Best salon experience. Ive been getting my nails done here, every three weeks, for 2 years. The only downside is that I found it too late! I wish I could have been coming here longer. Everyone is friendly and takes very good care of me. Im picky and they always treat me with such patience. Im sad Ill be moving and cant get my nails done here anymore! Great prices, service, and selection! It is cash only so plan a stop at an ATM first :)

It was the longest, most painful, disappointing nail salon trip of my life! All I wanted was a chrome purple dip. I was there for 2 hours and left looking like a bum did my nails. She cut my finger with the nail file early on, then proceeded to cut into almost all of my cuticles. She dipped the wrong color 3 times, when the main lady pointed it out, she then tried to grind it off with the sharpest grinder continuing to cut into my fingers. Then she dipped the right color twice, then turned around and spent the next, what seemed like an eternity, grinding almost all of it off. At this point I was in tears and told them I just wanted it to end. The main lady said, but we need to do the chrome color. I said she still isnt using the right color? No I want this to end now Twenty minutes later the girl had finished putting on the clear coat and asked me if I wanted paraffin, when I asked if it was going to hurt all the cuts in my hands, the customer next to me told me it would help make them feel better so I agreed. It was the only saving grace of my whole trip. I dont get my nails done often so its really disappointing when I have a bad experience. Then, to top it off they dont take credit cards. I will not be going back!

Had a mani / pedi done at this salon yesterday. I asked for a difficult design. It wasnt an issue for them. The 3 people working, 1 man and 2 lovely ladies, teamed up and got it done. I was extremely impressed with the way they turned out. I am new to the area and will be using this salon from now on. One lady prepped and painted my toes while the man prepped and painted my nails. Another lady came in to freehand the designs on both my hands and feet. She has the most steady hands and is beyond talented at what she does. By far, the best set of nails Ive ever had! Kim was so good! My feet were frightening after three months of no love and attention. She’s hands down done a better job than anyone in Texas in the almost ten years I’ve been here. I had an appointment and they were on time. Ready and so nice! She’s amazing! Her massage is the best! Great pricing and value and super clean.

I go here when I go to Dallas shopping. Kathy did my pedicure. I was a walk-in. I wanted a gel manicure also but they couldn’t do it due to their appointments.I did however enjoyed the pedicure very much. She was excellent in terms of skills and service. I think the owner waxed my eyebrows and they turned out great. Would go back and book with Kathy.

Ive spent good money every two weeks here for months! I ubered up here today to get my nails fixed and they sent me away. With a whole two customers in the store, they told me they were too busy. Excuse my language but SCREW THEM.

They speak English, are polite, skilled and all of the employees are very nice. They have many services to choose from. Kathy is so sweet and can do a great hand, arm, neck and upper back massage. They stay busy all day so its good to make an appointment. I will always go here when Im in Dallas.

I went yesterday and service was so awesome I has to write a review. I just googled nail shops closest to me and this 1 was it. The reviews were positive so I went to get my nail and feet done and my toddler daughter.She got antsy about an hour in yet they were very kind to her.One thing, they dont take credit or debit. I never ever carry cash and rarely checks. Thank god I had my checkbook on me. But it is cash only. The go above and beyond and take their time so expect to be there an hour just focused on you. Its spa treatment truly.I def wont be going anywhere else

I am a nail tech...thus, I have difficulty finding a good pedicure. I feel like most places never give me a pedicure with as much attention and care as I would give one of my clients. I have been going to Sol Nails since 2007! Both of my daughters grew up watching their Mom getting her nails done here, and when my eldest got married of course we all came here! Lynn is a tireless worker and friendly wonderful woman who runs this shop impeccably. She has had little turnover and they all know me when I come in, which is every 3 weeks. I get the “next gen” prep on my fingers and it’s the best new development in this industry in over 30 years. It’s a powder dip that is lighter and more durable than acrylic and much kinder to the nail bed! You can choose from a wild variety of color and then Lynn always helps me find a great match of regular polish for my toes. There is NO GREATER FOOT AND LEG MASSAGE IN THE CITY than here at Sol Nail! It lasts at least 20-25 minutes and I can have a glass of wine while I revel in my pampering time. When it’s all over, there is a hot wax for the hands and shoulder rub at no extra cost. I will never go anywhere else.The comment about over pricing is simply not true. They have raised their price one time in the 11 years I’ve gone here and it was only by $5. They also gift you on your birthday and Christmas with $5 discounts, so it says a lot about the fact that they do NOT price gouge. Also, there is a sign that says no credit cards, just good old fashioned checks and cash. It saves them a lot of money. Lastly, if you are a “walk in” they do their best to see you as soon as possible, but most customers call for an appointment. I think a priority lies slightly toward a scheduled time period.

I have gone to Sol Nails for over 14 years. Karen does my pedicure,nails and eyebrow wax. In addition she does a hot wax warming hands and feet leaving so soft.. Last but not least, I enjoy a neck and shoulder rub. All of this and reasonably priced too. Everyone is so nice and friendly there. Karen does beautiful nail art too😊

The woman talked on her cell phone for the first half of it, then near the end got up and left to do someone elses nails! For about 20 minutes of my 1 hour pedicure I was just sitting around waiting for her. Definitely never coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Absolute worst experience ever. Went in for acrylic fill and gel color. 1st lady did the film portion. And cut up my cuticles and sliced me under my thumb nail. Then told me to pick a color and another lady will come by to do the gel while she ran off to work on someone else. Wait another 15+ minutes before the other lady finished her customer before she came to put on my gel. This lady had no clue what she was doing. It looked like a child did them so a THIRD lady had to perform damage control. To top it off while the first lady was filing off the my original nail color I notice a green tint in my nail. I ask her about it BEFORE she staring filing because I was very concerned - she told me the it was just cause water got underneath my acrylic and not to worry cause it grow out and proceed to fill my nails. I later went home and did my research and found out that its fungus and that the acrylics need to be removed ASAP and treatment started or else it can spread and get significantly worse!!!I went with 2 friends and their experiences were just as bad.In addition, we asked if they accept cards since it was a janky hole in the walk salon. We were told yes. Then when we go to pay they said no they only take cash or card.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Been going here for 5 years. I always leave with knowing that whoever does my manicure and pedicure, it will be done well and that they will go the extra mile. Love that the people who work there, work as a team and family and make you feel right at home....AWESOME!

I took my mother here to get a mani/pedi. She couldnt stop raving and gushing over their service. She told me it was the best service shes ever gotten and more affordable than most. I was glad I checked the reviews and that they were true. Had to add mine, in case there are some who doubt the exterior of the place. Being on the upstairs of an asian strip mall, was a bit unusual, so we really didnt have high hopes. But it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Thanks for the great job SolNail!

The service is not worth what you pay for it. I was uncomfortable the whole time they did my manicure and pedicure. They expected me to hold my foot up as they scrubbed it. During my manicure they kept on pulling my left hand accross my body so that they could be comfortable. They don’t know how to treat the customer properly. After I was done they told me they didn’t take credit card and I d have to walk somewhere to get an atm. Well, for what they charge, they should be taking credit card. I had to look for a good 20mins for an atm machine and found it not as close as what they’d told me. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience overall. They are money hungry and don’t care for the customers’ well-being!
