I called to get information on appointments and when none of the available times fit my schedule I told whoever it was on the phone. “That’s okay, thank you though.” And she just hung up in my face. What kind of service is that? Glad nothing fit my schedule.

Service was great... I loved my new hair cut

HORRIBLE Experience. Went to get my hair colored from red to dirty blonde and Tifany gave me BLEACHED red highlights. She asked me before she even started on my hair if i had dyed my hair before and i said yes i dyed it red, then she went on to say its a hard color to come out then SHE proceeded to do my hair even though she knew it was not possible to get my hair the color i wanted. The process took 3 hours and She stripped my hair TWICE, bleached it, and dyed it a dark brown and you could still see the ugly red highlights VERY disappointed never coming back.
