Great Christian family ran business. Freddy, Johnny and Allison are very nice and easy to work with. Have had a storage building with them for over two years, great rates, great people.

Great storage rates. Including RV storage(covered and uncovered). Well maintained by the team who run it and are extremely friendly and helpful.Ive been renting a space for my RV for 6 months, gravel is always level and spaces are wide enough for any novice driver.

Update: after many years renting here to great satisfaction Im regretful to say that I will no longer be doing business with them. Their customer service has gone WAY downhill in the last two years. Their friendly attitude and warm regards have evaporated and its all become about the money.Old news:I have been renting a storage unit and an RV parking spot for at least 6 years now. Family owned and run there is almost always someone on-site.24-hour access, recorded security cameras (in more places than just the entrance!), and mostly friendly neighbor renters make this my top choice for renting. (One of the residents saw me working on cleaning up my unit on a hot day and treated me to pizza and a beer just to say hi.)Being out of the city a ways means the pricing is fairer, and direct and easy access to 70 and interstate 40 make it a amazingly easy to use for storing recreational vehicles or alternate living.Their pricing on live-on RV pads is high compared to trailer and RV parks, but remember that youre behind a tall gated security fence with monitored security cameras. Plus being less than 2 minutes from full highway access. Most people cant claim any of that with their McMansion homes.

Besides my boat & trailer being moved without notification, I too experienced items disappearing (Oars, Boats rods, etc...). That was a few years ago. Havent returned since. Highly recommend going elsewhere!

Everywhere else I called had no more RV parking and they were all $85+. This place got me in quick for $60/mo. Only found one place cheaper for $54 and they had a long wait list. Obviously its my first day but so far so good

They have good service clean storage bins and all painted nicely paved driveway.

They are extremely friendly and helpful. The units are clean an secure. First class!

A very secure and large place to store your vehicle, trailer, RV, or boat. It also has traditional storage rooms as well. A coded access gate lets you in at all hours. There are cameras everywhere and a secure fence!

Could use more pavement and better presentation.

DO NOT RENT A CAMPER SPACE TO STAY IN THERE..RENT IS WAY TOOOO HIGH, ALL YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT IS ALL THESE BLIGHTED MODULARS, THERE IS NO CABLE PLUS THE WIFI WORKS ONLY HALF THE TIME. AND ON TOP OF THAT HES GOT VIDEO CAMERAS WATCHING YOUR EVERY MOVE. I THINK THERE IS A MAJOR PRIVACY ISSUSE WITH HIM. I THINK THE MAN THAT OWNS THE PLACE IS VERY NOSY AND GREEDY.
