could not provide all of these services I requested, just a shampoo, hair cut and blow dry. My hair is extremely curly and cuts best after my hair is flat ironed. I am extremely displeased regarding professionalism, and punctuality. I have been to this location a few times and I have never experienced this before. I will not be back.

I sent my husband with the kids (both under 10), to this location.My kids came home with terrible hair cuts that cost $18/ea... The kicker the extra $4/each they charged per kid to clean up.So, note... Apparently prior to the pandemic, this place wasnt cleaning at all because now they charge for cleaning (which they would have been doing the entire time if they would have been cleaning).Anyway, if they cant cut 2 boys hair and make it look decent, can they cut yours?? STAY AWAY.(Go to baseline & higley, next to Safeway great place, does a great job, and its WAY MORE affordable).

Customer service is a negative. I was wanting a hair stylist for my wedding day and customer service rep was very rude and said she could not reach out to me when her stylist were available to call regarding styles and pricing.
