I called the store first thing in the morning to check if an item was in stock. I was told the computer showed they had 1 in stock. He said he would check the warehouse to make sure he actually had the item. Then call me back. I explained I was in a bit of a time sensitive situation and would drive a little over 2 hours to pick the item up as soon as he called me back. I desperately needed this item for the following morning. About 3 hours went by. I called the store back to check on the status because I never received a call back. I was then told (in a very rude tone) “that’s because we haven’t checked yet”. I then explained my situation again. And was then told “I should just order the item directly”. (Which I did order the item directly. The item was then lost in transit. And I needed the item first thing the following morning.) All of which I had explained. Hence why I was willing to drive over 2 hours to pick the item up. He clearly wasn’t listening and clearly didn’t seem to care. After I reiterated my situation for a third time. I was then told “Ok, someone will check in a “few” hours and call you back.” I once again reiterated I lived 2 hours away. So anything they could do would be extremely helpful. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time. I understand they may have been short handed. Or they may have gotten busy, etc. But I never even received a phone call back. I waited around all day for that phone call. Which I never received. And nobody seemed to care about the situation I was in. I was very disappointed in the horrible customer service I received!

Spent more than an hour with Bob and Laurette; I think Laurette walked me through trying on every helmet they had (which was quite a few), and then we talked through HANS fit, at which they both walked me through proper harness setup and use. They are both super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and seem to care more about customer service and satisfaction than making a quick sale. I recommend them 100%.

Super helpful and knowledgable! Carlos spent a lot of time with me between phone calls and emails. NJ wont allow them to be open during quarantine and I couldnt try any on to figure out which helmet would fit best so we went through multiple options. I will definitely be purchasing more from them.

Stable Energies is superb. Staff have been extremely helpful whenever we have visited. Lorette and Carlos gave us an entire afternoon of their time during a busy season. Any questions for which they had no immediate answer, they dealt with by calling manufacturers or distributors. The product lines are broad and good, though I am hoping they choose to sell Stand 21 in future as well. We have been very satisfied with our experiences at Stable and will continue to use their services; they are also highly recommended by many of our friends and instructors. Stable Energies fabulous to work with. Joe provided great recommendations on how to update my street legal 997 with seats and harnesses for use during HPDE events. His knowledge of the products and what combinations work well together was very refreshing. He also ensured all of the products were delivered in a timely fashion so they could be installed on a tight timeline prior to my next event. I have recommended them to many of friends, and will do business with them again in the future.

Being able to walk in and speak to someone in person is something difficult to put a value on. Sometimes it is 100% necessary, especially with driver gear and safety equipment. I had a great experience buying a new Alpine Stars driving suit, which would have been the wrong size if ordered online without having taken the time to try it on. The pricing at Stable was in line with the online prices as well. A+ in my book.

Hands down, best advice available. Everyone there is super friendly, and they work with you to find the best solution or product for their needs. They live and breath driving, and I suspect have used pretty much everything in the store. They were very patient with me trying on helmets over and over again, during multiple visits. What I ended up with is exactly what I wanted though, so it was all worth it.

This is the only place Ill bring my 981 Cayman for real work. Ive done a bunch of work here, some basic when I dont have time myself, some complex (roll bar, seats, harnesses, suspension) that I wouldnt trust anyone else with. I have even had other shops recommend stable.

This was my first driving suit purchase as well as my first experience with Stable Energies. Because I am a researcher, and because a suit is a significant investment, I had a number of questions. The staff took a lot of time to answer my questions and explain the differences between their many suit choices. They helped me determine the best size to order, and were generous in allowing me to try a couple of different sizes before making a final decision, even though the suit I had chosen was on closeout. These guys know racing! Nice to have a store in the region that actually carries brands like Recaro, Bell, OMP etc.Since I’m not a mechanic but want to be on track they gave me tips on how to best reach the goals for my build. Being in the shop feels like I’m a kid at the candy store!

Since 3 years when I go to NYC I take one day to visit Stable Energies, they customer attention it´s excellent and also the variety of options for the products it´s somenthing that it is no easy to find, you can purchase safety products with international homologation like OMP, Stilo, Adidas, Alpinestars and also measurement equipment for vehicle performace like Longacre tools. Besides the workshop behind it´s unique very profesional and the best option for Porsche. I have recommended Stable Energies with my racing friends in Mexico, we compete in the National and Regional Rally Championship and also in Circuit and Endurance Championships.
