Very gifted and well respected place. My barber Rico is the best. Been a customer for over 6 years now. Theres nothing they cant do.

Love the barbershop. My grandson has been going for years. The guys are friendly. Mr. High is my grandson Elijahs barber, nice man.

Being military its hard to find a good barber/hair cut place that does an excellent Skin-Zero fade at an affordable price. Im a very minimalist type person with getting my hair cut, but I expect it to be done right. There are many fancy barbershops that have extra amenities like serving beer, super nice furniture , or having 50 TVs set up for sports. Im not interested in that but I felt like I ended up paying for those in my haircut price. Heavenly Cuts took me in, cut my hair, and had me on my way in a timely fashion. Recommend this spot for any military dudes seeking our infamous fades.

The guys in the shop are friendly, fast and give great hair cuts. They have enough barbers to get you in and out which I love. The shop is always neat and clean. Heavenly Cuts is involved in the Garner community and care about their customers. You can find them in the Forest Hills Plaza next to the Garner DMV.

I love the overall experience I’m given by all four guys, I am very particular about the way my hair is cut and they exceed the bar.

My 1 year old son received his first haircut by barber rico and it was a perfect cut my son did not cry at all and has had his second cut recently. Rico is great!

Well I imagine its a great place for a haircut while you wait for the DMV. Which was also surprisingly pleasant.

I was looking for a new barber in the area. Had visited the DMV next door a seen the shop. When I entered the shop it was 3 barbers. One of them was free so I went to him. He was at the first chair but I thought what the hell I will give him a chance. I told him what I wanted and he begin to cut. In less than 4 minutes he was blowing the hair off. I have dreads so all I needed was an edge. He handed me the mirror and I was horrified. I had to get him to try to reline my edge. It was so bad I jyst told him to stop. Then this dude told me it was 20 dollars. He gave me a horrible cut but and didnt blink an eye to get money. I will never go there again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone else! Serves me right for cheating on my regular barber!
