Mike is the GOAT. I got a phenomenal cut and he is a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend to any guy looking to get a nice cut!DISCLAIMER: Make sure to get an apt because they are always booked up so walk ins are not available a lot of times. Not a bad thing, I think its a testament to how great the place is.

My son has amazingly thick hair. He has an infinite amount of cowlicks. He likes a traditional cut from 1950s or 60s, specifically like Cary Grant. We have been going there for the last year we have had one bad haircut but that was when his dad took him. He didnt speak up and my son is not confident enough to speak up yet. We had to get it redone and thats when we found Mike. As long as Mike is there he will be my sons hair guy.

Ive been going to this Barber shop for a few months now and so far they have not disappointed! Amber, Ragan and Mike have been amazing and highly recommended all of them. Theyre very nice and social. Got butchered.10 months of growth, gone in 5 seconds. Said I was trying to grow it out and just wanted a trim to keep it looking healthy, got it all cut off to the most unflattering cut Ive ever recieved.

I purposefully wait to get my haircut when I visit AZ because of the quality. It isnt the cheapest on the block but they are actively involved in good will and charitable activities in the community. That, and the quality hair cut makes it a good value.I had the pleasure of meeting Nicos father (the owner of the business) and was impressed with his mission and commitment to his employees. Gotta give a big shout out to Nicos.Made an appointment for my 16month old kid and I.Mind you this is his first haircut and I was pretty nervous about how things were going to go down.The whole staff took such good care of us. Changed TV channels to keep him busy. They had toys for him to play with. They all did their best to keep him entertained and busy.But the real kicker was when my kid finally started to freak out, he threw up all over the place. Everybody was so helpful. They got us towels to help clean him up, never once made me feel uncomfortable and continued to cut his hair once all the dust settled.Definitely a business that goes above and beyond the usual call of duty.Oh and our haircuts were great too. Great place all around

However today was a little bit different the owner was there I believe his name is Reggie and he was cutting the hair for a foster child. I found out that he does this as a service for those within the foster community. And then a portion of every haircut goes to that process. That wasn’t the only amazing thing that I witnessed today as a eavesdropped on his conversation with the young man’s hair he was cutting. I heard him and partying wisdom and encouragement which I thought was amazing. I’m glad Candace moved to the shop and I look forward to go in there more in the future.”

Ive gotten a few different haircuts here all from different barbers and have yet to be disappointed. They all do great work and have been pretty timely. My previous barbers would often run late which sucks when you are trying to get it done on a lunch break

I hate to give 3 stars but I have been coming here over a year, I usually get haircuts with Jen but she was over booked and so I decided to book with Issac. I was running late due to getting off my shift late, my appointment was 1:30 and I arrived exactly at 1:38. I have been few minutes late in past appointments and never had an issue. Today was different, I was told by the receptionist that Issac couldnt cut my hair anymore because of a new 6 minute window policy. It would have been nice to be informed of this new policy on their website, or in text messages that remind you of your appointment. What made me upset is that he already taken a walk in in those 6 minutes. With Jen there has been times I arrived early and shes still cutting someone else hair, and I had to wait and I had no problem. I understand being rushed or feeling behind in your work schedule, but I just feel theres need to be better communication. I appearciate the receptionist for being super nice and actually making an effort to talk to me about it. She was very apologetic, and Issac didnt even speak one word with me. They offered to reschedule later in the day or the following week but I have errands, and will be out of town. Still a great place, but as regular the interaction made me upset.

We just came back from Nicos and my son had his cut done by Issac. He did a great job! They all seemed so amazing over there! We had a great experience and will definitely be going back😊👍🏻

This barbershop has easily been the best barbershop I have ever been to. Very friendly staff that not only greets you right when you walk in, but also holds conversations with everyone in the shop, making it an extremely outgoing place to be at with great vibes. The cuts have never disappointed and the best part is that they donate a meal to the less fortunate with every haircut! I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking to look fresh, while simultaneously doing their good deed for the day by contributing a meal to those who need it.

BEST! HAIRCUT! EVER! I was staying in Gilbert for the month of January and needed a haircut before I headed back to Minnesota. I set up an an appointment online (super easy) and walked in and got Keith. What a great guy and super barber!! He did an awesome job and an added bonus was he knew sports, even my Twins, TWolves and Vikings. He took his time and did a great job. I joked to my wife when I got back to our condo that I would be flying to Gilbert every six weeks for all my haircuts. Great place and highly recommended! Best place to visit a barber hands down. I absolutely love that they have appointments so you are not sitting in the shop all day waiting a turn. Clean, comfy, modern shop very family oriented they have video games in the back for the kids always very welcoming. Great gear, and products. Highly recommend Rajiv his style has my son looking sharp 24/7.

Such an amazing modern barber shop with wonderful staff. Having just moved to the US, I was very nervous about finding a barbers who would deliver the same haircut that I’m used to back home. I was amazed when I found Nico’s and felt welcome from the moment I walked through the door! Jen cut my hair and was so lovely to talk to! She did an amazing job and the hot towel experience was the icing on the cake. I will definitely be returning to Nico’s whilst I’m here in Arizona! Thoroughly recommend!

One cut style for all men

Ive always got my hair cut at whatever salon my wife was going to and while they did a good job, its refreshing to come into a space that is dedicated to mens barbering.Ive been to see Jen just a few times, and she already knows my hair, the way it grows, and how to keep it looking fresh.There is a rad vibe from the moment you walk through the door, and there is a great sense of community that can be felt from the barbers and other customers in the shop.I also like that I can make an appt from my phone, and get a text reminder to keep it a quick stop in my day.This is where you should be getting your hair cut.

Dropped into Nico’s 2 weeks ago, after making an online appointment with Jen, who came highly recommended. The service and attention to detail were stellar. She was never in a rush, wanting to make sure I was fully satisfied. Great Clips experience was 10 mins in and out. This was 45 minutes of pampering. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted (which I’ve never done), and ended up rolling out of there looking like a star. Hot towel treatment took the experience to the next level. I’ll definitely be back in 5-6 weeks.

Took my son to Nicos for the first time to get his haircut for pre-K graduation. Hes not the biggest fan of getting his haircut and sometimes he even cries a bit when they bring out the clippers. Jen was amazing! She talked to him the entire time and made him feel safe. She was very accommodating and did a fantastic job with his hair! He has never had a cut so amazing before. We will definitely be back. Well worth the price for a quality haircut and no tears! Yay!!!!! Thanks Jen & Nicos!

Super cuts can suck it! This is the place we have been waiting for in Gilbert for a long time! Less is more when it comes to this barbershop and I love it! Finding a barber can be rough especially if you’ve found the one. Harder than finding a lady, so being an hour and some minutes away from my barber was rough. 30$ for gas one way and another 20 for my beard to get cut and trimmed, it was worth it because for years my guy has been my guy, but it’s tiresome month in and out. Went in very nervous they’d screw the pooch on this one and nope. Forgot dudes name (Russian guy) lined it up and cleaned it very well. Friendly staff and place. Now my barber is fifteen minutes from my house. Yay.

I’ve been to both the Gilbert and Mesa locations and they both really surpassed expectations. Ragan cut my hair in Gilbert and knocked it out of the park and Rajiv cut my hair in Mesa and I couldn’t be more pleased. Friendly people and easy to talk to and a comfortable vibe. I trust them withy beard and have been for months now. Booking an appointment online could not be easier. Great throwback to a true cut and trim at a barbershop. Straight razors tidy everything up and the products they use remind me when I used to go to the barber on main Street with my father back in the day.

For years I went to a friend of my moms that used to cut her hair, but once I started to grow out my beard I needed someone with more experience with that. Nicos is where I found it. My wife lets me keep my beard so long as its clean and maintained and Nicos has never let me down with that.They also have a home like feel. People coming in and out talking with one another like theyve been long time friends, much like something youd see in the movies. You always feel welcomed there no matter what your style is. A lot of times I find myself going in for trim even though I could wait a bit longer, but I go in anyways because it feels like coming home to friends and family!

Got a haircut from Joseph, took his time but cut the side of my head twice with a straight razor, wouldnt recommend letting him touch any tools that a 5-year old couldn’t operate.

Nobody in the shop. 3:30pm on Saturday And they close at 5pm, no appointments waiting, two barbers sitting at the front desk talking and they say they don’t have anything available.
