I tried to give this shop a couple chances, but decided that its no longer worth the trouble.Today I called to get a labor estimate on a standard headlight replacement (I have the bulb). The guy on the phone asked for the make and model of the vehicle to which it was provided, only to be told that theyre not sure what parts need to come off and that prices are not shared over the phone to which he then hung up...Pretty scary to hear that an automotive shop doesnt know what parts need to come off to replace a standard headlight in a vehicle. Im no mechanic, but if one works with vehicles on a daily basis, then wouldnt one have an idea of what needs to be done?Unfortunately the lack of knowledge and professionalism makes it difficult for repetitive business.

State of the art equipment is used where applicable. Fast turn around in most cases, truthful lead times at all times.Have not been dissatisfied yet.
