Tyler came on time and we got a text when he was on the way as was promised. He immediately knew what our issue was and had our AC fixed in about 20 minutes. He didnt try to pressure us into paying for things we dont need and was very courteous. He explained everything well to us and the price was agreeable. This isnt the first time we have used Cornerstone Comfort over the years for our old ac unit. I honestly feel like Cornerstone Comfort is trustworthy which is a big statement coming from a skeptical person like me.

Quickly diagnose the problem and filled all paper work with the manufacture warranty for new parts to be ordered and installed on a later date as the AC parts was covered under manufacturer warranty. Jason has taken care of all my propane gas issues from installation of the gas lines and tank to issues I consulted with him. Jason is personable, competent, and never charged for follow-up appointments. I had problems with my propane fireplace (none of them due to the gas line), but he kindly checked the gas lines and he determines that the fireplace regulator was the problem. I appreciated that he went beyond his duty to help with my fireplace.

I have met three of the gentleman that work for this company, and all of them have been incredibly knowledgeable about the services I needed. All of my questions/concerns were fully answered before leaving the job. I received estimates quickly for the issues that were found. I am a mom to four small children and this alone can be intimidating for some when they walk into my home. Cornerstone is very patient with the chaotic atmosphere they walk into as we needed their assistance with the thermostat etc. We had numerous issues we were trying to fix without replacing the whole system due to the cost. Jason attempted to fix the problem we had discussed as a temporary fix and he quickly realized that this was not the issue and that it was the motherboard. I am thankful he was able to find the exact problem and did not charge us for any unnecessary work. A company that cares about the quality of work being done is a company you can count on. Also to note, I had a tech come out the same day with our heating issues. I called around before I called cornerstone and no one could get us scheduled until the following week(middle of winter with small children, have to have heat). We will only use Cornerstone in the future for our repair needs.

Last night, I had Andy Lewis come out for a service call when my AC stopped blowing cold air. Their technician discovered I had a pinhole leak in my coil which was leaking refrigant. After hearing their price I had some serious sticker shock so I called Jason at Cornerstone Comfort. He was incredibly responsive and professional even though I called after hours. In addition to that the price for the repair was $300 less than Andy Lewis! They came out first thing this morning and had the repair done in less than an hour. If and when I have HVAC problems in the future, my first call will be to Jason and the folks at Cornerstone Comfort.

So I was in serious need of service as my AC went out Tuesday morning. I called a couple company’s and I settled with cornerstone as I saw a lot of great reviews from next door. From the jump Cornerstone was very polite and punctual. They arrived at my house and a nice gentle named Chris I believe helped me. He went above and beyond trying to get my current ac to work. Even going the extra mile to FaceTime his boss and go through extra steps to save me money. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it and offered me a new unit. I asked him to get me the best price possible. He responded with I promise we will have the best price possible. To be on the safe side I called a couple other company’s for quotes and they all ranged with the absolute highest being from Morris and Jenkins. I immediately called cornerstone back and went with there service. They arrived 2 days later and fixed the machine. I highly recommend using cornerstone for all your heating and cooling needs.

Woke up to a broken AC and they were able to come out immediately and fix the issue with no problem at all. I live with someone who is high risk for COVID and they were also able to accommodate that without any issues at all. I cant recommend them enough!

I was very pleased at how quickly they came out after I called (within 2 hours). I had another company tell me previously, that the entire furnace needed to be replaced. Cornerstone not only saved us thousands of dollars by repairing the furnace (which has many more years left on it according to them) but found a dangerous carbon monoxide leak, which had been overlooked by previous tune ups/repairs. I found their staff to be very knowledgeable, prices reasonable and I will be using them from now on!

Christian came out and an inspection of the system to make sure everything was running well. He did a thorough job, and we will be having him back to do maintenance twice a year. Used them because many people have been quite happy using Cornerstone that I know personally. Am happy to say they do live up to their reputation!

Jason is a hard working owner who cares for his customers. He is in time, professional and provides an honest estimate on work to be done. He came out for me on a Sunday after church to look at my heat pump. The compressor is done in it but he did tell me I could use the emergency heat for my house until I can replace the unit. Yes it will cost me more to run the emergency heat but at least I have the option until I can get it them to come back out and replace it.

Cornerstone Comfort installed a new system for us over the summer. They did a fantastic job & were very professional. We had Cornerstone Comfort replace all the duct work under our home. When I initially called them to come out and look at the job -they were there the same day - the same morning! We asked them to do the job and they arrived on time and did the whole project in one day. They were very professional and we could not have been happier. This was about 1 month ago. Last night I turned on the air conditioning and found 1 vent was not working. I messaged them at 8pm and had a response within minutes. They were there this morning by 9am to solve the issue.
