I would recommend this place they were very professional. The girl who done my nails did a great job she’s very nice and polite and very helpful .It was my first time getting my nails done I was a little nervous but she was very nice about it. Will Definitely be back again.

My pedicure didnt last even a week. For what they charge plus tip they should have a good quality nail polish and give adequate time to people who are paying for a good service. I paid for shellac pedicure it supposed to last you longer. The person who is charging you, the cashier or owner have an attitude, is like you are asking service for free.

This was our first time coming to this place. My two daughters and I loved the friendly service. We loved their attention to detail. They took their time to make sure we were happy. We had both mani and pedi’s done. This place is clean and we had an over all great experience.

I’ve been coming to D Crown for almost 2 years now. Susie usually does my acrylics and Rose does my pedicures. I was told Susie recently moved so I tried out a new technician named Kim. I love my set so much and my pedicures as always. I still miss Susie a lot but Kim and Rose will be my new go to! I will definitely be coming back for more in a few weeks.

Hi I went in today as a first time costumer with my mom who only speaks Spanish it was really nice that the receptionist kept helping her and making sure everything was ok with us she kept offering us drinks making sure everything was ok kept on interpreting for my mom so that was really nice all the other workers very nice and attentive too 😊great costumer service , very very clean salon too , loved the costumer service will definitely be back !

I made appointments for two pedicures and manicures for 6:15 on 3/26/21 and we got there on time. The place was packed (no social distancing at all). I checked in and they just said ok have a seat, we asked how long was the wait since we had appointments and she said awhile and that was it. She didnt care or apologize for not honoring the appointments. We left and went back to our favorite salon, Signature Nails on Garland rd the next day with honored appointments.

I’ve come here before to get my nails done for the most part the young lady that usually did my nails was amazing, but today She was not there one lady started my nails was going a very poor job was like she never did nails then had to switch to a guy and it was the same thing with him. The lady who was sitting beside me was looking the same way I was like you don’t know what your doing. Long story short I had them take it off and I left to go somewhere else

Ive been a regular at this salon for over a year. I truly enjoy getting my nails done here. The atmosphere is great! I always feel so welcomed by the staff I enjoy the music they play, the wine and the great conversations I have with Suzie. Every idea I have in my head she brings to life. The pedicures are unique they take offer several different services and take time to do each one. I love the cucumber pedicure they place cucumbers on your legs and wrap them in hot towels. The orange one they massaged my legs with the orange wheels the citrus smell was amazing. I referred several family members and friends to this salon and they enjoy it just as much as I do. Im sure glad a friend of mine referred me to D Crown over a year ago. I work in Rockwall and live in Greenville TX and will make the drive to D-Crown every time, I wont go anywhere else! =)

My daughter got a full set and eyebrows waxed, they completely ruined her right brow & her nails looked like they were ordered off of Wish 🤦🏻‍♀️ I confronted them but they were full of excuses. Definitely do NOT recommend & will not go back!

Definitely recommend D Crown Nails, it’s always my go to place for when I want a manicure or pedicure. The people are really nice and always do a great job; I especially love their pedicures a lot because they massage your feet really well which I definitely need after standing on them all day.

Was my third time there today, they were extremely busy yet did an amazing job! Leena did my moms pedi, T did mine and Anne did my mani and all were perfect! In the middle of rush hour a customer was rude, disrespectful and unnecessarily loud yet everyone handled it with professional courtesy and good attitudes. This will now be my permanent nail place! Highly recommend. Now I will say it is busy uring rush hour and can take a while but if you have the time it’s worth the wait.5/5

Im new to the area so I took a risk and Im glad I did! The nail tech did beautifully detailed acrylics and went above and beyond my expectations. I havent found any nail salons that do more modern work. My only criticism is that the UV/LED light was covered in nail dust. Wonderful experience highly recommend to everyone!!

For the first time at this location all I can say is the lady that was working on my feet was not handling my feet with care she was yanking and pulling and tugging on my feet and she even burnt my foot as she wrapped it up and I unwrapped it and told her that it was burning me she wrap it back up then she walked away and went into another room and I did not see her for another hour and 30 min. Pull her boss and told him i wanted to leave..

Very rough on feet. They said my toe nails were too short to do a SIMPLE design so I got white. I overhear the lady doing my friends nails offer her tips on her toe nails... now my toes are all bruised up and very sore!!

Just a terrible experience in general. The guy that did my nails was not even taking his time, he did acrylic over my real nail. After I said how unsatisfied I was from them, they did not do anything about it but offer to redo them ay would not even dare to look at both.

Im very pleased with the service I received. Professional staff and everyone was friendly. Please go when youre not pressed for time because you may have a wait time of more than 30 minutes. Youll be happy you waited.

Not a good experience. My pedi lady kept wearing her face mask wrong. I asked her to pull it up over her nose several times. She did once but it kept sliding down. She thought it was funny. She pretty much ignored me. And it wasnt because she barely knew English. I dont like being ignored when Im spending money at a business!!!

I’ve been to this salon several times before and it was ok but this visit was awful won’t go back. It took almost 2 hrs to finish a set of tips w dipping powder, way too long and top of that she tore my fingers up, cut me w file and drill on most of my fingers and glued tip to my skin and killed me trying to get my skin unglued. 24 hrs later my fingers are so sore.

Hi I went in around a week ago and I got my nails done with a lady that was pregnant she was very rude I ended up with around 3/4 cuts and bruises after I nicely told her I did not like certain things on my nails like the shape because it was not the shape I asked for and they were not even done the same length some were longer than the others she immediately starting being rude to me rolling her eyes at me and she started to be really rough with my hands even after I was being nice with her for the mistakes

Have been here several times. Technicians are always nice and personable. Have had several do my nails and have always had great results from each person. Now each person has their own little things that they do which I like.Also have had eyebrows waxed several times and they always do a great job.Do not get scared if you go in and they are busy, they will get you in. You might have to wait a while, but they will get you in and still do a great job even if busy.

Today I went into D crown nails in Garland, I’ve been going to D Crown nails for several months I’ve always been very please with the work that I’ve had on my nails up until today. 10 days ago exactly I got gel nails medium length and today I’ve had my third nail break off. The owner of the salon he did my nails as he always has, However today he was not in the salon because they are opening up a new salon on northwest highway which I will not be going to either. I spoke with him on the phone yesterday and explain to him that my nail had broken off he had fixed one already prior and this time would be my second time coming to the salon to have two more nails fixed he said he would fix them and to come by any time after 12. when I arrived one of his Other nail technicians tried assisting me, I explained to him that I’ve had my nails a long length every single time that I’ve gotten them done and I’ve never had a problem with them breaking off until this time. now mind you they were not breaking off on the top part where my real nail is the tips of all of my nails were cracking underneath which you could visibly see and I showed him. He examined my nails and decided to call the owner of the store which is perfectly fine with me because I had no doubt that he would agree to fix all of my nails including the ones that were cracking. once he got on the phone with him and after I even spoke with him on the phone they stated that after seven days they could not fix any nail damages that I was the one doing something to my nails to have them break off. I was livid!!!! the nail technician that was at the salon pointed over to another lady technician that had her nails this lame long length as I had mine and said if you been her nails backwards they will break too which is what I’m assuming he thought I was doing because I was able to sit there in front of him in the chair and break off all of my nails right in front of him , this should not happen and any nail technician will tell you this. I asked the lady for her hand which she gave me I tried bending her thumb backwards from the tip of the nail and it DID NOT break off........ I looked over at him and said “You see hers did not break” even the lady tech gave a look like yeah she’s right but even then he went on to make me feel like I was just trying to my nails Fixed for free, who does that?!?!?!? I spend at least $60 PLUS TIP I ALWAYS tip $8-10 every time I go. I go to the salon once a month and my nails ALWAYS lasted. I’m very upset that I was treated So rudely and I walked out letting them know I would be reporting them on All social media. The guy tech said I could go somewhere else if I wanted....... REALLY that’s how you conduct business? I’d think twice before you open your mouth because We as the customer can MAKE or BREAK your business. I know a lot of people including my sister who gets her nails done by the lady owner of the salon which she will be contacting and addressing this Disgusting display of so called Customer Service. I will not be going back to D Crown Nails I would advise you do the same.

They was nice but need to work on welcoming people when entering the place. Also, don’t know the name of the lady I got for pedicure but she didn’t do a very well job on my toe nails. Needed a few extra coats since the nail polish color wasn’t showing much of the color it was suppose to look and didn’t mind to fix that problem for me so I left it alone since I didn’t want to bother the lady. Not sure if I should come back. Kind of disappointed but other than that it was a clean place.

I got my nails done by Tony today- LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails. He did such an awesome job! When I walked in I let the Manager, Lee, know that I was on my lunch break and that if for whatever reason they could not finish my nails on time that I was ok with coming back after work to finish them. Lee then introduced me to Tony and made sure that I had everything needed and was comfortable before leaving. What can I say- Tony came through for me! He got me in and out during my lunch break- and did an incredible job! My nails are absolutely perfect!!! What made my experience exceptional is that everyone was attentive andvery friendly. I am very impressed with Tonys craftsmanship and customer service. I will definitely be back time and time again!

Love this place! I got exactly what I wanted too. Asked for medium length stiletto and that’s exactly what I got. Very pleased with the work and the staff there too. So many choices in colors. Dip, gel or regular nail polish.

I wish I can put zero stars , today was the worst experience ever ! When I arrive to the nail salon I showed a tech a picture of how I wanted my nails and he said yes we can do it . So there I go and wait so the lady can do my nails when she comes I also showed her the picture of the nails I wanted so she first went to ask her manager to see how much should she charge for those nails . The Manager said $60 dollars for a soft white nails that had 2 nails glittery so I said okay that’s fine thinking she the (Tech Lady )was going to them the same way as the picture. So she started doing them in a rush and didn’t pay attention and she did all my nails glittery NOT the way I wanted them . The Point is I paid too much for White Glitter Nails !! Thank YouJennifer

This place never fails to go above and beyond. Andy is my favorite nail tech, but honestly all of them are great. Ive never had a single problem and they are so nice to me here. I get nexgen here and they have such a huge variety of colors and options. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they do chrome nails. They are fabulous. The prices are absolutely affordable. They offer refreshments as well. I recommend this place to everyone.

Soo the receptionist is really unpleasant and rude . Not friendly I was bothered every time she spoke to me . However I got a pedicure and it was amazing! Ive been coming to this salon for about 4 months now and I am nothing but pleased with this salon. The staff is so nice, they are very clean and they work you in really fast. My cousin and I went there on Sunday. And we just walked in and the staff was amazing. Service was great, we were not rushed. Lee and his wife did our nails and they looked amazing! We will definetely be coming back!

Started going to them faithfully back in the fall. Everything was great and my nails seemed perfect. I never asked the price but every time I started to go for a fill,they would tell me that there was an extra charge per extra polish, if I wanted to get one or 2 nails a different color...which I understand for designs.... And one guy would always tell me that what I asked for couldnt be done on my nails if I either had dip, gel, or acrylic..Instead of giving me options, hed just say it couldnt be done...I could only get about one fill from a set because they would break so quickly. They do a rush job and the nails were never shaped smoothly and evenly... But they were honestly still very pretty. I havent been in a couple months BC now Im dealing with at least 3 of my nails being split in the middle of my nail bed from the excessive drilling, pain and what seems to be a fungus.

Its okay, affordable, clean place the only problem this people have, they want to keep customers waiting, you walk in there ask how long to get serviced and they always give you the same answer...20 minutes which turns into 1hour. If you have time to wait go ahead... best day to go is Monday-Wednesday before 1pm.

I was looking for a new salon when my friend recommended me to D Crown! I absolutely looved this place. My nails were exactly how I wanted and the technicians were very friendly. As I waited (the wait was a bit long), I was offered a complimentary beverage which was nice. The salon is so cute and well kept. I think I found my new spot😇

Came to this location once, as I was in a bind and headed on a last minute vacation. I got a dipped full set and no chip pedi. Not even 4 days later two nails were completely broken and my no chip pedi was chipped. At my normal salon, my nails last 3 weeks and I usually only get regular polish on my toes. I would absolutely never return here. The workmanship speaks for itself.

I went to get my pedicure today and I ask for the 25$ set with regular nail polish and they did gel instead of regular I had to pay 40$ And I didn’t ask for gel 2/10 sucks and he charged me for the 40$ set not the 25$

I absolutely recommend this place. They arent your usual nail place that rushes you out. They take care of every single nail when youre getting a pedicure done which is something I havent found anywhere else. Your nails will come out amazing!

I was here today and got my nails done. For the most part they were nice but as more people started to come my tech started to rush. When she finished she didnt tell me that she was done she just directed me to the drying station. I asked her could she clean me up around my cuticles and the sides of my nails. She seemed bother and still set me at the drying station. She came back to clean me up but only cleaned up two of my nails. I didnt feel like arguing so I didnt say anything. I shouldnt have to show a tech which fingers to clean up because it should be done automatically. She just lost her whole tip. Next time HELEN slow down and let the customer know that you are finished and ask the person is everything ok before you move them to the drying station.

Walked right in and they got started right away (when I left there was a long wait, it looked like!). Trang did my classic pedicure and did a great job. It was very clean, not too loud, the chairs were comfy, my nails look great!

I really like coming to this place the people are very courteous and nice what a lovely experience and i drive a little distance to get their because its worth it!!

Definitely my nail salon of choice. One day I was shopping at the Wal-Mart near them & I decided to try them. I fell in love 1st day. I love Ann & Lee. Both are so nice. Everytime I call to make an appointment with Ann, Lee answers the phone, Hi Wanda. I like that. Very personable. Ann is my nail tech & shes the greatest! I feel like royalty everytime I leave this place. 😊

Got there as soon as they opened. Four other woman came in before me and they immediately tended to all of us.Got my first pedi there and they made the experience amazing.Got a dip powder manicure for the first time , I’m use to the acrylic paint on and honestly the employee that tended to me was amazing! I started going to this shop because of my sister in laws. Mia was the lady that did my nails in which I loved her work so I went back and requested her but this second time around she didn’t do a great job and looked annoyed when I requested I wanted some rhinestones. I was disappointed but I still went back and got my nails done with another nail techs just because that location is so convenient to me and prices are reasonable. Moving forward I went back recently and this lady that sets in the far right corner did my nails and once again I was disappointed she didn’t clean around my cuticles, I had to go back the next day because the clear coat lifted and faded the black like on my nail! She was nice enough to secure the rhinestone but when it came to draw the black like she did a horrible job like you can tell it was poorly done I’m sure she saw it too but didn’t bother to fix it! Now I’m left with two messed up nails again! I will not be returning back to this place I feel like l gave them way too many chances!

When I arrived, they were busy so I waited only a few minutes before being put into a massage chair that didnt work. They moved me to one that worked after I had soaked my feet for 15 minutes. The business is new, so it was clean. The technician was gentle and my toes look great, but my heels feel just like they did when I arrived, still as rough as sandpaper.

D Crown Nails I would recommend to anybody. Ive been coming there for a while now. But they have one nail tech Liz... she needs to be fired. She is rude, inconsiderate, and has an attitude problem. Me and my friend Tamika, came in to get our nails done and she told my friend her nails were ugly. WHO DOES THAT??? My friend got up and left. She went and got get nails done elsewhere AND VOWED TO NEVER COME BACK THERE. I came in there today after making an appt and she refused to do my nails because Im detailed. I wear my own nails with the acrylic on top. Its important that you cover the sides of my nails with the acrylic otherwise it leaves them exposed and they break there. I pointed that out to her the last time I got my nails done... Im paying my money Im telling you what I want to keep my nails healthy. If thats DETAILED... THEN DO YOUR JOB OR FIND ANOTHER JOB. YOU DONT DO MY NAILS FOR FREE. I PAY YOU!! I HAVE THE RIGHT TO TELL YOU TO COVER MY COMPLETE NAIL. LAST TIME I CHECKED YOURE A NAIL TECH...YOU DONT OWN THE BUSINESS. DO YOUR JOB TO THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION!!! I LEFT B/C my money can BE spent elsewhere in DALLAS. Lee came out to talk to me and to try to correct the problem. Because I wasnt ever coming back either. Do something about Liz... shes a problem!

Very bad customer service from the owner Lee. He is very rude and does not take criticism well. I have been going here for almost 2 years but over the time service began to slack and the nail techs work as rushed. Also, bad experiences for myself, friends, and family. You have lost 8 customers on behalf of my end due to all the bad experiences.

Everytime I go there’s hardly a wait. Andy does my the way I want every time. He takes pride in his work and it shows. The compliments keep coming
