Im very unhappy with this place. I gave it a chance. I have a unit here and I havent been able to get in my unit for a week due to the gate malfunction. Ive had to call a 1-800 number 2 times to get in and out of it today. No staff have been at the site during regular business hours and my phone cant open it off the app. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Man, talk about customer service! Arlene went above and beyond. I came in looking for some boxes for my upcoming move. She got me everything I needed and more! She even offered to help me get it to my car. You dont see that kind of service anymore! Public Storage you have a good employee in her!

I called in with a few questions about renting a unit at the Garner property and Arlene answered all my questions and was very polite.

We Love this location, Larah was great and explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. We will continue to use this location for all of our storage.

We went to store our RV at this location. Upon arrival, we noticed that there were no other RVs parked here. After a quick look around, we understood why. The barbwire above the fence in the back is compromised. Televisions were sitting on the lawn on the outside of the fence. It was clear that this was an unsafe place to store anything outside. We have left 3 messages for someone to contact us to cancel our account with no returned calls. Finally we contacted the corporate call center still with no resolve.

Jen is wonderful. She knew exactly what i needed and it was a great price. My experience with jenn was fantastic. She is so knowable and such a sweet girl. I would recommend this location for her sweet smile alone. Public Storage is the best.

Nunu was amazing and very informative. She answered all my questions and concerns. She’s also very knowledgeable and knows her job. This was my first time getting a storage and she walked me through the entire process. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here.

Courtney was easy to work with, and the whole process was super quick! The pricing was much better than any other place around, but I did reserve the space online first. I also liked that after I reserved it online they called me and set up a good time for me to come in and take care of everything.

It’s been very few occasions where I needed to utilize storage space but all very memorable but this visit will be on the top of my list. Granted I was last min with trying to retrieve a storage unit but Nunu despite my rushing stayed professional an readily prepared with any question I asked (very informative) an made everything quick an simple. An the storage area was clean an ready; great place to store. Thank you again for your help.

They treated me well, but when I tried to end the storage rental, they kept charging me. Even after I went in there and asked them to stop face to face.I was told I had to pay a few to end the rental.I will be honest: I removed everything but a scooter. I offered to pay that auction fee they threaten people with, but nope...They just kept charging me. I had to get my bank to block the transactions.

An increase for August was more than I couldafford and Gabby from the office helped me tremendously. She explained my situation to her manager Matt and he very graciously decreased the amount I would be paying. Thank you so much Gabby and Matt from Public Storage on Route 70 in Garner. 😀

Set up a reservation online and Kasey the property manager called me to introduce herself.... she was so nice and answered all my questions. I am moving from out of state and missed my original appointment time she was understanding and asked when I would be available to come in so I don’t lose out on my promotion price!!!

Usually I don’t rate businesses but I will make a exception today, the lady who attended me I believe her name was Nunu is amazing, I was a little late then I got stuck on traffic and she waited for me after 6pm, And once I got there I was stunned of her amiability and professionalisms, she was very polite and very very helpful with the process and of course very fast, I’m a businessman so interact with many people and I wish all of them have this type of attitude.

Just got my first experience renting a storage space at Public Storage in Garner, NC. Nunu the Property Panager was professional in handling my inquiries and questions I had. Reviewed rental, insurance options that made my rental decision.

Nunu is the best! She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to move in on the day intended. Initially, I was supposed to be onsite several hours before my actual arrival. I ended up being late because I hurt my back loading items for storage. Even though it was the end of Nunus day, she stayed after and did everything she could to make the move-in smooth.

I needed a place to store my stuff during the summer, but I wasnt sure how to rent a unit. I was lucky to have Brittany walk me through the process. She helped me figure out which size I needed and was very knowledgeable about the price and features of the units.

I did quite a bit of research before selecting this location and although this is not the most inexpensive storage location nor the most expensive it certainly has a superior property manager, Diante, who is more than generous with his time and knowledge. He is a true professional with a caring heart. His cheerful and patient manner really helped my wife who was becoming very overwhelmed due to a frustrating moving experience. This location is ideal on US 70 and located in Garner and is just about on the border between Johnston and Wake counties.

Laura was beyond helpful as I had to reserve a locker from Alaska. And when we got here, she continued to be friendly and cheerful and helpful. The locker is clean and dry.

I came to public storage recently to get a quote for a small unit. I will be moving soon and I need a place to keep all my extra furniture, household items, and art pieces. There was a guy there named Diante that was very helpful. He was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions about the facility. The last storage unit, I rented from another company, had mold and it ruined all of my art pieces that I had. I was hesitant about renting another storage unit, but he was understanding and reassuring. I will be coming back with my boyfriend to get a unit.

Reserving online is easy and makes checkin fast. Alexander is helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy and fun!

The people that worked at the Public Storage on Highway 70 in Garner was nice, I enjoy having my stuff in that storage. Brittany was a wonderful person. the only thing I dont like was the prorated rent until the 6 of the month, it should be until the 15th of the month.
