Had a great renting experience. All the staff is super helpful. Only hiccup I have here is I asked for a 5x10 storage unit if one was available. They said there was one and I went through my transaction fine. When I went to start putting my items in the unit, I found out that it was a 5x5. I’m not worried about it because I managed to do without some stuff while moving, but when I mentioned it to them to see if I still could move to a 5x10 if I need they said that there are none available. When asked if I could be contacted when one becomes available because I did request and was told one was available at the time of the transaction, I was told that I would have to call back after each weekend to see if one was available. Again, was a hiccup for me with this business, but still had a great experience.

U-Haul said 9:00am, Google said 9:00am, door says 9:30.... awesome way to start moving day. Align your times please, people count on them to be correct to plan stressing days.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They work very hard to accommodate and serve the Garner/ Willow Spring community. If you need a uhaul truck or storage this is the place to use. I have rented at least 8 trucks from them as well as used their storage facilities over the last 4 years. Come here and you wont be disappointed.

Even on the busiest of Saturdays the wide isles and multiple entrances here make it easy to move in!

They rented me a truck with a leaky door got 3 mattress soaking wet when I told them about it they said to file a claim with uhual. Also they charged me 1.7 gal of gas for $6.38 cause it wasn’t close enough to 3/4 tank marker on the gas gauge. Then to top it off charge an extra $6.99 for sales item see below but there was nothing below. When I call them they said their paperwork didn’t show that charge. I offered to send them a picture but she didn’t want it. Then hung up on me. If I can give it a zero star I would.

They have boxes and moving supplies. Including odd shaped boxes for mirrors, paintings, sports equipment, vacuum cleaners etc. The staff is also wonderful, I enjoyed chatting and supporting local!

Austin, the property manager, over there at Turner Farms Self Storage is extremely knowledgeable about every single sales item for U-Haul, all of the U-Haul rates, as well as all of the rates and information for their storage facility. He was extremely kind and helpful when I went there for some questions that I had. I highly recommend visiting this place if you ever need a U-Haul vehicle/trailer or if you need somewhere to store your belongings! 10/10 would go there again, especially to see the handsome property manager, but mainly for storage and U-Haul inquiries!!!

Angie and Austin have consistently demonstrated Turner Farms Self-Storages commitment to my having a worry-free storage experience. Whether issues regarding my unit in particular, their policies, or my account they have been good to deal with.

100% horrible service. They have some kid working there hes about 12 years old, he knows absolutely nothing about what hes doing. Hell answer the phone 15 different times all hes trying to take care of you, he doesnt explain everything that you need to know such as how much the gas cost everything like that. He thinks that by circling everything that thats enough Im sorry, but thats not how customer service Works. Once I return my van and return the key they lost it, and are continuing to charge me. Thats totally unacceptable they should have security cameras showing me returning the key but they dont. Upon my call up there this morning I was extremely rudely yelled at and then hung up on when I asked about how often they lost their keys. This is not a company you want to use, these are not people you want to talk to you, and its not money that you want to spend. She need a U-Haul go anywhere else on the planet and you will literally get better service. You would get better service from a mule.

Great staff and very clean storage facilities!

***DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION*** We have had nothing but trouble from this location. We rented a truck for Saturday, April 27th. At 4:30 pm on Friday, April 26th, someone called to tell us they didnt have a truck available, even though our reservation was made weeks in advance. When we asked why a truck was not available, we were told this is a busy moving weekend. We had to call U-Haul corporate and they were able to help us get another truck, however the new location was way out of our way. We should have been smart enough not to use this location again, however we tried them again and rented a truck for Saturday, May 25th. We called today, May 22nd to confirm the reservation and was informed that they dont have a truck for us AGAIN!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Start out nice, then lie, overcharge you to the point where you cant pay. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THEM.
