I would like to respond to the review below. I work in the office and know the real story of what happened in the accident mentioned and would like to share that information with anyone that is reading these google reviews. The agent was involved in an accident that day, he was hit by the reviewers boyfriend who then attempted to flee the scene. The agent followed them to a parking lot where the agent contacted the police. Police accessed the accident and deemed the other party at fault, per police report, and the agents vehicle was repaired by the other parties insurance carrier no problem. We deal with this everyday and there is a process to auto accidents and it was extremely evident that the other party did not follow said procedures. Facts are facts and if anyone has any questions please call or come by the office. :)

When my agent retired and transferred my account to the Townsend Agency, I was cautiously optimistic I would receive the same great service to which I had become accustomed. To date, I can say my account has been well managed and I have received good customer service from the friendly office staff.

He crashed into our car and was extremely aggressive towards me and my boyfriend. I dont trust his abilities as an insurance agent because of how unhelpful he was. He threatened to call the police, so I did, and the officer told him that the crash was his fault. fault. Horrible man. Dont do business with him. 0/10 Warn your friends.
