This is not Isabel (the best thing that has ever happened to me) but her husband, William. I dont have enough computer sense to change her name on the posting so this will have to do. I contacted the Jamison Agency as to why I had received a delinquent notice on our umbrella policy since I pay up front for a year and the year is not up until June. Sora promptly contacted me and rectified the situation. We had purchased a new vehicle back in November (which Sora also competently and professionally handled) so what we owed was due to the policy covering the new vehicles additional value. Once she explained that to me, even I could understand. Thanks Sora!

I’ve been with Bryan Jamison for 7 years and have been very happy with his office’s service and with Allstate in general. He and his staff are easily accessible, friendly, and knowledgable. They periodically call or email to checkin but never to the point of being a bother. The policies are very easy to understand and nothing is hidden. They have discounts for accident free driving and for using driving monitoring apps. The iPhone app for Allstate is really helpful and easy to use. When I’ve had to make a claim it was super easy, they did all the work, and I had favorable outcomes. Couldn’t be happier.
