The first time we met with Todd to get some quotes, he also educated us on how our current homeowners policy was lacking (no additional living expenses if we were unable to live in our home due to flood, etc.) We realized we needed to make the switch to State Farm because all insurance policies are not created equally. Just a few months later, we had a house fire. After arriving at my house with fire trucks filling my street and calling family, Todd was the first person I called. Within thirty minutes, he had filed a claim for us, contacted the company who would set us up in temporary housing, and delivered a sizable check (so we wouldnt have to wait to be reimbursed for any additional expenses we would incur) personally to me at our house - while the fire was still raging. In the 15 months since the fire, we have dealt with not only Todd and his wonderful staff, but also our adjuster Jason and many other companies who work with State Farm. Every single encounter I have had with the various aspects of this claim throughout this long process has been pleasant, prompt, and exceeded my expectations. We have lived through that event that is the reason you buy homeowners insurance (complete reconstruction of the entire interior of our house, additional living expenses when you cant live in your home, and contents) and we would highly recommend entrusting all of your insurance needs to Todd.
