My experience is still pending with them. So far, service in person is fair but over the phone payment cancellation took more than seven days to return on my card account when the service personnel said it would return in hours that same day of January 5. Had to call my card account bank twice on this before monies was returned on January 12th

When I first got there Ms Lelia Rodriguez greeted me and let me know she would be with me in a moment. Then she asked me a few questions and showed me what my rate would be with other companies and got me the lowest rate. She got me a great deal even with the kind of driving record I have. Let me just start by saying Lelia Rodriguez IS THE BEST AGENT I HAVE EVER EVER EVER INCOUNTERED!!! what customer service skills!! She went all the way to the end of the street for me. Even staying late at work to make sure i got insurance on my new car. Multiple times might i add. She was a REAL person with A REAL ADDITUDE towards helping. She responed to emails so very quickly. This company is lucky to have her and should treat her as one of the top doggs. Way to go lelia for doing so well at ur job. If it wasnt for u i wouldnt have ever even used yall.

Horrible service from the so called office manager CARLOS. Had me wait for something he honestly could of done right then and there then to top it off he decided to yell at me when I wasnt being rude I had simply asked a question on why he didnt send the paper I needed along with the rest of the papers. He apparently took offense in my low tone and polite way of asking and decided to yell at me and continued to hang up. Extremely RUDE! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! And unacceptable. My business with them is done and I will be cancelling my service. Thanks to CARLOS I found a better insurance agency elsewhere!

They tell you if you sign up online theres an $8 fee. I called them to make a paymemt. They never said there was an $8 fee there. I signed up with bill pay from my bank account then they devide to pull in one month 2 payments thereby putting me in a financial hole. I call my bank and it is replaced. They continued to repull not from bill pay this time, but from my debit card.Im done with these people. I didnt know insurance companies can rip you off. Weel now I know. Im going to go eith a broker next time. They dont get the money to help you.

The guy that works there use to be great but for some reason he has HORRIBLE lately. Every time I call he tells me he is going to call me back and he never does. I actually had to go through a different agent to get help. I will never go back to him.

Stay away I mean it!!! I dealt with Shacoia Anderson not only did she process the quote when i told her not to, but then when i found out about it she lied and said she was waiting on my call. So i had to cancel a policy that i never signed and approve for in the first place.

Carlos has always been friendly and helpful every time but that lady that works there is a ruby B thats why I give it one star if she would leave Id give it 5 stars all the way she is a very rude person snobby and she dont know how to do her job :)
